Abstract

The research is motivated by the conditions in the form of: (a) There are quite a number of teachers at SD Negeri 44 Taratak (25%) who have less work motivation, measured by: (1) Teacher's pleasure in doing work, (2) Teacher's work enthusiasm in developing and carry out educational programs or in carrying out learning tasks and other tasks; (3) Alignment of teacher's work towards work standards, (4) Teacher's fighting spirit in achieving educational goals in schools, (5) Consistency of teacher's work when without supervision, and (6) Expression of teacher's happiness when completing assignments and educational commitments at school; (b) The emergence of adverse effects in the form of a lack of success in the goals of education in schools. Tujaun from the implementation of this study is to find out: (1) Steps to implement academic supervision by the principal to teachers to improve teacher work motivation at SD Negeri 44 Taratak, and (2) The magnitude of increasing teacher work motivation after academic supervision is developed by the head school. This research is a school action research which is analyzed with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 44 Taratak in the odd semester of the 2017/2018 school year for 5 months. The results of the research are: Implementation of academic supervision in order to improve the work motivation of teachers is done by: (1) Solutions to the problems of teachers in carrying out the learning process and in completing the administration of learning. Problems experienced by teachers are considered as factors that inhibit the emergence of high work motivation so that it must be resolved first; (2) Direct motivation, which is carried out by (a) Showing positive facts that have been achieved by the teacher; (b) Providing Challenges for High Standards of Excellence; (c) Provide expectations for promotion of teacher promotion; (d) Shows the score of the teacher's work achievement; (e) Conveying sanctions that might be applied to the teacher; (f) Presenting school supervisors and heads of local education offices; (g) Creating a friendly atmosphere; (h) Make a joint observation instrument and list of sanctions; (i) Showing the results of observation and open discussion; (j) Giving direct appreciation for the teacher's achievements; (3) The implementation of academic supervision has proven to be able to increase the work motivation of teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu: Untuk memaparkan bagaimana profesionalitas guru agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Entrop Jayapura, untuk mengetahui keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Entrop Jayapura, serta untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh profesionalitas guru agama Islam terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar bidang studi Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Entrop Jayapura.Hasil penelitian : Secara umum profesionalitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) SDIT Entrop Jayapura terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar dapat dikategorikan sedang, bahkan cenderung meningkat, namun masih terdapat kekurangan pada pengelolaan dan penggunaan media serta sumber belajar. Kekurangan pada pengelolaan dan penggunaan media serta sumber belajar berakibat pada penurunan tujuan/hasrat belajar dari diri pribadi siswa. Kekurangan tersebut bukan hanya disebabkan oleh keterbatasan Guru dalam mengaplikasikan kemampuannya untuk menggunakan media serta sumber belajar, namun keterbatasan itu juga muncul dari kemampuan sekolah dalam menyediakan media serta sumber-sumber belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada SDIT Entrop Jayapura. Faktor yang sangat kuat melemahkan proses belajar mengajar pada SDIT Entrop Jayapura terletak pada: Hasrat belajar dari diri sendiri dan pengaruh lingkungan sekitar, memperlihatkan kategori nilai yang rendah.

Abstract

Pengolahan batang pisang menjadi keripik kriuk merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan sumber daya alam, hal yang sama dilakukan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) pada Desa Sanrobone, belum dimanfaatkannya pohon pisang yang diambil buahnya oleh warga desa sehingga batangnya dibiarkan memPbusuk dan atau menjadi sampah menjadi alasan tambahan untuk dilakukannya pengelolaan batang pisang tersebut. PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan menggandeng Ibu-Ibu Desa sebagai mitra dengan jangka waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan selama kurang lebih satu bulan. Langkah awal pembuatan keripik batang pisang dilakukan dengan memilih sari batang pisang yang baru diambil buahnya (masih segar) yang kemudian dipotong sesuai dengan keinginan dan dilakukan proses pengeringan yang dilanjutkan dengan proses perendaman yang ditaburi garam halus dan kapur sirih secukupnya. Proses ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih sehari-semalam. Sebelum sari batang pisang di masukkan kedalam wajan penggorengan terlebih dahulu sari batang pisang dibubuhi terigu yang kering, pada tahapan akhir diberikan varian rasa yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar, sebelum dimasukkan kedalam kemasan (pouch). Produk memiliki ketahanan selama lima hari sebelum sampai ketangan konsumen. Keripik kriuk yang telah jadi oleh kelompok PkM bersama Ibu – Ibu warga desa melakukan pemasaran dengan cara menitipkannya ke pasar dan atau warung/ toko kelontong maupun dengan memanfaatkan sosial media. Produk ini dalam pelaksanaanya ternyata menunjukkan hasil yang sangat menggembirakan, karena dengan biaya produksi sebesar Rp.1.580 per poach dengan harga jual Rp. 3.000 dapat diperoleh keuntungan ± 90 persen.

Abstract

The capital market is a means for investors to bring together sellers and buyers of funds to invest in stocks. The official institution that handles the sale and purchase of shares is the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). One of the companies that are attractive to investors is manufacturing companies because manufacturing companies are an industry that dominates companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses a quantitative approach while based on the level of explanatory, this research is classified as associative research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the influence or causal relationship, namely the independent variable (X) to the bound or dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted on cigarette sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). From the results of testing and analyzing the effect of interest rates on stock prices in cigarette manufacturing companies sub-sector is not very significant to companies listed on the IDX and from the results of testing and analyzing exchange rates on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the cigarette sub-sector has a significant influence on companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of subjective norms, moral obligations, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is MSME taxpayers registered with KPP Pratama South Makassar. Sampling was carried out by incidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are carried out by descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Based on the analysis that has been carried out, subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Moral obligations have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Subjective Norms, Moral Obligations, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bond age, company growth on the rating of financial sector bonds listed on the IDX in 2020-2022 using a quantitative research approach. which aims to test theories, build facts, show relationships between variables, provide statistical descriptions, estimate and predict the results. This research will be conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is to test the effect of bond age and company growth variables on bond rating variables, while to analyze the effect of each variable using SPSS software. Based on the results of the study, in the financial sector, bond age has a negative effect on bond ratings listed on the IDX. This is obtained from the results of the regression analysis, namely a significance value of <0.05 (0.249> 0.05) and a calculated t value of less than 2.022 (1.172 <2.039). In the financial sector, bond age has a negative effect on bond ratings listed on the IDX, on the company growth variable (X2), a Sig value of 0.00 and a calculated t value of -13.759 are obtained. because the Sig value is less than 0.05 (0.00 > 0.05) and the calculated t value is greater than 2.022 (-13.759 < 2.022).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadapprestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Makassar Selatan. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian inisebanyak 150 orang dan sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil kuesioner telah diuji validitas danreliabilitas, juga telah di uji asumsi analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan variabel penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikanterhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawa PT. PLN (Persero) Area Makassar Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadapkeluasan pelanggan Grab-Bike (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa STIEM Bongaya Makassar).Pengumpulan data kuantitatif deskriptif yang menjabarkan data yang diperoleh denganmenggunakan analisis untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan Grab-bike (studi pada Masiswa Stiem Bongaya Makassar). Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah mahasiswa konsumen Grab di Stiem Bongaya Makassar angkatan 2014jurusan Manajeman dan Akuntansi yang berjumlah 1.251 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil melalui teknik pendistribusian kuesioner adalah Accidental Sampling (SamplingKebetulan) yaitu metode pengambilan sampel dengan memilih siapa yang kebetulanada/dijumpai. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah di uji menggunakan metode uji validitas,reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasiluji t Variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki arah positif dan nilai t hitung. Hal ini menunjukkanbahwa nilai signifikasi lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi dan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel, maka hipotesis diterima. Abstract

This community service program was carried out with the aim of fostering environmental awareness and strengthening the spirit of mutual cooperation among residents through the Bersih Lorong (Clean Alley) activity. The program is grounded in the perspective of Civic and Pancasila Education (PPKn), which emphasizes the importance of shared responsibility, solidarity, and active citizen participation in community life. The background of this initiative stems from the poorly maintained condition of the alley environment, which required a collective effort to create a clean, healthy, and comfortable living space. The implementation methods included the socialization of relevant PPKn values, community empowerment in planning activities, and joint community work to clean the alley. Active participation of residents served as an indicator of success, as the community not only engaged in cleaning activities but also demonstrated stronger environmental concern and solidarity. The results of the program showed an increased awareness of the importance of maintaining a clean environment, the creation of a cleaner alley condition, and the development of a more internalized habit of mutual cooperation in daily life. Therefore, this activity not only had a physical impact on the environment but also strengthened the character values of the community in line with the goals of civic education.
