Abstract

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) tela menjadi indikator penting pencapaian pembangunan regional. Tujuan dari pengkajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dari sudut pandang ekonomi Islam, bagaimana Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Pulau Sumatra dipengaruhi oleh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, dengan memanfaatkan data panel dari sepuluh provinsi di Pulau Sumatra. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Pulau Sumatra tidak terlalu terpengaruh secara signifikan dan terpengaruh secara positif oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sementara itu, indeks pembangunan manusia Pulau Sumatra secara signifikan dan negatif terpengaruh Tingkat pengangguran terbuka. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa indeks pembangunan manusia Pulau Sumatra sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengangguran terbuka dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Ekonomi Islam memprioritaskan falah (kesejahteraan di dunia dan akhirat) di atas sekadar meningkatkan pendapatan atau metric statistik. Oleh karena itu, Islam berpendapat bahwa di sampan unsur ekonomi dan fisik, kemajuan manusia harus mencakup dimensi spiritual, moral, dan sosial.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of rice farmers in South Sungkai District, North Lampung Regency, who are still facing limited financial capital in meeting household needs, so they need an alternative to social-based economic support. Social capital, which includes trust, social networks, norms, and the value of togetherness, is a non-material asset that plays an important role in the lives of farmers. This study aims to analyze the form and contribution of social capital to rice farmers in meeting household needs and review its suitability with Islamic economic perspectives. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that social capital makes a real contribution to meeting the needs of farmers' households, especially in the aspects of food, education, and health, through the practice of mutual cooperation, cooperation with farmer groups, and social relations based on trust and mutual help. Viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics, the practice of social capital is in line with the principles of ta'awun (help), justice, and ukhuwah (brotherhood). In conclusion, social capital not only functions as a strengthening of the economy of farmers' households, but also as a means of strengthening social solidarity and realizing sustainable prosperity in accordance with Islamic economic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between the implementation of Sharia good Corporate Governance and the long-term operational resilience of Sharia commercial banks, as well as integrating Islamic ethical concepts such as Ihsan and Maqashid Sharia into GCG performance measurement models. This study uses a normative-juridical-qualitative approach that is reinforced by quantitative-descriptive content analysis. The normative approach focused on the evaluation of the regulatory framework and the theological foundation, while the empirical analysis referred to the data of Sharia commercial banks operating in Indonesia for the period 2014-2023. Research shows that effective implementation of Sharia GCG contributes significantly to profitability (ROA) and operational resilience. The Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) serves as a pillar of integrity with strict legal accountability. Banks that apply the Ihsan principle perform voluntary disclosure, which creates superior Trust Capital. However, the main challenge lies in the substantive implementation due to personal involvement and cultural challenges such as mental corruption. Good Sharia Corporate Governance is a non-negotiable prerequisite for the sustainability of Sharia commercial banks in the financial, ethical, and social dimensions. The effectiveness of Sharia Good Corporate Governance positions the bank to meet the dual objectives of mundane and ukhrawi accountability, with ethical transparency and Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) reporting as an important instrument in maintaining stakeholder trust.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor publik menuntut peningkatan kinerja pegawai, khususnya pada instansi yang berperan dalam layanan informasi dan tata kelola teknologi seperti Dinas Kominfo Provinsi Lampung. Dalam konteks tersebut, motivasi intrinsik, work life balance, dan pemanfaatan artificial intelligence (AI) dipandang sebagai faktor yang berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas dan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, work life balance, dan AI terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam yang menekankan amanah, ihsan, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab dalam bekerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory melalui survei kuesioner skala Likert. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 65 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda disertai uji kualitas instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi intrinsik, work life balance, dan AI belum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada taraf signifikansi 5 persen, meskipun model cenderung mendekati signifikan. Secara parsial, motivasi intrinsik dan AI berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan work life balance berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam, temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja tidak cukup hanya mengandalkan dorongan individu dan penggunaan teknologi, tetapi memerlukan penguatan budaya amanah dan tata kelola kerja yang adil agar pemanfaatan AI dan keseimbangan kerja benar benar mendukung kinerja.
