Abstract

Pandemi Covid – 19 yang telah melanda Indonesia menyebabkan krisis ekonomi yang menurunkan kinerja hampir di semua sektor industri, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi potensi kebangkrutan perusahaan sub retail yang ada di Indonesia secara umum dan mengidentifikasi perusahaan sub sektor retail yang masuk dalam kondisi berpotensi untuk bangkrut. Penelitian ini menggunakan 17 perusahaan sub retail dengan pengamatan per tahun 2020 sebagai sampel penelitian. Untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kebangkrutan, penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan Altman Z-Score yang akan di analisis melalui analsis statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lebih dari setengah atau 76% perusahaan retail di Indonesia masih dalam kondisi aman, sedangkan 24 %  sisanya dalam kondisi berpotensi kebangkrutan adapun perusahaan sub sektor retail yang berpotensi bangkrut meliputi; PT Duta Intijaya dengan nilai z-score 0,805, PT Trikomsel Oke dengan nilai z-score -292,051, PT Matahari Prima Putra dengan nilai z-score 0,056 dan PT. Hero Supermarket dengan nilai z-score -0,259.Keyword : Kebangkrutan, Altman Z score

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) explains that Coronaviruses infect the respiratory system. All activities are limited. Anxiety and panic certainly landed in the hearts of business people when the economic crisis spread to almost all countries in the world due to COVID-19. Consumers will only purchase primary goods and tend to avoid purchasing secondary, let alone tertiary goods, thus having an impact on the demand (supply) side. The slowing pace of the Indonesian economy will affect various economic sectors. So the author wants to tell the people in Pahoman Village, Enggal District, Bandar Lampung City, about the creative economy, so that it can be profitable and provide benefits to other people. The methods used are based on community service, such as socialization/counseling, training, mentoring, and interviews. This writing concludes that making mask connectors will still open up business opportunities after the pandemic. By conducting this training, people can be creative and develop a creative economy so that it can help generate ideas for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Introduction: In the distribution of financing, the implementation of green banking is outlined in green finance, which is one of the financing schemes or lending to environmentally friendly businesses. Green finance activities focus on risk mitigation in providing financing to sustainable development projects by considering the impact that these projects will have. Objectives: This research aims to find out how the application of green banking implementation analysis mitigates the risk of financing distribution. Method: This research is qualitative research of descriptive type. The data sources in this study are the BSI and BRI Sustainability Reports for the 2021-2022 period. The data collection technique used is the library method. Results: The results of this study are seen based on a comparative study conducted between Bank Syariah Indonesia and Bank Rakyat Indonesia, there are differences and similarities between the two banks. One of the differences between the two banks lies in terms of bank monitoring of the company being financed, BSI monitors its business once every three months while BRI monitors it once a year. In addition, there are also similarities between the two banks, one of the similarities between the two banks lies in providing financing to palm oil companies that must have ISPO or RSPO certificates before financing. Implications: This research is expected to provide implications for the green banking program implemented by Bank BSI and Bank BRI in mitigating the risk of financing distribution to customers. Both banks can complement each other to complement the shortcomings in their respective sectors.

Abstract

A country is in good condition with its national economy if there are several positive macroeconomic indicators, including increasing foreign exchange reserves, a stable balance of payments, and a decreased amount of money in circulation. This study analyzes the effect of foreign exchange reserves, balance of payments, and the amount of money in circulation of a country on the exchange rate using time series data from 2004 to 2023 and the VECM model. The causality test results did not find a causal relationship between foreign exchange reserves and the exchange rate. At the same time, the balance of payments affected the exchange rate, but not vice versa. In addition, there was no reciprocal influence between the amount of money in circulation and the exchange rate. The results of the VECM test generally show a long-term relationship and an adjustment mechanism from the short term to the long term.

Abstract

With increasing attention to environmental and sustainability issues, investment in clean energy is crucial to drive economic growth that is not only efficient but also sustainable. In addition, human development index (HDI) as an indicator of people's quality of life also plays an important role in influencing economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of clean energy investment and human development index on sustainable economic growth in ASEAN countries from the perspective of Islamic economics in the period 2014-2023. The analysis method used is VAR and VECM analysis. The results showed that sustainable economic growth and clean energy investment did not have a causal relationship but in the long-term VECM regression clean energy investment had a positive and significant effect on economic growth. While the human development index variable has a mutual effect with sustainable economic growth. The results of the causality test also show that clean energy investment has no causal relationship with the human development index.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the Human Development Index (HDI) in the Asia Pacific, that is, the level of health measured by life expectancy at birth, education measured by average years of schooling, and a decent living rate reflected by gross national income per capita. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses panel data regression analysis for the period 2018-2023. Based on the statistical results that researchers have carried out, the economic growth variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the human development index (HDI), the health level variable has a significant positive effect on the human development index (HDI), the education level variable has a positive and significant effect on the human development index (HDI). The variable of living conditions has a positive and significant effect on the human development index (HDI). Simultaneously, the variables of economic growth, health level, education level, and livable rate have a positive and significant effect on the human development index (HDI).

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat antar Lembaga keuangan syariah menuntut perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran dalam menarik minat nasabah, khususnya pada produk gadai emas. Meskipun berbagai upaya promosi telah dilakukan, kenyataannya belum semua strategi pemasaran berdampak signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran berbasis 10P terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih produk gadai emas pada BSI KCP Rajabasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan data diperoleh dari 85 responden yang merupakan nasabah pengguna produk gadai emas. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable product, promotion, dan power tidak berpengaruh dan tidak siginifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah padda produk gadai emas dengan nilai sig. > dari 0,05. Sedangkan Price dan public relation berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai sig. > 0,05. Kemudian place, people, process, phiysucal evidence, performance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah pada produk gadai emas. Secara simultan product, promotion, power, Price, public relation, place, people, process, phiysucal evidence, performance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih produk gadai emas. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya fokus pada elemen-elemen pemasaran yang memiliki dampak besar terhadap keputusan nasabah agar strategi pemasaran menjadi lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap minat berbelanja di pasar tradisional dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam (studi pada Pasar Rangai, Tri Tunggal Lampung Selatan). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang berbelanja di Pasar Rangai, Tri Tunggal Lampung Selatan yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial ekonomi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap minat berbelanja di Pasar Rangai, Tri Tunggal Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pihak terkait dalam meningkatkan minat berbelanja masyarakat, khususnya terkait faktor sosial ekonomi, yang berdampak pada minat berbelanja

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of industrial agglomeration, education level, population, and workforce on regional income inequality in Sumatra Island for the period 2015–2024 from an Islamic economic perspective. Data were analyzed using the panel data method and measured by the Gini coefficient. The results of the study indicate that income inequality between provinces in Sumatra is fluctuating but generally still low. Industrial agglomeration, education level, population, and workforce have been shown to influence income inequality. The principle of Islamic economic justice emphasizes the importance of equitable distribution of wealth so that community welfare can be achieved. These findings recommend the need for policies for equitable development and improving the quality of human resources to reduce income inequality in Sumatra Island.
