Abstract

Perkembangan perusahaan pada era globalisasi ini mengalami persainganyang sangat ketat. Perusahaan harus mampu melakukan pemberdayaan karyawannya untuk memenuhi kesuksesan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dan tempat pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah PT. Marbau Jaya Indah Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pegawai PT. Marbau Jaya Indah Raya sebanyak 119 orang. Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Perhitungan sampel dengan rumus slovin pada penelitian ini sebanyak 92 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi: uji normalitas data, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Analisis regresi linear berganda di uji dengan menggunakan pengujian secara parsial (t), simultan (F), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi pegawai PT. Marbau Jaya Indah Raya dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 36,751> Ftabel 2,48 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 47,478> Ftabel 2,48 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan karir (X1), kompensasi (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3) dan komitmen organisasi (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja (Y2).Nilai R Square darianalisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,628 artinya lingkungan kerja (Y2) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel pengembangan karir (X1), kompensasi (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3) dan komitmen organisasi (X4)sebesar 62,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31,4% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Semarang City is the capital of Central Java Province which has a location in the middle of the province. Its strategic location is on the route across the North Coast of Java Island which connects major cities on Java Island. The high population in the city center requires the fulfillment of the need for livable housing, especially to accommodate urbanists whose jobs are concentrated in the trade and service sectors in the commercial area in the city center. The availability of complete facilities and infrastructure in the city center is also an attraction for people to live in the area. With the income level and economy of the community less so high, without realizing it, the need for livable settlements is difficult to accommodate. This study aims to build a decision support system (DSS) for the determination of Slum Areas in Semarang City using the COPRAS method. The COPRAS method has a good degree of selectivity because it can determine the purpose of conflicting criteria. System implementation is done using PHP language and MySQL database. The SPK that was built was able to produce recommendations by providing the ranking of slum areas to users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company image, service quality, location and price on the repurchase interest of 12 KG LPG gas cylinders at PT. Jalah arta Prima Rantauprapat. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases of LPJ gas cylinders at PT. Jalah Arta Prima Rantauprapat, namely 541 people. The sample used in this study is to use the incidental sampling method (Incidental Sampling). Respondents in this study are consumers who purchase LPG gas cylinders at PT. Arta Prima Rantauprapat totaled 139 respondents. Analysis of the data obtained used quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Testing the feasibility of the research instrument and descriptive analysis of the characteristics of respondents using the softwareSPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 20.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, loyalty, work environment and Career Development on employee performance at PT. Socfindo AEK Pamienke North Batu Labuhan Regency. This Type Of Research Is Associative Research. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents, while the population used in this study are employees in the factory division precisely in the field of factory operators. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies.Data analysis tools used in this study using SPSS (Statistical product Sofware Solution).Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant Test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and determination coefficient test (R2).The results showed simultaneously variable work discipline, loyalty, work environment and Career Development significant effect on employee performance positive and significant effect on employee performance Fhitung 41,479> Ftabel2. 58 with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05,partially work discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained value thitung 2,776> ttabel1, 679 and the probability value of t is 0,008< 0,05,partially loyalty positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained value thitung4, 915> ttabel1,679 and the probability value of T is 0.000 < 0.05, work environment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees obtained value thitung 2.547 > ttabel1, 679 and the probability value of t is 0.014 < 0.05. Abstract

Automating application performance testing is a crucial strategy in modern software development. One of the commonly used tools for this purpose is Apache JMeter. JMeter enables developers to create realistic test scenarios to measure the performance of an application under various workload conditions. By automating with JMeter, developers can identify and address potential performance issues before the application is introduced to end users, thereby enhancing the reliability and overall quality of the application. In this abstract, we will explore the basic concepts of automated performance testing with JMeter and how its use can improve application reliability.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the differentiation strategy in determining market positioning (case study of LEGA drinks in Labuhanbatu). This research was conducted using a purposive sampling technique with the poulation that the consumer of LEGA drinks at Jln KH Dewantara, Kec. Rantau Selatan. a sample of 30 respondents who had consumed LEGA drinks in Labuhanbatu and the sampling method was carried out by giving questions in the form of questionnaires and interviews where each question answered would be expressed in numerical form based on the linkert scale. The analysis tool used is a simple analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is concluded that the independent variables partially affect the dependent variable, including product, service, personnel, and image have an effect on the market positioning of LEGA drinks in Labuhanbatu, with F count, namely, 61.678.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kualitas layanan, harga, promosi, dan kualitas rasa minuman terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Kafe Puncak Binaraga Coffee Dan Resto, Rantauprapat. Dalam industri kafe yang sangat kompetitif, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor penentu penting untuk keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Studi ini menemukan bahwa semua variabel independen—kualitas layanan, harga, promosi, dan kualitas rasa minuman—memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan kafe tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dalam setiap aspek kualitas layanan, penetapan harga yang kompetitif, strategi promosi yang efektif, dan kualitas rasa minuman yang tinggi secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi manajemen kafe dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan loyalitas, serta berkontribusi pada literatur tentang kepuasan pelanggan di industri kafe.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTImplementation of RFID technology and Node-RED dashboard in the asset management system at PT. Pamapersada Nusantara Head Office Jakarta. The aim of this research is to ensure the use and integration of RFID components in the implementation of a stock management system. The testing stages include ensuring the accuracy of reading RFID tags by the RFID reader, ensuring network connectivity between RFID components (RFID reader, RFID controller, and re terminal), as well as testing sending data from RFID tags read by the RFID reader to the MongoDB database via Node-RED . The Node-RED dashboard facilitates real-time inventory monitoring and management, registration of new assets, and status updates of assets stored in the warehouse space. The research results show successful implementation of RFID and Node-RED technology, which improves goods tracking and operational efficiency. Recommendations include improving the durability of RFID tags, maintaining network stability, optimizing dashboard usability, ensuring data integrity, scaling usage for future needs, increasing security measures for data storage and to create a smarter asset management implementation, it is necessary to create an item registration or description menu. condition of IN goods and description of the condition of goods OUT automatically. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of social media, work motivation, work discipline on improving employee performance at the Sipare-Pare Tengah Village Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. This research also includes quantitative research that is correlational. The population in this study were all employees at the Sipare-Pare Tengah Village Office with a total of 44 people. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 44 people. Where the entire population is used as a research sample using the saturated sample method. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly by researchers from measuring the length of the short intervals in the measuring instrument is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative data analysis technique using statistical methods. This study uses the calculation results of the IBM Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) version 26 which aims to determine the significant level and relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Partially, the social media variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance improvement variable by tcount value 2,636 > ftable 1,684 with a significant value of 0.215 > 0.05. Partially, the work motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance improvement variables with a tcount of 2,089 > ftable of 1,684 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.
