Abstract

Pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menciptakan pemerintahan yang baik. Pemerintah Kelurahan Sungai Jingah, sebagai unit pelaksana teknis di tingkat kelurahan, memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Evaluasi kinerja pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Sungai Jingah bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pelayanan di Kelurahan Sungai Jingah sudah cukup baik dalam hal kecepatan dan kemudahan akses, masih terdapat beberapa area yang perlu perbaikan, seperti transparansi dalam prosedur pelayanan, kualitas komunikasi antara petugas dan masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam administrasi pelayanan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Sungai Jingah melalui peningkatan pelatihan bagi petugas, penyederhanaan prosedur, dan optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of public services, especially in Mawar Village, Banjarmasin City. Responsiveness or responsiveness is the ability of an organization to identify community needs, prioritize needs, and develop them into various service programs. The quality of public services is the core of service performance. Service performance is an important point in the implementation of public services. The quality of public services is an indicator of the success of the public services provided. If the quality of public services is good, then it can be ascertained that the service performance carried out by the service apparatus is also optimal, accompanied by behavior and attitudes that uphold the values ​​of morality and service ethics, and have high responsibility and professionalism in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase community participation in development programs implemented by the Sungai Jingah Village government. This activity is carried out through socialization which aims to optimize the performance of the village government in implementing development programs by involving active community participation. Increasing community participation is very important in creating sustainable development and in accordance with community needs. The program implemented involves various stakeholders, such as village officials, community leaders, and local residents. Through an educational approach, it is hoped that the community can understand the importance of their role in village development and contribute to decision making. The results of this activity show an increase in community understanding of their role in development and increased participation in development programs in Sungai Jingah Village.

Abstract

The Smoke-Free Area (SFA) policy in schools should be the first line of defense in protecting adolescents from the dangers of smoking. However, in environments with a strong smoking culture, this policy often faces obstacles, one of which is low participation from teachers and parents. This study was conducted to analyze the role of teachers and parents in the implementation of the The Smoke-Free Area policy  at MA SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin. This study was a descriptive qualitative study using snowball sampling techniques. Data were collected  through interviews, observations, and documentation ang analyzed using the Miles-Huberman analysis technique. Data validity was tested using technical triangulation. The results of this research were obtained from 9 informants consisting of the principal, 4 teachers and 4 parents who showed that teachers have actively enforced the SFA through supervision, raids, sanctions, awarding points for violations and summoning parents. Conversely, parental involvement is still lowl, where permissive attitudes normalize smoking behavior. Using family ecological theory, it can be concluded that this study emphasizes that the succes of SFA in schools is not sufficient only with enforcement at the school level, but also requires active collaboration from parents to counter pro-smoking cultural norms at home.
