Abstract

Sales are very important in the activities of a company, then what must be prioritized in increasing company sales is Promotion, Product Quality, Packaging and Purchasing Decisions. in this study the sample used as many as from the total population of 43,463 were as many as 269 respondents and by using the sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling consisting porpive sampling. Determination test results explain that the results of the R Square value of 63.8% the remaining 36.2% are influenced by other variables not in this study, it can be concluded that the independent variables (Promotion X1, Product Quality X2, and X3 packaging) simultaneously affect the dependent variable dependent (purchase decision Y), which is 63.8% positive. Data analysis is used through the results of the t test and f test to find out how much influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. In this study using SPSS version 20.

Abstract

Human resources is the most important asset in a company or organization that affects the efficiency and effectiveness of the company, so the company is expected to manage MSDM as possible so as not to happen low productivity in a company. This research was conducted at PT LB Technologies Batam which is located in Komp Sarana Unggulan Block B No.8 Jl. Engku putri Batam Center. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, employee turnover and overtime work on the productivity of PT LB Technologies Batam. The population in this study as many as 140 people, in determining the sample using Slovin formula so that the sample obtained 104 people. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 20 indicators consisting of 20 statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 application. The result of analysis from this research indicates that work discipline has positive and significant effect to work productivity, employee turnover have positive and significant effect to work productivity, overtime work has positive and significant effect to work productivity and work discipline, employee turnover and overtime work have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the variables of work discipline, employee turnover and overtime work affect work productivity of 0.750 or 75%, while the remaining 25% influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Today many companies are very aware of the importance of consumer loyalty to a product or service produced by the company. Customer loyalty will occur when satisfaction arises for a product or service. Service quality and satisfaction are very important for customer loyalty. Theepurposeeofethisestudyeisetoedetermine whether serviceequalityeand satisfaction affect theeloyalty of MCN Cable TV customers in Batam City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, T test to determine the effect partially, F test to determine the effect simultaneously and test the coefficient of determination R2 to find out how strong the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable and by using data collection techniques that are purposive sampling with a total 144 respondents. By using the SPSS version 20. software program The results of this study are: service quality significantly affects customereloyalty. Satisfactionehaseaesignificanteeffecteonecustomer loyalty. Serviceequalityeand satisfactionesimultaneously haveea significanteeffecteon employeeeperformance.

Abstract

Traveloka is the fastest, cheapest and most comprehensive airline ticket search site. The prices displayed on the Traveloka website have been processed from a network of official sources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, price, and trust in consumer buying interest in Traveloka Online services. The population in this study are consumers who have used Traveloka Online services. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, statistical test. The results of this study indicate that brand image, price, and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest in Traveloka Online services. Partially the brand image and price do not significantly affect the interest in buying Traveloka Online services and Trust partially significantly affects buying interest in Traveloka Online services. In implementing the marketing strategy, it further increases trust, given that consumer trust in traveloka has not been well embedded. This can be done for example by way of making the design more interesting, easy to understand, and responsible for every problem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between product quality, promotion and event marketing on purchasing decisions of Cemara Park Residence housing. Researchers conducted research with a total sample of 112 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The data quality test in this study used validity and reliability tests, the assumption tests in this study were normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and effect test using multiple linear regression and determination coefficient tests, while hypothesis testing in this study used t and f tests. with the help of statistical software SPSS 25. Based on the results of t-test research, it shows that the variable product quality, promotion and event marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the f-test research indicate that product quality, promotion and marketing events together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. Every company will strive to improve the performance of its employees so that company goals can be achieved. One of the factors that can affect a person's performance is compensation and motivation. Performance appraisal is needed to determine the results or level of success of an employee. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance at PT Cendana Han Wijaya. The results of the T test prove partially, the results of the research state that compensation and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Cendana Han Wiajay and the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 52.9% of employee performance is influenced by compensation and motivation variables. While the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product completeness, service quality and accessibility on consumerpurchasingf decisions at PT. Lubrikan Jasa Tama partially or simultaneously. The data used are primary datacollected through questionnaires to 105 respondents who are consumers of PT. Lubrikan Jasa Tama. Thequestionnaire method uses a Likert scale with probability sampling technique methods. The datas obtained wereanalyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study, it canbe seen that the variables of product completeness, service quality and accessibility have an effect on purchasingdecisions, this is indicated by the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.554, which means that product completeness,service quality and accessibility have an effect of 55.4% on purchasing decisions and the rest is equal to 44.6%influencedd by other variables wnot examined. In this study it can also be seen that partially product completenessdoes not affect purchasing decisionss, while service quality and accessibility have a significantt effect onpurchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product completeness, service quality and accessibility have a positiveeand significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Economic globalization requires the business world as one of the economic actors to improve in the face of increasingly fierce competition. In order to compete in order to maintain the existence of the business, the company must be able to utilize its resources in order to achieve results effectively and efficiently. That studies aims are determining the effected of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Giken Precision Indonesia. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 111 employes of PT Giken Precision Indonesia. The results of this studies indicated that work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2) partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the coefficient of determining testing showed that work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 87.6 percent, while the remaining 12.4 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

The inspection is carried out at a hotel in Batam, for example Golden View Hotel Batam. This study examines the impact of training, benefits, and discipline on hotel performance. The survey was conducted for all hotel staff with a total of 120 respondents. Linear multivariate analysis was used to continue the SPSS 25 software. Reflecting on the test results, could seen by that training result there is a positive or good and significant effect for staff performance, compensation have a positive or good effect for employee benefits, also workplace is effective and important to the performance of employees. The test results simultaneously obtained that the Fcount value is 74.588 and the Ftable value is 2.683. According to the t-test standards, H0 rejected and Yes passed, which means that training (X1), compensation (X2) and work discipline (X3) are related to employee performance (Y), which is what changes training (X1).), salary (X2) affects and disciplinary activities (X3) show effective and important for employee efficiency (Y).
