Abstract

In today's increasingly competitive business environment, developing Information Technology is having a major impact on the Company's ability to compete. In order for the company to be competitive, the company must continuously keep pace with the development and progress of information technology. The use of economic criteria with measures of effectiveness, efficiency and productivity is one of the advantages of the competitiveness of the company. Abstract

Dusun Ngrandu Kalurahan Salamrejo adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang secara umum masyarakatnya sebagai peternak dan petani. Ternak yang banyak dipelihara oleh kelompok ternak Ngrandu di desa tersebut adalah domba texel, ekor tipis, dan dorper. Pemeliharaan domba di desa tersebut memiliki beberapa kendala seperti proses pencarian pakan hijau yang harus dilakukan setiap hari sehingga ketika peternak sakit atau musim hujan kesulitan mencari pakan. Recording ternak juga belum dilakukan sehingga produktivitas menjadi rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat STTKD memberikan solusi berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai pembuatan pakan fermentasi (silase) dari rumput, pelatihan mesin pencacah pakan otomatis, serta pendampingan menyusun recording ternak. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu observasi lapang, menentukan gagasan atau ide, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serah terima alat, serta monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak Ngrandu dalam pembuatan pakan fermentasi, penggunaan mesin pencacah pakan otomatis, dan recording ternak sebesar 70%. Peningkatan tersebut dapat diketahui melalui adanya evaluasi awal (pre-test) dan evaluasi akhir (post-test). Produk pakan fermentasi berhasil dibuat pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dan berhasil diterapkan sebagai pakan domba pedaging kelompok ternak Ngrandu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digital marketing dalam meningkatkan brand awareness di era media sosial. Dalam konteks ini, digital marketing mencakup strategi pemasaran yang memanfaatkan platform digital, seperti media sosial, untuk memperkenalkan dan memperkuat citra merek di mata konsumen. Brand awareness, sebagai salah satu indikator penting dalam pemasaran, mencerminkan sejauh mana konsumen mengenal dan mengingat suatu merek.​ Melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber yang membahas implementasi digital marketing dalam meningkatkan brand awareness. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial sebagai saluran utama pemasaran digital memiliki dampak signifikan dalam memperluas jangkauan merek dan membangun hubungan yang lebih dekat dengan konsumen. Konten kreatif dan interaktif yang disajikan melalui platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook mampu menarik perhatian audiens dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dengan merek. Selain itu, kolaborasi dengan influencer dan content creator juga terbukti efektif dalam memperkenalkan merek kepada khalayak yang lebih luas dan beragam.​ Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi digital marketing juga perlu diperhatikan, seperti kebutuhan akan konsistensi dalam pembuatan konten, pemahaman terhadap algoritma media sosial, serta pengelolaan interaksi dengan konsumen secara efisien. Kedepannya, perusahaan perlu terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perilaku konsumen untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan brand awareness melalui strategi digital marketing yang inovatif dan efektif.​

Abstract

Background: The quality of human resources (HR) is a key determinant of organizational success, especially in structured work environments.Purpose: This study endeavored to ascertain the efficacy of performance-based training and compensation as a means of enhancing the quality of the human resources of the company. Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative survey was conducted on 60 employees of the Aviation Security Company in Yogyakarta, selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM. Result: The analysis yielded results that indicated a significant impact of training on employee performance at the Yogyakarta branch of the Aviation Security company. Furthermore, the findings suggest a direct impact of compensation on employee performance within the same context.Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate a direct effect of training and compensation on employee performance at the Yogyakarta branch of the Aviation Security company. While HR quality also contributes to performance outcomes, the study did not find sufficient evidence to support its role as a moderating variable. These results suggest that training and compensation remain central components in enhancing employee performance, regardless of variations in HR quality levels.Originality/Value (State of the art): This study introduces an integrated HRM model and reveals that HR quality, while impactful, does not moderate training or compensation effects within structured work systems. Abstract

The cargo terminal is one of the main service facilities in the airport which aims to smooth the cargo process, for those who go out and in supported by adequate facilities and warehouses as stipulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation concerning SNI 03-7047-2004 regarding airport cargo terminals so that flights can run smoothly, safely and safely. This study aims to determine the capacity of the cargo terminal and the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the incoming cargo terminal at PT Angkasa Pura I at El Tari Kupang Airport, East Nusa Tenggara. This type of research is mix method. To obtain the results of this study using interview, observation and documentation methods conducted during the research. After obtaining the necessary data, the researcher will process the data into a discussion and make conclusions and suggestions. Based on the results of the research obtained by the researcher that the cargo terminal warehouse at El Tari Kupang airport is inadequate where the amount of incoming cargo production is greater than the capacity of the existing cargo warehouse especially during peak hours from the calculations that have been carried out, the cargo terminal warehouse at El Tari Kupang airport has met the standard guidelines stated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No KM 29 of 2005. Although it has been found that the cargo terminal has met the applicable standards, the cargo terminal at El Tari Kupang airport still cannot accommodate cargo goods that arrive in large quantities resulting in overload in the incoming cargo warehouse. This can be influenced by several factors, namely high demand, errors in planning and lack of supporting facilities. In handling incoming cargo, the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the incoming cargo terminal has been carried out in accordance with the applicable domestic cargo and postal service quality procedures. Abstract

Supervision conducted by Apron Movement Control (AMC) on the feasibility of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) vehicles is still frequently found in incidents and violations on the airside. Violations found such as damage to the vehicle engine, vehicle facilities that do not comply with regulations, and oil/fuel spills. This study aims to find out the causes of the lack of supervision of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit on the feasibility of the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) on the airside and to find out the reasons why Ground Support Equipment (GSE) vehicles that are not operationally feasible are still used on the air side at International Aiports Hang Nadim Batam. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Then data analysis was carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that direct supervision by Apron Movement Control (AMC) of GSE vehicles has not been carried out properly because AMC officers are more focused on garbarata services and Human Resources (HR) are limited, so violations are still found on the airside such us GSE vehicles that are not properly operational. Unfit GSE vehicles are still used for operational activities on the airside due to very busy flight schedules. Abstract

AMC unit supervision of GSE order is a very important thing to do to maintain security and safety in the airside area, considering that there are still many violations that still occur in the airside area of ​​Mopah Merauke Airport. The aim of this research is to find out how the AMC unit implements monitoring of GSE order on the air side and to find out what obstacles there are and what efforts are made by the AMC unit in monitoring GSE order on the air side of Mopah Merauke Airport. When the author does research, they utilize a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, gathering data through participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation gathered from pertinent sources. The results of this research indicate that 1) AMC unit supervision has not been optimal in carrying out supervision of GSE order. 2) AMC officers have obstacles in monitoring GSE order because they have limited human resources and technology to carry out effective supervision of all GSE activities and lack of awareness and compliance of GSE users. against the procedures that have been established 3) the efforts made by the AMC unit in monitoring GSE order and taking action against officers who commit violations.

Abstract

The Community Service Program of STTKD Lecturers is funded by the Directorate of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Education and Culture due to the problems faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of tempeh chips brand "Tempe Krees", including; low production capacity, inability to meet market demand, poorly organized managerial processes, and unattractive product branding that hinder online market penetration. The solution provided by the Community Service Team in the technological field is to increase the productivity of tempeh chips by using appropriate technological equipment, such as a soybean skin separator machine, tempeh slicing machine, and oil separator machine. In the managerial field, management and marketing training is conducted to reach a wider market share and improve packaging design to increase product branding in order to penetrate the online market. The result of this program is that the managerial competence of the partners has improved, as can be seen from the results of the posttest which has a better value than the pretest results. With the application of appropriate technology equipment, the production of tempeh chips increased from 50-55 pieces @ 250 grams per day to 100-110 pieces @ 250 grams per day. Production costs have decreased from Rp11,025 to Rp9,932, so the profits of MSME partners have increased from before. The next step after this community service is to encourage partners to penetrate the modern market so that partner businesses can develop well and trigger economic growth in the community around the location of MSMEs.

Abstract

Pelatihan Penyusunan Proposal Hibah Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat DRTPM bagi Dosen Perguruan Tinggi diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dosen dalam menyusun proposal hibah yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh DRTPM. Banyak dosen yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam menyusun proposal hibah yang berkualitas, sehingga penting bagi mereka untuk mendapatkan pelatihan yang dapat membekali mereka dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pemaparan materi, studi kasus, simulasi penyusunan proposal, dan sesi diskusi. Peserta dibimbing untuk mempraktikkan cara menyusun proposal yang efektif, sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh lembaga penyandang dana. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai langkah-langkah penyusunan proposal hibah yang benar. Selain itu, keterampilan praktis peserta dalam menyusun proposal juga meningkat, dan mereka merasa lebih percaya diri untuk mengajukan proposal hibah setelah mendapatkan umpan balik dari fasilitator. Pelatihan ini penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas riset dan pengabdian masyarakat dosen, serta meningkatkan partisipasi mereka dalam program hibah yang tersedia.
