Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the level of destination risk on the intention to visit Bali by considering attitudes towards tourist risk and the framing of destination marketing communication messages in the target market. In the context of recovering tourism activities, this study provides input for tourism destination managers regarding the perception of destination risk from a tourist perspective as input in formulating a destination marketing strategy by considering the effect of destination risk perception, and the attitude of target tourists on the risk of travel to their intention to visit or travel. after the policy of limiting community activities, especially the perception of risk on tourist travel activities. The research method used a quasi-experimental design. Starting with measuring the risk perception of a Bali destination, then measuring the intention of tourist visits in groups that have a high-risk perception and a low-risk perception by considering the Bali destination advertising message framing strategy. Data was collected in cities that are the target market for Indonesian tourists, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Yogya, Solo, Semarang and Surabaya, Medan, and Manado. The types of data in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The findings of this study recommend to the managers of Bali tourist destinations that destination communication is managed carefully. Management of messages related to Bali destinations to consider the strategy of framing messages communicated to potential markets to manage the perceived risk of visiting the destination. The results of data analysis concluded that: 1) Perception of Bali destination affects the intention to visit Bali. 2) Destination-related message framing strategies affect the intention to visit Bali.

Abstract

Pelaku usaha tentunya ingin melakukan pengembangan dalam segala hal untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas usahanya. Salah satu yang perlu dilakukan adalah system pemasaran menggunan media elektronik yaitu E-commerce. Sistem yang memberikan kemudahan baik pada pengguna maupun konsumen yang akan menikmati pelayanan dalam transaksi jual beli. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media E-commerce oleh pelaku usaha terhadap profitabilitas yang dihasilkan dan pengaruh e-commerce tersebut terhadap kemudahan konsumen dalam berbelanja secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berupa studi literature pada bidang menajemen pemasaran berbasis media e-commerce. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literature atau Library Research. Penggunaan media e-commerce memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas pelaku usaha dan memberikan kemudahan pelayanan khususnya bagi konsumen dalam bertransaksi.

Abstract

Inovasi keuangan digital telah secara signifikan memengaruhi tata kelola bisnis perusahaan keuangan tradisional. Artikel ini mengulas dampak inovasi tersebut pada entitas keuangan tradisional dengan memfokuskan perhatian pada perubahan regulasi dan pengalaman pengguna. Dengan pendekatan analisis literatur yang teliti, artikel ini menggambarkan disparitas antara model bisnis tradisional dengan gejala munculnya teknologi keuangan digital, serta menggali implikasi perubahan regulasi dan pengalaman pengguna dalam dinamika tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi keuangan digital telah memaksa entitas keuangan tradisional untuk mengadaptasi model bisnis mereka, memicu perubahan dalam regulasi, dan menghadirkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengalaman pengguna. Kesimpulannya menyoroti urgensi bagi entitas keuangan tradisional untuk berinovasi secara proaktif serta menyesuaikan diri dengan kemajuan teknologi keuangan. Regulasi yang responsif dan pengalaman pengguna yang ditingkatkan menjadi pilar kunci dalam menghadapi tantangan yang dihadirkan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang terbentang oleh inovasi keuangan digital.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis pengaruh implementasi sistem akuntansi pemerintahan berbasis akrual terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan publik. Akuntansi berbasis akrual diterapkan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pelaporan keuangan pemerintahan, karena metode ini mencatat pendapatan dan beban pada saat terjadinya transaksi, bukan pada saat kas diterima atau dibayarkan. Studi ini menggunakan metode literature review dari berbagai jurnal akademis dan laporan pemerintah yang diterbitkan setelah tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi berbasis akrual secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan keuangan dalam hal keakuratan, relevansi, dan keterbandingan. Namun, beberapa tantangan seperti kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan infrastruktur pendukung masih menjadi hambatan dalam penerapannya secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas serta kebijakan yang mendukung untuk memastikan implementasi yang optimal dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, sistem akuntansi berbasis akrual berpotensi memperkuat tata kelola keuangan publik yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Fintech menghadirkan solusi keuangan yang modern dan terkemuka, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menyajikan layanan yang lebih efisien dan aksesible. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Dampak Inovasi Finansial Teknologi (Fintech) Terhadap Model Bisnis Perbankan dan Keuangan Tradisional. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya dalam literatur penelitian. Literatur yang digunakan adalah literatur dari hasil penelitian atau kajian yang disajikan dalam artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literature pada hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Inovasi Finansial Teknologi (Fintech) memiliki dampak yang positif Terhadap Model Bisnis Perbankan dan Keuangan Tradisional.

Abstract

Efficient financial management is a key factor in the success of cooperatives. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training in preparing transparent financial statements for cooperative members. The method employed in this research is Community Service (PKM), focusing on providing a comprehensive understanding of basic accounting principles, techniques for preparing financial reports, and the importance of transparency in financial management. Through this training program, participants are expected to enhance their skills in creating accurate and accountable financial statements while understanding the impact of transparency on member trust. The results of the activity indicate a significant improvement in participants' abilities to prepare financial reports and increase transparency, which in turn contributes to better cooperative management.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive literature review on the financial performance analysis of companies through liquidity and profitability ratio approaches. Financial performance is a critical indicator of a company's overall health and sustainability, influencing investment decisions and stakeholder confidence. Liquidity ratios, such as the current ratio and quick ratio, assess a company's ability to meet its short-term obligations, providing insights into operational efficiency and cash management. On the other hand, profitability ratios, including return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE), measure a company's ability to generate profit relative to its revenue, assets, and equity. This review synthesizes recent studies to highlight the interrelation between liquidity and profitability, emphasizing that strong liquidity positions often correlate with improved profitability metrics. The findings underscore the importance of both ratios in providing a holistic view of a company's financial performance, enabling managers and investors to make informed decisions. Furthermore, the article suggests areas for future research, particularly regarding the impact of external factors on these financial ratios.

Abstract

Millennials are considered the most tech-savvy generation, having grown up in an era characterized by rapid technological evolution and internet proliferation. This familiarity with digital interfaces has naturally extended into their financial behaviors, including their preferences for digital payment systems. The objective of this research is to analyze the usage of digital wallets and their influence on personal financial planning among millennials. This study adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to comprehensively analyze and synthesize prior studies regarding the use of digital wallets and their influence on personal financial planning among millennials. This literature review has explored the relationship between digital wallet usage and personal financial planning among millennials, a generation characterized by high digital literacy and growing financial independence.
