Abstract

The village administration is the smallest unit in the structures of local government, the village government has its own duties and authorities as stipulated by Law. The main substance that has not changed is that the village government as the government administration at the village level. The purpose of this study to see how the duties and functions of the village head and village in improving performance at the village office Namo Binang Pancur Batu Subdistrict of Deli Serdang. This type of research is qualitative descriptive method. Source of data derived from interviews san documentation. The results showed under the implementation of the basic tasks and functions of the village and the village is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. On the implementation side than the basic tasks and functions in each village needs to be supported with human resources (HR) and adequate infrastructure in order to achieve the tasks and services to the public.

Abstract

Grand Jatra Hotel is a 5 star hotel that stands right in the city center of the Pekanbaru Riau area. The Grand Jatra Pekanbaru Hotel is not free from various complaints from guests. Complaints can be categorized into two categories, namely mild complaints and serious complaints. This is specifically handled by the Receptionist. Handling complaints carried out and handled specifically by the receptionist is part of the complaint handling strategy and aims to make complaint handling more focused and able to answer complaints optimally. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the strategies used, especially in handling complaints, as well as supporting environmental factors in handling complaints, such as the handling procedures carried out by the Receptionist at the Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

Cakupan pelayanan dalam system komunikasi bergerak adalah berupa lingkungan yang memiliki permukaan tidak teratur. Oleh karena itu menghitung redaman lintasan propagasi radionya membutuhkan perhitungan yang kompleks. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir telah dikembangkan beberapa model propagasi secara empiris oleh para ahli untuk perencanaan jaringan komunikasi bergerak. Adapun diantaranya adalah model okumura, model hatta, dan diperoleh hasil analisa perhitungan rugi-rugi propagasi dan penerimaan daya pada sisi receiver dengan menggunakan metode okumura yang diimplementasikan dengan Lokumura  = 139,1 dB dengan penerimaan daya pada sisi receiver sebesar Pr = -971 dBm Kata kunci : Sinyal, Propogasi, Permodelan,  Model OkumuraAbstract—Service coverage in a mobile communication system is in the form of an environment that has an irregular surface. Therefore calculating the attenuation of the radio propagation path requires complex calculations. In the last decades several propagation models have been developed empirically by experts for planning mobile communication networks. Abstract

Patient Monitor is a device that monitors physiological conditions in the form of NIBP (Non-Ivasive Blood Pressure) blood pressure, temperature, respiration, SPO2 and the shape of the heart pulse continuously. The purpose of this study was to find out how the system works and the use of Non Iinvasive Blood Pressure is good in order to get maximum results. This research is a descriptive and qualitative method, namely by analyzing the Work System and the Effect of Noun Invasive Blood Pressure measurement on the Patient Monitor. The results obtained are the NIBP working system on the patient monitor device consisting of power supply, motor, air valve, microprocessor, display. The blood pressure measurement system uses a cuff with air pressure generated by a motor. The conclusion of this study is that the NIBP works using a pneumatic system, namely using air pressure, where the cuff is inflated until the pressure reaches a maximum above systolic pressure, where the arteries are effectively blocked. Then the cuff pressure is reduced to a constant level, the pressure traducer provides an analog signal to the digital hardware during the process of obtaining the systolic, diastolic and mean pressures.

Abstract

Electrosurgical Unit is a medical surgical device that utilizes high-frequency electric currents to cut, thicken and dry tissue during the operation process so that patients do not experience a lot of blood loss. 36 of 2009 concerning health states that the availability of medical devices must be safe, of good quality, and the public can be protected from harm caused by the use of medical devices that do not meet quality requirements. In Law No. 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals, maintenance of equipment must be documented and evaluated periodically and continuously, so to carry out the mandate of the law, preventive maintenance must be carried out. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, which aims to analyze the maintenance of the Electrosurgical Unit by observing secondary maintenance data consisting of maintenance cards, SOPs, work tools etc. while observing primary data in the form of questionnaires so that the condition of preventive maintenance of ESU tools can be identified. already running. Based on the observations and analyzes that have been carried out, it is known that the preventive maintenance activities for the Electrosurgery Unit have been going well, such as technicians who have received training, maintenance funds are available, there are operating SOPs and calibration has also been carried out, but there are a number of things that must be improved, such as completing maintenance cards , Maintenance SOPs, performance tests, checking foot switches etc. periodically so that the condition of the ESU equipment can be monitored and documented on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Ventilator is a mechanical assistive device that functions to provide artificial respiration to patients by providing negative or positive air pressure to the lungs through the airways. who can maintain ventilation and administration of oxygen for long periods of time (Brunner and Suddarth, 2001). While the HFNC (High Flow Nasal Cannula) Ventilator is a Ventilator specifically used for the treatment of patients suffering from acute hypoxemia. It is necessary to carry out maintenance so that the tools with this type of research are of high quality The measurement result is the oxygen gas flow rate, according to the size of the flowrate selection, namely 30 lpm, 45 lpm and 60 lpm.

Abstract

Ultrasonograph (USG) is a diagnostic support tool in hospitals, which utilizes ultrasonic waves with a frequency (more than 20,000 Hz) to produce images. This tool is needed for parents, especially pregnant women, to find out the condition / development of the fetus. Preventive or preventive maintenance is maintenance activities in the form of maintenance by cleaning tools which are carried out every day by operators and adjustment, lubrication and replacement of maintenance materials which are carried out by technicians on a regular basis. The method used in this research is observation with qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research on the preventive maintenance of the Ultrasonograph (USG) device at the University of North Sumatra Hospital in Medan, where out of the 20 questions given, 17 answered yes and 3 answered no, thus the implementation of preventive maintenance at the North Sumatra General Hospital was concluded as good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze humidifiers on ventilators for patients. Can find out the analysis of humidifiers on ventilators, explain, and apply knowledge about analysis of humidifiers on ventilators. In this study, quantitative descriptive research types are combined with observational research methods.. There are two types of humidifiers, namely passive humidifiers and active humidifiers. With these two types of humidifiers, it's done. Measurement of ventilator performance using a passive humidifier and measurement of ventilator performance using an active humidifier on patient objects. From the measurement results of the two types of humidifiers, you can see monitor displays of flow rate, breathing frequency, oxygen saturation and breathing patterns.

Abstract

Electrical safety test or often referred to as Electrical safety test is a testing process to evaluate whether electrical or electronic devices are safe to use by users. The elements tested include: isolation stage, grounding stage, and leakage current stage. Meanwhile, baby incubator calibration is the process of readjusting the device to provide accurate results in measuring temperature, humidity and air pressure in a certain environment. The importance of electrical safety tests and calibration of baby incubators is to minimize the risk of accidents and errors in their use, especially in babies who are susceptible to changes in environmental conditions. Therefore, the electrical safety test process and calibration of the baby incubator must be carried out regularly and periodically.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD)berbasis Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 101810 Biru Biru. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa bahan ajar LKPD yang memuat materi bilangan pecahan dan bentuk pecahan. Model penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi) dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Pada penelitian pengembangan ini, peneliti membatasi tahap pengembangan sampai pada tahap Development (pengembangan). Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar uji validitas, lembar praktikalitas serta soal pretest dan postest pemecahan masalah. Data hasil validitas, praktikalitas dan efektifitas yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik statistika deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas, LKPD berbasis RME untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah masuk dalam kategori sangat valid dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 3,83 sedangkan hasil uji praktikalis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah masuk dalam kategori sangat praktis dengan skor 3,45 serta kefektifan LKPD ditinjau dari nilai pretest dan postest hasil belajar peserta didik diperoleh nilai gain 0,65 kategori sedang dengan persentase peningkatan 65% yang berarti memenuhi kriteria keefektifan.
