Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, pengalaman kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMA Veteran 1 Sukoharjo yang beralamatkan di Jalan Dokter Muwardi No.84, Sawah, Gayam, Kecamatan Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah 57514. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan.Dengan metode sensus diperoleh sampel sebanyak 37 responden.Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel dependen yaitu kinerja guru, variabel independen yaitu kompetensi, motivasi, pengalaman kerja dan etos kerja Data Penelitian yang sudah didapat akan dilanjutkan pengolahan data menggunakan alat analiss regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan kompetensi, motivasi, pengalaman kerja dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Veteran 1 Sukoharjo

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially the variables of communication, competence, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, Sukoharjo Regency. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population of all employees working at the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sukoharjo Regency is 200 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 50 employees. Sampling is in accordance with research (Arikunto, 2019: 112), after calculating 25% of the population. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that communication, competence, motivation and organizational culture partially and significantly influence the performance of employees in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sukoharjo Regency. Suggestions from this study, the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sukoharjo Regency continues to improve existing communication, competence, motivation and organizational culture, so that it will make employee performance increase and become better than before.

Abstract

The research design uses a quantitative descriptive design. The population is consumers of PT. Jaladara Jaya Trans Klaten and a sample of 97 people using the saturated sample technique, where the entire population is sampled. Linear regression test is used to analyze. The result is that brand image, service and word of mouth each influence PT. Jaladara Jaya Trans Klaten.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of TikTok Marketing, Brand Image and Ratings on Customer Purchasing Decisions of Sinar Cosmetics Sragen. The research method uses quantitative research, in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were customers of Sinar Cosmetics Shop, Sragen City, who had made online or offline purchases. Of the 900 populations, 90 respondents were taken as a sample using non-probability techniques. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. Based on these research findings, that TikTok Marketing, Brand Image and Ratings have a positive and simultaneous effect on Purchase Decisions. TikTok Marketing, Ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while Brand Image has no positive and significant effect. Purchasing decisions can be explained by the TikTok Marketing variables, brand image and ratings of 31.5%. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the most dominant variable is TikTok Marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dijalankan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh reward, punishment, budaya organisasi, dan training pada kinerja. Lokasi penelitian yang dipakai dalam studi ini adalah PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer yang didapat lewat kuesioner yang dibagikan pada karyawan dari PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo. Dalam studi ini sebab jumlah populasinya >100 sehingga penentuan sampel tidak mungkin untuk dilakukan, sehingga sensus dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan cara sampel yang diambil memiliki jumlah yang serupa dengan jumlah populasi. Sejumlah 70 pegawai dijadikan sampel penelitian, di lain sisi sisanya yang berjumlah 55 pegawai dijadikan uji coba instrument penelitian. Analisis yang dipakai untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel dalam studi kali ini adalah memakai analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa, secara simultan dan signifikan kinerja mendapat pengaruh dari reward, punishment, budaya organisasi, dan training. Di lain sisi secara parsial, positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan mendapat pengaruh dari reward, secara positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan mendapat pengaruh dar punishment, secara positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, dan secara tidak signifikan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh training.Kata kunci: reward, punishment, budaya organisasi, training, kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Multiyasa Abadi Sentosa Sukoharjo. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel karyawan dari PT. Multiyasa Abadi Sentosa, sejumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. 0 for Windows. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun secara simlutan variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan, sehingga seluruh hipotesis yang dinyatakan dalam penelitian terbukti.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of disruptive marketing innovation as a moderator of the influence of marketing mix strategy, green marketing and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques through surveys of consumers of Salatiga Cassava SMEs. Model and hypothesis testing uses SEM (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion carried out in the previous chapter, the conclusions that can be drawn are as Marketing mix strategy has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and disruptive marketing innovation. Green marketing does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions but has a significant effect on disruptive marketing innovation. Social media marketing does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions but social has a significant effect on disruptive marketing innovation. Disruptive marketing innovation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions but does not moderate or weaken the direction of the relationship between marketing mix strategy and green marketing on purchasing decisions but Marketing innovation moderates or strengthens the direction of the relationship between social media marketing on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: purchasing; disruptive innovation; marketing mix; green marketing; social media

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of competence and organizational commitment on performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. This study uses a non-experimental descriptive quantitative method with a survey and cross-sectional design. The unit of analysis of this study uses individual answers that represent their respective opinions, in this case members of the Polri Polres Sukoharjo which will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). In this study, the independent variables used are competence (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) and the dependent variable used is performance (Y). In this study, the intervening/mediating variable used is job satisfaction (M). The population in this study were 108 members of the Polri Polres Sukoharjo and then they would become research respondents who would provide answers to the statement items given. This study uses a small sample in a certain group so that the minimum sample that must be met is 70 respondents. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, documentation, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The conclusion from the results of testing, analysis and discussion in the previous chapter is that Competence does not affect job satisfaction in members of the Sukoharjo Police Department, Organizational commitment, Job satisfaction, Competence affects the performance of members of the Sukoharjo Police Department. Organizational commitment does not affect the performance of members of the Sukoharjo Police Department. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between competence and the performance of members of the Sukoharjo Police Department. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of members of the Sukoharjo Police Department.

Abstract

The background of this research is that students' studying motivation in Skill Competency of Livestock Agribusiness of SMK Negeri 2 Sukoharjo is still classified low. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of self-control, peer social environment, parents' support and teachers' competence for students' studying motivation of Skill Competency of Livestock Agribusiness of SMK Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. The method of this research is using quantitative research design. The population is all X and XII students of Skill Competency of Livestock Agribusiness of SMK Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. The number is 139 students. The sampling technique in this research is Census Technique with the number of samples is 139 respondents. The technique of collecting data is using questionnaires. The technique of analyzing data is using statistical analysis namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and determination coefficient. The results show that self-control, peer social environment, parents' support and teachers' competence significantly influence students' studying motivation of Skill Competency of Livestock Agribusiness of SMKN Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. The suggestions from this research are that the students are necessary to improve self-control, the parents should give support to their sons or daughters, and the teachers are necessary to improve competences according to main duties, so they will make students' studying motivation better than before.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of integrity, competence, workload, and information technology on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The study was conducted at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The research sample consisted of 58 TKPK employees working at Bapenda Surakarta City, using a census sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that integrity has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Competence has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Workload has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The utilization of information technology has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Integrity, competence, workload, and The utilization of information technology has a simultaneous and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City.
