Abstract

Technological advances and the economic crisis that occurred in Indonesia, directed infrastructure development towards the use of Structures with lightweight materials. But overall it does not have an impact on increasing the Strength of the Structure. The use of lightweight materials as a structural material will reduce the total weight of a building, thereby reducing the supporting parts and foundations. Concrete is a material commonly used for Structures. This is because Concrete has many advantages when compared to other building materials. However, concrete has one weakness, namely its density is quite high so that the dead load on a structure becomes large. Based on SNI (03-2847-2002), concrete is a mixture of Portland cement or other hydraulic cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and water with or without additives to form a solid mass. Abstract

In this research method used is the experimental method, namely, the method used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions and for testing using destructive methods, namely by destroying the test object being studied. In this research, the test object variables used 27 compressive strength test specimens, cylindrical test specimens with a diameter of 15 cm x 30 cm high. This research used FC'30 concrete quality, to analyze the comparative compressive strength between normal FC'30 concrete and FC concrete. '30 uses recycled cornestone as an additive to the concrete mixture, the compressive strength test on this test object is carried out when the test object specimen is 7 days old, 14 days old and up to 28 days old. Compressive strength is the ability of concrete to accept compressive force per unit area.  From the results of the compressive strength test, a graph of the relationship between the additions was created. Cornestone aggregate on compressive strength and analyze the comparison of compressive strength between normal FC'30 concrete, recycled and cornestone.Keywords : Study of Recycled Fc'30 Concrete Compressive Strength Using Ex MSE WALL (Cornestose) Aggregate.

Abstract

In an effort to improve services for existing traffic, one of the efforts made is to improve the quality of road equipment. As explained in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation Article 25, it states that every road used for traffic must be equipped with road equipment in the form of one of which is traffic signs. The Palembang City Government, especially the Palembang City Transportation Agency itself, does not yet have data on road equipment, such as traffic signs that have complete attribute data. However, the existing condition of incomplete road equipment causes the management of road equipment data to not be managed properly. Which will have an impact on the obstruction of every activity such as monitoring and maintenance of existing Road Equipment. So that it will have an impact on decision making to improve road services and safety. In addition to the incomplete Road Equipment data, the condition of the signs on Jalan Letda Abdul Rozak is also absent. In addition to the problems with road equipment signs, according to data obtained from the author's analysis results, it is known that the free flow speed of light vehicles is 44.7 (km/hour) while the function of the collector road with the results of the analysis in the field, the maximum speed must be below 30 (km/hour) this causes Jalan Letda Abd Rozak to often experience congestion, especially during work and school hours. Keywords: services for existing traffic, quality of road equipment, congestion,

Abstract

Along with the development of the times, especially in the field of construction is currently developingquite rapidly, accompanied by the availability of various types of modern and practical materials, one of theconstruction materials that is often used in construction is concrete, almost every aspect of human life is alwaysrelated to concrete, both directly and indirectly, for example the relationship of human life directly or indirectlytoconcrete, namely,humansenjoyanduseconstructionsuchasroads,bridges, airports,breakwaters, anddamswhose structures are made of concrete. Concrete is in great demand because concrete has many advantages,including fire resistance, its components are easily obtained, and it has very high strength and bearing capacity,so that concrete can be applied to all building designs, meanwhile behind the advantages of concrete, althoughconcrete is able to withstand the load force well. the ability of concrete to withstand low tensile and compressivestress, the construction is easily cracked if it gets tensile and compressive stress, to anticipate this, the concreteis given additional reinforcement, the provision of reinforcement to this concrete beam is known as reinforcedconcrete.

Abstract

This research discusses planning for market development with environmentally friendly facilities in Talang Putri Village. The aim of this research is to design a sustainable market by considering environmental, social and economic aspects. The methods used include collecting data related to structural strength, selecting environmentally friendly materials, utility systems, environmental studies, budget plans (RAB), and making technical drawings. The research results show that this market planning includes several main components: (1) efficient design and spatial layout with product-based zoning, (2) use of environmentally friendly materials such as environmentally friendly concrete, light steel, and recycled paving blocks, (3) integrated waste management system, and (4) utilization of renewable energy through solar panels and energy-saving LED lights. This market is designed with sustainability aspects in mind, including waste management systems, use of renewable energy, and selection of environmentally friendly materials. In conclusion, this market development planning does not only focus on economic functions, but also considers environmental and social impacts, so that it can become a model of sustainable market development that supports improving the quality of life of the community.Keywords: Land use, Google Earth, remote sensing, image interpretation,    Kalidoni Distric

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Google Earth satellite imagery utilization in creating land use maps in Kalidoni District, Palembang. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with remote sensing techniques and field surveys. Sampling was conducted at 150 points using stratified random sampling method. The results showed an interpretation accuracy level of 92.7% with a Kappa coefficient of 0.89. Land use distribution is dominated by settlements (35.2%), industrial areas (20.5%), and commercial services (15.3%). Temporal analysis for the 2019-2024 period shows residential area expansion of 12.5% and green open space reduction of 3.2%. This research proves that Google Earth imagery is effective for district-scale land use mapping with reliable accuracy levels.Keywords:  Land use, Google Earth, remote sensing, image interpretation,    Kalidoni Distric

Abstract

The design of the market development with environmentally friendly facilities in Talang Putri Village aims to create a public space that meets the economic needs of the community while considering environmental sustainability. This study uses a qualitative approach, utilizing case studies and field observations to gather data on the existing market conditions and the needs of the community. The results indicate that the implementation of Green Architecture principles, including effective waste management and natural lighting optimization, significantly enhances the market’s functionality and sustainability. Additionally, the market will be equipped with designated areas for public zones, service zones, private zones, and semi-public zones to ensure comfort and cleanliness. In conclusion, it is expected that this market will become a clean, comfortable, and eco-friendly center for economic activities for the surrounding community.Keywords : Environmental-Friendly Market Design, Green Architecture, Environmental Sustainability, Effective Waste Management.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a comprehensive Budget Plan (RAB) for the construction of a market with environmentally friendly facilities in Talang Putri Village. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach, utilizing primary data through field surveys, interviews, and direct observations, as well as secondary data from planning documents and related regulations. The research results produced a market design that implements Green Architecture concepts with dry and wet zone divisions, equipped with environmentally friendly utility systems such as water management, integrated waste treatment, and renewable energy utilization. The budget plan was prepared considering the efficient use of local materials and cost-effective construction technology. This research provides long-term development recommendations including environmental management training, supporting facility improvements, and community involvement in market management to create a sustainable traditional market that supports the improvement of the surrounding community's quality of life.Keywords: Budget plan, traditional market, green architecture, environmentally  friendly, sustainable development

Abstract

This study develops an Android-based logistics monitoring system to enhance efficiency in material management for construction projects. The research method includes system requirements analysis, application development using the Kodular.io platform, and functionality testing with project stakeholders. The results show that this application optimizes material stock monitoring, speeds up request and issuance processes, and improves logistics data accuracy. Implementing this system can improve material management effectiveness and reduce project delays due to material shortages.Keywords: Logistics management, Material monitoring, Android application, Kodular.io
