Abstract

Ibnu Maskawaih adalah seorang pemikir (filosuf) dan juga seorang penulis produktif. Pada masanya keberhasilan politik dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan tidakdibarengi dengan ketinggian Akhlak, bahkan dilanda kemerosotan akhlak secara umum, baik dikalangan elit, menengah dan bawah. Tampaknya hal inilah yangmemotivasi Maskawaih untuk memusatkan perhatianya pada etika Islam. Manusia adalah makhluk yang berkembang karena dipengaruhi oleh pembawaanlingkungan yang merupakan suatu hakikat wujud manusia. Maka konsep pendidikan yang dibangun oleh Ibn Miskawih bertumpu pada pendidikan akhlak. IbnuMaskawaih merupakan seorang yang tekun dalam melakukan percobaan-percobaan untuk mendapatkan ilmu-ilmu baru. Beliau juga seorang teoritis dan telah mengupas filsafat akhlakiyah secara analisa pengetahuan. Konsep yang ditawarkannya adalah berdasar pada doktrin jalan tengah yang berarti menekankan kesimbangan, moderat, harmoni, utama, mulia, atau posisi tengah antara dua ekstrim.

Abstract

Metode pendidikan yang digunakan oleh pendidik pada dasarnya adalah menggunakan suatu cara yang memberikan kemudahan bagi peserta didik/murid untuk menghayati dan mengamalkan ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sekaligus mengidentifikasi dirinya dengan nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut sehingga metode yang digunakan haruslah mampu membuat murid/peserta didik untuk merasa mudah menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan itu. Inilah yang harus dipahami oleh seorang pendidik sehingga pengajaran (proses pembelajaran) akan tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Pada artikel ini dinahas bagaimana Ibnu Khaldun memberikan tahapan- tahapan dalam mempelajari suatu ilmu. Yaitu ilmu diberikan secara sederhana, lalu mengulang kembali pelajaran dan diadakan diskusi, dan mengulang dari awal sampai akhir termasuk seluruh masalah ilmu yang sulit dikaji sampai hal-hal yang kecil dalam ilmu tersebut. Jadi mengajarkan pengetahuan kepada murid hanyalah akan bermanfaat apabila dilakukan secara berangsur-angsur, setapak demi setapak dan sedikit demi sedikit.

Abstract

The Project Activity for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile is expected to form the personality of Indonesian students based on the values of Pancasila, one of the values contained in the Pancasila Student Profile is an independent attitude. Therefore, students are expected to take part in project activities to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. This research aims to determine the influence of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Activities on Students' Independent Attitudes at SMA DIPONEGORO 2. The aim of the research is to find out and understand the influence of the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project on Students' Independent Attitudes.The method used in this research is quantitative correlational with a sample of 64 students using a simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression and correlational tests. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that project activities to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile have an influence on students' independent attitudes. This is shown by the results of the hypothesis test using the Pearson Product Moment correlation, with a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) and a Pearson correlation value of 0.557 (0.40-0.599), which shows that there is a very strong correlation. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the level of activities of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, the better the level of independent attitude of the students. On the other hand, the low level of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project activities among students will have a negative impact on students' independent attitudes.

Abstract

This article critically examines the educational philosophy of Ibn Taimiyah, a prominent Islamic scholar, focusing on his contributions to the foundation of Islamic education and its relevance in the context of contemporary challenges. Ibn Taimiyah emphasized the centrality of tawhid (monotheism) as the core of all educational efforts, aiming to cultivate individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also spiritually devoted and morally upright. Education, in his view, is a transformative process that integrates intellectual growth with ethical and religious development. He asserted that the ideal teacher must be sincere, trustworthy, and committed to guiding students toward truth, while students must approach learning with humility, respect, and the sincere intention of seeking God’s pleasure. This study also explores the applicability of Ibn Taimiyah’s thoughts in the modern era, especially in addressing the moral and spiritual crises faced by contemporary educational systems. His holistic approach—balancing religious values with the acquisition of worldly knowledge—offers valuable insights for designing character-based education today. Through critical analysis, this article concludes that Ibn Taimiyah’s educational thought provides a timeless philosophical foundation that remains relevant and can inspire modern Islamic educational reform.

Abstract

This study investigates the interconnections between the concept of da'wah (Islamic proselytization), the political ideology of Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS), the Sakinah Mawaddah Wa Rahmah (SAMARA) family program, and their collective impact on family resilience in Indonesia. As political and social dynamics in Indonesia are increasingly shaped by Islamic values, particularly by PKS, this research explores how these values influence the social structure of family life and contribute to building a resilient society. Using a quantitative correlational approach, the study analyzes responses from 69 participants, mainly from the Women and Family Resilience Division of PKS Jawa Barat, through structured questionnaires. The results show significant positive relationships between the understanding of da’wah, PKS politics, and the SAMARA program with family resilience. These findings underscore the role of Islamic teachings and family-oriented political programs in fostering social stability and resilience. This research highlights the potential for integrated approaches combining political ideology and Islamic values to enhance the resilience of families in Indonesia, offering insights into the role of political parties in shaping societal wellbeing.

Abstract

The idea of a "Clash of Civilizations" between Islam and the West has gained traction since the events of September 11, 2001. This has created a divide between two extreme viewpoints of the world, which leads to truth claims and terrorist action. Countries like Indonesia and Turkey, with large Muslim populations, play a significant role in Islamic moderate education to counter terrorism, so recently many Muslim students from various parts of the world have started going to Istanbul and Jakarta as destinations for studying Islam and are no longer only to Cairo and Medina. This is due to the relatively safe political and security conditions, and these cities' welcoming and inclusive atmosphere makes them attractive destinations for seeking a well-rounded academic experience. This research aims to compare the values of moderation in the Islamic education curricula of IHS Fatih Sultan Mehmet (Turkey) and MAN Insan Cendekia  (Indonesia), as the most excellent Islamic high school lately. Qualitative methods were used in variants of case studies, from documents, books, and interviews, and data were collected, using component analysis, and theory triangulation was used for validation. The findings reveal that both educational systems emphasize moderation, but their cultural contexts differ. In Indonesia, moderation is linked to Pancasila values, while Turkey combines secular principles with Islamic values. The result of the study shows that Islamic education in Indonesia and Turkey is classified as moderate education with different parameters. The first must adapt to local wisdom, and the second must adapt to Islamic-secular identity.

Abstract

Penting bagi pendidik untuk tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai pembina hubungan emosional yang positif dengan peserta didik. Rendahnya kualitas hubungan emosional antara guru dan peserta didik dapat berdampak pada lemahnya motivasi, antusiasme, dan kenyamanan belajar di lingkungan sekolah, sehingga menghambat tercapainya tujuan pendidikan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Efektivitas Penggunaan Bahasa Cinta Dalam Mempengaruhi Psikologi Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas X di MAN 2 Jakarta”. Bahasa cinta yang dikemukakan oleh Gary Chapman mencakup lima bentuk, yaitu sentuhan fisik, kalimat penguatan, waktu berkulitas, hadiah, dan tindakan pelayanan, yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan afektif dalam membangun relasi yang kuat antara guru dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain concurrent triangulation. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan guru serta peserta didik, kemudian dianalisis melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sementara itu, data kuantitatif diperoleh dari penyebaran angket kepada 70 peserta didik kelas X, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test serta perhitungan effect size (Cohen’s d). Hasil temuan kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa cinta dapat mempengaruhi kedekatan emosional, motivasi, minat belajar, serta mengurangi kecemasan, dan meningkatkan self-esteem. Secara kuantitatif, hasil uji Independent Sample T-Test diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok, dengan tingkat psikologi belajar kelompok pertama sebesar (103,69) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kedua (82,00). Selain itu diperoleh nilai Cohen’s d sebesar 2,901, ini menunjukkan effect size yang sangat kuat bukan hanya secara statistik, tetapi juga secara praktis. Dengan demikian, penggunaan bahasa cinta terbukti efektif dalam mempengaruhi psikologi belajar peserta didik.
