Abstract

Ada banyak museum di Jakarta, salah satunya yaitu Museum BI yang menempati gedung BI yang berlokasi di kota Tua, Jakarta. Museum BI memiliki nilai sejarah tinggi bagi bangsa Indonesia, khususnya untuk perkembangan sejarah keuangan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi wisatawan museum Bank Indonesia. Faktor tersebut terdapat pada lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi reliability, responsiveness, competence, access dan communication yang ditanyakan kepada responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner di museum BI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian seperti wawancara, observasi, kuesioner atau angket dan juga literatur. Total responden sebanyak 37 responden. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa dimensi competence  merupakan dimensi faktor kualitas pelayanan yang memiliki persepsi rendah dari wisatawan, sementara dimensi responsivess merupakan faktor kualitas pelayanan yang memiliki persepsi nilai tertinggi. Dimensi reliability museum BI memiliki kekonsistensian kerja diatas rata-rata, dimensi responsiveness menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan sudah memberikan pelayanan terbaik pada wisatawan, dimensi competence menyatakan bahwa masih diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi terkait produk dan performance meningkat, dimensi access menunjukkan bahwa ada kemudahan dalam memahami informasi yang disampaikan, dan dimensi communication menunjukkan bahwa museum BI dapat dijadikan tempat referensi sumber pengetahuan akan sejarah keuangan yang terjadi di Indonesia. Secara keseluruhan kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan dalam studi ini dipersepsikan sangat baik oleh para wisatawan dengan hasil rata-rata tiga koma sembilan dua (skala lima).

Abstract

Pemanfaatan barang bekas perlu digalkkan,agar dapat mengurangi dan menekan polusi. Berbagai cara ,sudah dilakukan . Sekolah sebagai tempat pendidikan dapat berpeeran serta untuk mewujudkan pemanfaatan barang bekas yang bernilai jual guna menanamkan minat wirausaha pada siswa SMK. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan observasi dan demonstrasi. Hasil yang dicapai, siswa leih mandiri dan mempunyai keinginan untuk mengolah barang bekas, dan kemudian dipasarkan,melalui on line.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training in writing poetry properly and correctly. The activity was attended by 21 junior high school students in West Java. The activity was carried out online from January to February 2021. The activity method used lecture and practice methods. Students were given reading materials and invited to see directly some natural atmospheres and understand poetry writing. The results of the activity produced poetry and several short stories that will be published as a collection of poetry books with the theme of life and nature.

Abstract

Due to the increasing complexity of globalization and technological advancements, the adoption of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) has become a key priority for government bodies and similar organizations. HRIS plays a vital role in effectively managing the workforce, particularly in the public sector. This research aims to enhance the efficiency of personnel data management processes in South Sorong Regency. The primary focus is on ensuring the security of employee data storage. Extreme Programming is utilized as the system development method, encompassing design, development, coding, and testing stages. PHP is chosen as the programming language, with a MySQL database for data storage. The black box testing technique is employed to guarantee system functionality and reliability. The implementation of this application demonstrates smooth operation, with testing yielding a high satisfaction rate among respondents at 93%. Consequently, the system is deemed functionally sound in delivering the intended outcomes.

Abstract

Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pembelajaran jarak jauh padamusim pandemik Korona. Situasi pandemic yang masih menerpa Indonesia, membuat pola kebijakan sekolah berubah. Tiap siswa diharuskan belajar dirumah. Pemberian penyuluhan ini dianggap penting, karena para siswa masih belum dapat beradaptasi cara belajar melalui daring. Pembelajaran daring yang mengutamakan kemampuan belajar jarak jauh perlu bimbingan dan perhatian khusus. Pembelajaran yang efektif akan memberikan hasil yang maskimal, meski tidak dilakukan secara tatap muka. Penyuhan ini diikuti oleh 43 siswa kelas VIII Mts Nurul Hikmah Kota Bekasi. Kegiatan dilakukan pada awal Maret sampai dengan Juni 2012 secara daring dan tatap muka yang disertai protocol kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah, metode daring dan tatap muka dengan protocol kesehatan ketat serta Penyadaran akan pentingnya belajar walaupun di tengah pandemic serta penyuluhan mengatur waktu, kelas dan pembelajaran ketika pandemic berlangsung Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata-rata kemapuan PJJ sebesar 74.6, siswa sudah memahami pembelajaran jarak jauh. Namun masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum optimal belajar melalui PJJ. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala, seperti belum siapknya sarana dan prasaran pembelajaran PJJ dan eran orangtua yang masih minim.

Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan bullying penting dilaksanakan, karena siswa rentan akan terkena korban bullying yang mengakibatkan terjadinya iswa stress sehng tidak ingin bersekolah. Metode pelaksnaan kegiatan adalah penyuluhan, metode ceramah, bermain peran, pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Siswa diberikan pemahaman melalui ceramah dan contoh. Siswa diikutsertakan menjadi pemeran siswa  baik, taat dan mampu bersosialisai dengan siswa   Siswa mampu mencapai rata rata nilai tes tulis sebesar  73.5 dan hasil ter lisan cukup baik. Peningkatan yang terjadi sangat besar sekali. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, dapat dilakukan tindak lanjut, pencegahan perundungan dapat dijalankan menjadi pembiasaan dan kebiasaan yang tertanam pada murid-murid. Dengan kata lain, di lingkungan sekolah sudah tidak ada lagi perundungan antar murid- murid baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun dilingkungan masyarakat

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to find out whether or not there is an effect of Emotional Intelligence on Communication Apprehension during the Learning Process. This research is quantitative research. The population of this study was 244 residents of MA Al-Khairiyah Jakarta and the research sample was 69 students who were divided into 2 groups, namely in the experimental group (class XI MIPA) which would be given treatment in the form of sociodrama group guidance services as many as 35 students and in the control group (class XI IPS) which did not give treatment using sociodrama group guidance services as many as 34 students. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by paired sample t test. The results of the independent t-test of the two variables shows that the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.00 < 0.05 because the value of 0.00 < 0.05, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows an increase in emotional intelligence and a decrease in communication apprehension in class XI MIPA students after being given sociodrama group guidance services.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed administrative processes in the education sector, driving the need for modern and efficient solutions. At SMA Negeri 2 Bungku, tuition payment (SPP) management was previously conducted manually, posing risks such as data inaccuracy, loss, and delays in reporting. This study introduces an innovative web-based tuition payment information system developed using the CodeIgniter framework and the Waterfall development model, encompassing stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The proposed system offers a significant shift from manual to automated financial administration, enabling real-time data recording, transparent transaction histories, and automated report generation. A key innovation lies in the integration of features such as digital receipts, printable transaction summaries, and centralized student data management, all accessible through a user-friendly web interface. Evaluation results show a marked improvement in administrative efficiency, user satisfaction, and data accuracy. This system not only streamlines school financial operations but also sets a practical example for other educational institutions seeking to digitize their administrative services. The research contributes to the development of scalable and adaptable digital solutions in the education sector, enhancing transparency, accountability, and service quality.
