Abstract

Current developments in technology and business have an impact on human life, especially in the business world operating in the service sector. Business development that is quite rapid is business in the digital printing sector. Godean Digital Printing has quite valuable assets, namely raw material inventory, therefore inventory must be managed well. In production companies which are usually faced with many raw material problems, excess or lack of raw material quality values can disrupt the smoothness of the production process and the quality of the production itself at Godean Digital Printing. So with this, researchers conducted research on determining the supply of production raw materials at Godean Digital Printing. In this study, researchers tried to use the Additive Ratio Assessment method. Additive Ratio Assessment Method. So the researchers took the title "Decision Support System for Selection of Digital Printing Raw Materials Addictive Ratio Assessment Method". The results of this research are a web-based system that is used to select good raw materials, one of which is utilizing a digital printing raw material selection system using the Additive Ratio Assessment method. This is implemented to reduce errors in selecting raw materials according to the quality and type of materials to be used.

Abstract

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is the most important type of childhood leukemia, and accounts for 25% of childhood cancers. Accurately differentiating normal cell precursors from cancer cells is key to the diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). However, under a microscope, cancer cells are so similar to normal cells that it is difficult to classify them. This article presents a detection of acute lymphoblastic leukemia using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The dataset which is obtained from ALL_IDB is 582 color image data which is divided into 482 training image data and 100 testing image data. The image data will be resized to 128x128x3 before being input to the CNN model. The CNN model used in this study is a multi-scale CNN which consists of 3 convolution layers (filter size of 3x3, number of filters for each convolution layer is 32, 64, and 128 respectively, and ReLU activation function), 3 subsampling layers using maxpool with filter size of 2x2 , 1 concatenate layer is used to combine the output of each subsampling layer, 1 fully-connected layer with a softmax activation function and a cross-entropy error function, and finally an output layer with 2 classes, namely normal cells and cancer cells. The CNN model will be trained using the Adam optimizer training algorithm with a training rate of 0.0002 and iterated 20 times. Based on the training results after iterating 20 times, the smallest error value was obtained, namely 0.0001 and the largest accuracy value, namely 100% in the 20th epoch. The CNN model was then tested with 100 testing image data and obtained an accuracy rate of 98% and an error value of 0.0482.

Abstract

The adoption of Population Information System is crucial to enhance work effectiveness and serves as a manifestation of transparency in population data management. The complexity from design to implementation of such a population information system poses its own challenges. There are at least three main issues in system design, namely time estimation, team management, and ensuring the quality of system being developed. These issues must be addressed early on to prevent potential team management problems during the design and development stages of the application. One suitable method that can be employed for the design of the population information system is the Scrum methodology. Scrum is a software development framework that emphasizes a collaborative and adaptive approach. It falls under the Agile methodology, aiming to produce products that are more responsive to changes and enabling teams to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Scrum also promotes transparency in the development process, aiding in monitoring system progress and information accuracy. Compared to the commonly used Waterfall method, the Scrum approach offers greater flexibility in dealing with changes in requirements or needs that may arise during the development process. While the Waterfall method tends to follow predefined in linear steps. The novelty of this research lies in the proactive approach to addressing the complexity of designing population information systems by implementing Agile methodologies such as Scrum. Thus, it is expected that the implementation of Scrum will bring significant changes in improving the effectiveness and transparency in the development of population information systems.

Abstract

Keamanan situs web seringkali dihadapi oleh pemiliknya, terutama terkait dengan praktek Black Hat SEO yang menggunakan peretasan untuk memanipulasi mesin pencari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pencarian Google dalam 24 jam terakhir, dengan proses scraping/crawling menggunakan apify.com. Dari hasil pencarian tersebut, diperoleh 7.604 konten (445 domain) dihack dalam 81 hari untuk domain go.id, dan 3.576 konten (252 domain) dihack dalam 43 hari untuk domain ac.id. Fokus penelitian terbatas pada domain dengan TLD ac.id dan go.id. Hasil analisis data mengungkapkan empat jenis peretasan utama. Pada domain go.id, kasus Reflected XSS in search mencapai 45%, Invisible backlink 8%, konten terhack 45%, dan subdomain 2%. Sedangkan pada domain ac.id, Reflected XSS in search mencapai 34%, Invisible backlink 38%, konten terhack 26%, dan subdomain 2%. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa setiap hari terjadi peretasan di antara 5-6 institusi berbeda, baik di lembaga pendidikan maupun pemerintah.

Abstract

The utilization of Artificial Intelligence in the current era of technological development is increasingly popular, especially in the field of health. The increasing number of skin cancer cases globally is of particular concern today. Therefore, a classification model utilizing deep learning was developed to assist in the effective diagnosis process. However, data limitations and imbalances are often an issue in training skin cancer classification models. This research develops a skin cancer classification model using the Few-shot Learning approach with Prototypical Networks architecture and EfficientNet-B0 backbone. The research aims to develop an image-based skin cancer classification model and evaluate how effectively the model performs in classifying various types of skin lesions. Experimental results show that increasing k-shots has a positive impact on model accuracy. The best results were obtained in the 10-shot 15-query scheme with an accuracy value of 86.73% and supported by an ROC AUC value of 94%. This study proves that the few-shot learning approach with Prototypical Networks architecture and EfficientNet-B0 backbone is effective for skin cancer classification under limited dataset conditions. This model also has the potential to be an early diagnosis tool.

Abstract

In the business world, profit is a key indicator of a company’s success, and predicting future profit is essential for strategic decision-making, such as inventory planning, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts. However, market fluctuations and dynamic consumer behavior often make profit prediction a significant challenge. With technological advancements, data mining methods have become increasingly utilized for analyzing such complex datasets, including Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and XGBoost. This study explicitly aims to compare the performance of ANN and XGBoost in predicting profit based on transactional data from a Point of Sale (POS) system. ANN was selected for its ability to learn intricate and non-linear patterns in data, while XGBoost is known for its efficiency in processing large datasets and preventing overfitting through boosting and regularization techniques. The dataset consists of 44,348 transactions, with 80% used for training and 20% for testing. Results show that the ANN model achieved an R² of 0.9996 and a MAE of 1,359, outperforming the XGBoost model, which obtained an R² of 0.9978 and a MAE of 1,600. This significant difference indicates that ANN delivers more accurate predictions. ANN’s advantage lies in its capacity to develop complex internal representations of data, making it more responsive to subtle patterns in transactional behavior. These findings highlight the importance of choosing the appropriate model for profit prediction and demonstrate that ANN provides superior predictive accuracy, supporting more precise and data-driven strategic decisions for financial and sales management..

Abstract

Salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Magelang, SD Ma'arif Grabag 2, memiliki perpustakaan untuk membantu proses belajar mengajar. Perpustakaan ini masih menjalankan prosedur bisnis konvensional. Selain menyita banyak waktu, proses ini meningkatkan kemungkinan kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data perpustakaan. Kegiatan rutin seperti pengawasan peminjaman, pengadaan buku, dan katalog buku membutuhkan sistem manual yang lebih baik. Keadaan seperti ini mengharuskan penggunaan sistem informasi yang berbasis komputer. Salah satunya adalah sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web. Aplikasi yang disebut sistem perpustakaan berbasis web menggunakan platform web untuk memudahkan dan mengelola koleksi digital perpustakaan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem perpustakaan yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem perpustakaan berbasis web yang akan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemudahan pengelolaan sumber daya perpustakaan di SD Ma'arif Grabag 2 Magelang. Perpustakaan dapat lebih cepat dan efisien menemukan buku yang mereka butuhkan dengan bantuan website yang terhubung ke internet. Suatu sistem informasi berbasis web yang dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP MysSQL dimaksudkan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan perpustakaan di SD Ma'arif 2 Grabag Magelang. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membuat perpustakaan lebih terorganisir dan lebih mudah diakses oleh siswa, pengelola, dan orang lain di sekolah.

Abstract

Media penyampaian informasi tentang usaha masih banyak dalam bentuk tradisional seperti media cetak dan juga informasi yang disajikan didalamnya masih kurang lengkap. Strategi untuk memperkenalkan perusahaan juga dapat dibuat melalui company profile yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan memberikan berbagai informasi pada suatu perusahaan yang meliputi visi, misi, tujuan dan sejarah dari perusahaan tersebut. Company profile dapat menarik pelanggan karena mendapatkan berbagai informasi tentang produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Pembuatan company profile berbasis website ini agar mudah diakses melalui internet kapan saja dan dimana saja. Salah satu jenis website adalah company profile yaitu sistem informasi yang dapat dijalankan di berbagai perangkat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rancangan desain sebuah company profile berbasis website. Pembuatan website ini bertujuan untuk media sarana dan untuk mempromosikan gula kelapa Kulon Progo untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak pelanggan lagi dari luar Kulon Progo. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah company profile berbasis website yang dapat digunakan sebagai aset.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani menawarkan wadah bagi masyarakat, khususnya kaum wanita, untuk mengelola dan mengekspresikan berbagai perspektif tentang pertanian. Mereka juga berfungsi sebagai sarana bagi anggota kelompok untuk memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan dan wawasan, sehingga kegiatan kelompok yang diharapkan dapat kreatif dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Salah satu alternatif bagi rumah tangga untuk mendapatkan kecukupan pangan, perbaikan gizi, meningkatkan curahan tenaga kerja produktif, perbaikan lingkungan pemukiman, dan kesehatan adalah teknologi pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan budidaya pertanian secara optimal. Tujuannya adalah untuk mempercepat penyebaran teknologi kepada penggunanya, yaitu petani, penyuluh, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) meningkatkan pemahaman anggota kelompok wanita tani tentang teknologi pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dan (b) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemahaman anggota KWT tentang teknologi pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di KWT Miguni yang berada di Dusun Druwo, Bangunharjo, Sewon, Bantul. KWT Miguni merupakan Kelompok Wanita Tani berupa komunitas ibu-ibu yang memanfaatkan lahan dan kemampuannya melalui Gerakan pemberdayaan ketahanan pangan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mewujudkan kemandirian pangan dan kemandirian keluarga dengan melakukan pemanfaatan lahan keluarga dan lahan-lahan yang produktif untuk ditanami. Hasil dari pemanfaatan lahan dapat dikonsumsi dan diolah sebagai produk unggulan desa agar ekonomi lokal bergerak.

Moreover, the application of the Scrum methodology in designing the population information system is a tangible step in the implementation of large-scale application development projects. It is envisioned that Scrum could replace the traditional Waterfall methodology, which has been commonly used until now.
