Abstract

Omah Tinom Jogja is a joglo rental business for various community activities. At the end of 2020, Omah Tinom Jogja expanded their business by opening a culinary with the theme of ‘old food and drinks’ and rental homestays in the same location. The problem faced was that the grand opening which was held in December 2020 was constrained by the government's restrictions on people's movement related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This condition has an impact on various community activities, including the sustainability of community businesses at all scales. Government policies make various community activities goes virtual by utilizing information technology, business actors are also present in virtual spaces to introduce types of business and product marketing. By considering the conditions and facts, Omah Tinom Jogja took the solution offered by the PkM FTI UMBY Team to utilize information technology as a medium for introducing business types and online marketing strategies. A website for Omah Tinom Jogja was developed to more quickly introduce the type of business Omah Tinom Jogja to the public.

Abstract

Information technology is an inseparable part of human work today. It is growing very rapidly along with the human need for the speed at which information is processed until it is displayed to the user. Information systems are now widely used in all sectors, ranging from: economy, agriculture, health and so on. In the health sector, many health facilities have used information systems to improve services, one of which is Posyandu. Posyandu is the front line in providing family health services at the village level. Currently, Posyandu focus is preventing malnutrition or stunting. Standardization of stunt calculation data often changes. In addition, the calculation and documentation of toddler examination data is also still done manually. This has an impact on the efficiency of the performance of staff in determining toddlers who are affected by stunting. Data integration with the Ministry of Health is also a problem when recorded manually. Therefore, it is proposed that an information system that functions to perform Z-Score calculations and classify them into stunting or non-stunting groups. The existence of this information system can also support the government to encourage data integration between local governments and the center regarding stunting data. It is hoped that this information system can help the work efficiency of health cadres to record toddlers who fall into the Stunting category. In addition, it is also possible for the government to access data stored in the system to support data integration.

Abstract

Ecoprint merupakan salah satu teknik cetak dengan pewarnaan alami dari daun, batang maupun bunga yang ada di lingkungan sekitar, sehingga dapat menjadikannya kegiatan yang ramah lingkungan dengan bahan-bahan yang mudah didapatkan. Teknik ecoprint menghasilkan motif yang unik dari berbagai bahan daun, batang maupun bunga yang digunakan, meski tidak semua bahan bisa digunakan secara langsung untuk ecoprint. Kegiatan pelatihan ecoprint di SLB Muhammadiyah Gamping dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya tenaga pengampu mata pelajaran ketrampilan, dan untuk membantu mengatasi masalah ini Tim PkM UMBY memberikan salah satu ketrampilan dasar berupa pelatihan seni olah kain dengan teknik ecoprint. Pealtihan dilaksanakan dengan mengajarkan dan membimbing siswa tentang langkah-langkah dalam membuat ecoprint dimulai dari persiapan yaitu scouring kain (pencucian kain), mordan kain, membuat larutan pewarna alami, membuat larutan untuk fiksasi, dan memilih daun. Pelatihan ecoprint kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan inti yaitu olah seni kain dengan 3 teknik ecoprint yaitu: ecoprint mirror, ecoprint teknik botanical, dan ecoprint teknik iron blanket. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan proses terakhir yaitu fiksasi kain ecoprint. Hasil dari pelatihan ecoprint ini adalah berupa produk kain hasil olah seni dengan teknik ecoprint.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) merupakan bidang ilmu yang semakin berkembang. Perkembangan bidang ini semakin cepat dan penting untuk diterapkan dalam setiap organisasi maupun suatu perusahaan tertentu. Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) pada CV. Wahyu Mulya dengan menggunakan PHP dan Mysql akan menunjang efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja dalam mengolah data untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan.“Sistem Informasi Manajemen Usaha Material Alam CV.Wahyu Mulya” ini mencoba mengembangkan sistem informasi untuk memudahkan owner maupun admin dalam manajemen penjualan material alam. Memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang usaha CV.Wahyu Mulya. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Usaha Material Alam CV.Wahyu Mulya berbasis website yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, aplikasi xampp sebagai web server di localhost dan MySQL sabagai penyimpanan database dan perancangan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) untuk merancang proses-proses yang akan dibuat dalam pembuatan sistem. User yang terlibat dalam pembuatan sistem ini terdiri dari owner dan admin dalam hal ini yang memasukkan data-data yang ada. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah dihasilkan program berbasis Web yang dapat memberikan gambaran jelas kepada pelanggan mengenai Sistem Informasi Manajemen pada CV.Wahyu Mulya yang dapat menampilkan informasi tentang profile company dari CV.Wahyu Mulya.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak cara dalam memudahkan pembelian sepeda motor untuk meningkatkan penjualan, sehingga kadang membuat pengguna menjadi kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Maka dari itu penulis membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Sepeda Motor Yamaha Menggunakan Metode ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisat La Realita). Penelitian ini dapat membantu konsumen untuk memilih kredit pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha yang sesuai dengan anggaran dana yang dimiliki. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan kali ini berbeda dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan lainnya, perbedaan yang ada dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini adalah dapat memberikan pertimbangan dalam harga dan anggaran dana yang dimiliki oleh konsumen dalam perbulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yang di mulai dari tahapan analisis data dan pengumpulan data kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengamatan dan pemantauan secara langsung dilapangan dan pada objek dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa wawancara. Analisis sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode ELECTRE dan dengan menggunakan 5 kriteria yaitu jenis sepeda motor, kemampuan membeli, harga sepeda motor, besar CC motor, dan kemampuan mengangsur yang bertujuan sebagai Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Sepeda Motor Yamaha Menggunakan Metode ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisat La Realita). Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibuat sangat membantu dan memudahkan konsumen.

Abstract

The adoption of Population Information System is crucial to enhance work effectiveness and serves as a manifestation of transparency in population data management. The complexity from design to implementation of such a population information system poses its own challenges. There are at least three main issues in system design, namely time estimation, team management, and ensuring the quality of system being developed. These issues must be addressed early on to prevent potential team management problems during the design and development stages of the application. One suitable method that can be employed for the design of the population information system is the Scrum methodology. Scrum is a software development framework that emphasizes a collaborative and adaptive approach. It falls under the Agile methodology, aiming to produce products that are more responsive to changes and enabling teams to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Scrum also promotes transparency in the development process, aiding in monitoring system progress and information accuracy. Compared to the commonly used Waterfall method, the Scrum approach offers greater flexibility in dealing with changes in requirements or needs that may arise during the development process. While the Waterfall method tends to follow predefined in linear steps. The novelty of this research lies in the proactive approach to addressing the complexity of designing population information systems by implementing Agile methodologies such as Scrum. Thus, it is expected that the implementation of Scrum will bring significant changes in improving the effectiveness and transparency in the development of population information systems.

Abstract

Expert systems can assist an expert in making decisions that are realized in the form of a program. At this time the program is very helpful in improving various fields such as health, by managing the information that has been obtained. In this research, rhinitis is raised as a topic of discussion by working with experts who are experts in the field, after collecting data through interviews, the conclusion is obtained, namely how to determine whether someone has one of the three types of rhinitis (allergic rhinitis, bacterial rhinitis, and viral rhinitis) with the symptoms experienced and with a fast and accurate process. By using the certainty factor method and applying it to a web-based expert system, it makes it easier for patients and experts to solve the problem, there are 31 types of symptoms among the three types of rhinitis diseases that are used as the basis for the expert system after that with data from 20 patients at the hospital who suffer from various symptoms of rhinitis who have been diagnosed with the disease by experts as validation data and trials it is found that the system is 100% successful in accurately diagnosing each disease in all these patients.

Abstract

This exploratory study investigates the innovative design of gamified systems for mental health support, focusing on enhancing user engagement and well-being. By integrating user-centered design (UCD) principles with effective gamification elements, this research aims to develop engaging and therapeutically effective mental health interventions. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines qualitative and quantitative data collection, including surveys, interviews, and user testing, to gather comprehensive insights from a diverse participant group. The findings reveal significant insights into user engagement, satisfaction, and the impact of gamification on mental health outcomes. While gamification enhances user engagement, balancing entertainment with therapeutic functionality is crucial. A comparative analysis between gamified and non-gamified app versions highlights the benefits and challenges of incorporating gamification in mental health contexts. The study concludes with practical recommendations for future research and design, emphasizing the need for continued innovation to optimize digital mental health interventions.

Abstract

This service project is titled "Enhancing Product Sales through the Implementation of an E-Commerce-Based Marketing System." The partner IbM faces several challenges, including (1) the absence of an e-commerce system for marketing products and (2) difficulties for customers in purchasing products. The objectives of this program are (1) to implement an e-commerce system to introduce products and reach a broader market, thereby increasing sales, and (2) to assist customers in making transactions more easily. The service program is conducted in two forms: First, the design of an e-commerce system to improve customer communication that is not limited by geographical factors, allowing direct targeting of the desired market share without intermediaries. Second, the creation of an e-commerce system to boost partner sales and simplify sales transactions. The implementation of this program is designed in four stages: (1) Coordination and preparation phase, (2) Design phase, (3) Application of science and technology phase, and (4) Evaluation and refinement phase.
