Abstract

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, digital marketing strategies are essential. Therefore, the author aims to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies at the IDN Boarding School Jonggol Media Team, with the output being a web-based application. The main issues identified include a lack of structure in workflows, delays in task execution, and irregularities in progress reporting. Utilizing the Waterfall model of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the application is designed to manage task distribution, monitor progress in real-time, and ensure consistency in content publication across various social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and the school's official website. Data collection methods include observation, interviews with the Media Team Coordinator, and literature studies. The implementation results demonstrate that the application successfully improves transparency, collaboration efficiency, and reporting accuracy, thereby supporting the optimization of digital marketing strategies. This research provides a relevant technological solution to support media team task management and enhance the competitiveness of educational institutions in attracting public interest.

Abstract

Bisnis berawal dari hobi yang dilakukan dengan kemampuan dan keahlian, dengan menekuni hobi yang dimiliki dapat menghasilkan uang dan banyak keuntungan.Kaligrafi merupakan salah satu bisnis yang diawali dengan hobi. Namun, permasalahan terkait pemasaran sering terjadi dalam sebuah bisnis, penggunaan strategi pemasaran yang tidak tepat akan mengancam bisnis yang dijalani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dimana Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data-data melalui observasi wawancara online dengan narasumber dan Peneliti juga mengutip beberapa teori dari kajian pustaka seperti jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, buku-buku pengetahuan, dan juga informasi-informasi valid.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan terhadap narasumber adalah strategi pemasaran online, seperti seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Whatsapp dengan menggunakan strategi tersebut mereka mengalami peningkatan penjualan. Selain itu narasumber juga melakukan strategi perubahan mulai dari kualitas produk hingga pelayanan penjualan, agar para konsumen merasa nyaman dan menjadi pelanggan tetap. Abstract

Prosocial behavior is selfless helping behavior that reflects moral maturity, so it is important for students to possess, especially prospective guidance counselors or counselors. Guidance counseling students are required to have a high level of prosocial attitude because their future profession focuses on mentoring, assisting, and developing individual potential. This study aims to describe the development of prosocial behavior among guidance counseling students at Padang State University. The method used was descriptive comparative with a sample of 450 students from the first to fourth years. Data analysis was performed through descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Post Hoc tests using computer services. The results showed that the prosocial behavior of Guidance and Counseling students at Padang State University was in the high category. However, the development from year to year did not show a progressive pattern. Therefore, the Guidance and Counseling Department needs to devise strategic steps so that students' prosocial behavior can develop sustainably from the early semesters of their studies. The benefits of this study are to contribute to the development of social psychology by examining the development of prosocial behavior among Guidance and Counseling students, as well as to serve as a reference for further research in understanding the factors that influence prosocial behavior.
