Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what are the determinants that influence the demand for financing micro traders, and which factors are the most dominant. The main sub-topic of this research is micro traders who are classified as UMKM, in the entire City of Padangsidimpuan, namely the pasar sagumpal bonang, pasar ucok kodok, pasar Impres Sadabuan pasar Saroha with 180 respondents. The technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis by describing or describing the actual state of the research object. The results of this study are the determinants that influence the demand for micro trader financing in the city of Padangsidimpuan, which are Capital Deficiency or business development, Easier / lighter administration, Banking Knowledge, and interest rates / profit sharing. Whereas the determining factor which is the most dominant in influencing the demand for financing is easier / lighter administration.

Abstract

Karakter peserta didik, sebagai dimensi kejiwaan dan budi pekerti, memiliki peran sentral dalam dunia pendidikan dan menjadi dasar kekuatan bangsa Indonesia. Meskipun pendidikan karakter mengalami penurunan perhatian, SDN Sidasari 01 berhasil menciptakan keunggulan dengan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran Matematika dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, membentuk karakter kreatif, mandiri, dan ulet. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pembentukan karakter serta karakteristik yang muncul dalam pembelajaran matematika di SDN Sidasari 01. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan literasi numerik pada siswa kelas atas. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan fokus pada pengembangan karakter dan literasi numerik melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasilnya diharapkan memberikan wawasan baru tentang pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran Matematika, solusi untuk mengatasi kesulitan peserta didik, dan kontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan, khususnya matematika.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze influence Managerial Ownership Structure, Public Ownership Structure, Structure Institutional Ownership, Company Size, Partial good leverage and simultaneously against Conservatism in Sub-Sector Companies Automotive and Components on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Research population is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Selection of research samples using purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria. Based on those criteria, obtained a sample of 10 companies over a three-year period Observation. The data used is secondary data. Research using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using test t, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the factors that influenced a significant positive to accounting conservatism is the ownership structure managerial, public ownership structure, and company size. While the factor others such as institutional ownership structure and leverage have no effect significant to accounting conservatism.

Abstract

Gender mainstreaming and child protection are fundamental principles in the implementation of regional governance based on the constitution and laws and regulations. Wonogiri Regency, as part of the regional government system, has a constitutional obligation to integrate gender perspectives and the best interests of children into every regional policy. This article aims to analyze the implementation of gender mainstreaming and child protection in Wonogiri Regency regional policies from the perspective of Constitutional Law, and to identify their conformity with the principles of the rule of law, regional autonomy, and the protection of human rights. The research method used is normative legal research with a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. Data were obtained through a literature review of relevant laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and regional policies. The results of the study indicate that gender mainstreaming and child protection in Wonogiri Regency have normatively obtained an adequate legal basis, both at the national and regional levels, but in practice still face various obstacles, including weak coordination between regional agencies, budget constraints, and the suboptimal integration of gender and child protection principles in policy formulation and implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the commitment of regional governments, harmonize regional regulations, and effective constitutional oversight so that gender mainstreaming and child protection can be implemented optimally in accordance with the principles of Constitutional Law and sustainable development goals.

Abstract

Islam and Economy: Towards the Islamization of Economic Knowledge offers a profound understanding of Islam's contributions to forming a more inclusive and sustainable economic paradigm. The discussion on Islam and economics, as well as the movement towards the Islamization of economic knowledge, is essential to understand in the context of realizing the vision of justice and social welfare mandated by Islamic teachings. This research method is descriptive and analytical, focusing on the collection of secondary data from various relevant literature sources. The analysis employs qualitative methods by interpreting and summarizing information from various sources to draw conclusions. The results indicate that the understanding and application of Islamic economic principles are becoming increasingly relevant. Islam, as a comprehensive religion and way of life, offers a unique and sustainable perspective on economics that encompasses not only material aspects but also moral and spiritual dimensions. The Islamization of economic knowledge is an effort to develop an economic system that reflects Islamic values. This involves not just the application of Sharia law but also building a foundation for an economy that is fair, ethical, and sustainable. The process of Islamization occurs gradually, beginning with an in-depth study of the discipline of knowledge that is the subject of Islamization. This involves a thorough analysis of the worldview, philosophy, and underlying values of the discipline. The next step is to eliminate elements that do not align with Islamic teachings and integrate those that do.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat literasi zakat digital dan persepsi kemudahan teknologi di kalangan masyarakat Kelurahan Aek Tampang lingkungan 7, Kota Padangsidimpuan, yang menyebabkan sebagian besar masyarakat masih memilih metode pembayaran zakat secara manual meskipun potensi zakat di wilayah ini sangat besar. Selain itu, kurangnya sosialisasi dan kepercayaan terhadap lembaga pengelola zakat digital turut menjadi hambatan dalam adopsi aplikasi zakat online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi zakat dan persepsi kemudahan teknologi terhadap minat membayar zakat melalui aplikasi zakat online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada masyarakat setempat, serta analisis deskriptif dan inferensial untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi zakat dan persepsi kemudahan teknologi memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk minat masyarakat untuk membayar zakat secara digital. Masyarakat yang memiliki pemahaman lebih baik tentang zakat digital dan menganggap penggunaan aplikasi mudah, cenderung lebih tertarik untuk melakukan pembayaran zakat melalui platform online. Namun, faktor budaya dan kepercayaan terhadap lembaga pengelola zakat tetap menjadi aspek krusial yang harus diperhatikan dalam upaya meningkatkan adopsi zakat digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan edukasi dan sosialisasi mengenai zakat digital, serta penguatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas lembaga pengelola zakat untuk mendorong kepercayaan dan minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan aplikasi zakat online

Abstract

To investigate the determinants of sustainable Islamic banking in Indonesia by integrating financial performance, maqashid sharia (zakat and CSR), and Islamic governance, with the Islamicity Financial Performance Index (IFPI) as a mediating variable. Quantitative research using 176 quarterly observations from four Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2015–2024). Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Financial performance, maqashid sharia, and Islamic governance positively and significantly affect IFPI, which in turn strongly impacts sustainable Islamic banking. IFPI also mediates the relationship between these variables and sustainability, highlighting that economic, social, and spiritual integration drives long-term bank sustainability. This study introduces IFPI as a mediating variable, providing a comprehensive framework that links financial performance with sharia compliance and social responsibility, offering a novel perspective in measuring Islamic banking performance. Islamic banks should strengthen the integration of financial and sharia principles by optimizing zakat, CSR, and governance mechanisms to enhance long-term sustainability. Future research may expand samples or include additional factors like digitalization or green banking to enrich findings
