Abstract

This study aims to calculate the stock determination and arrange the stock size using the economic order quantity (EOQ) technique with the discont factor at PT. Primajaya Maju Bersama Padang and calculate the minimum cost of shares using a different EOQ procedure. This exam is a graphic exploration (enlightenment). Important information is gathered through perceptions, meetings and writing audits. Requesting information from the last three years is used to estimate interest by applying the linear trend technique, winter strategy, and exponential smoothing. In addition, anticipated demand information will be used to plan merchandise requirements with EOQ. The consequence of this investigation shows that the exponential smoothing strategy is the best technique to use in anticipating demand in 2020. The exponential smoothing technique is used to ensure the least cost of stock and costs. With the economic order quantity (EOQ) method with discount factor, the total cost is 240,818,176 IDR.

Abstract

The public sea freight sector is one of the affected by COVID-19. PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk is one of the sea transportations companies in Indonesia. The ARIMA model in the previous study provided a statistical test with the aim of evaluating the suitability of the model with a p value of less than 0.05 to determine ARIMA by guessing through ACF (Autocorrelation Function) and PACF (Partial Autocorrelation Function) through stationary data. Outlier detection can be done by plotting the residuals from the specified model. Forecasting data for the next 5 days using the ARIMA (3,1,2) model can be seen that the results of forecasting stock price data for PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk using ARIMA (3,1,2) is within the 95% confidence interval with a forecast value that is close to the actual value. There are outliers that are detected which are related to economic phenomena.

Abstract

Scheduling in the project plan is the determination of the network and the time required for each activity to complete the project. Some of the problems in project planning in project management are non-scheduling, delays, and swelling costs that are detrimental to project contactors and reduce customer satisfaction. The type of research is descriptive research. The research was conducted in Nagari Ladang Panjang, Kec. Tigo Nagari Kab. Pasaman Prov. West Sumatra with secondary data obtained from 10 housing construction units of type 36 through interviews. Scheduling optimization is carried out using the CPM (critical path method) method with ES, EF, LS, LF, and the PERT (program evaluation review technique) method based on 3 estimated time and project completion probabilities based on the standard Z value. From the results of research conducted after scheduling using PERT /CPM and crashes on 3 activities, project completion can be done in 29 days at 47,445,781 IDR. For project completion using PERT/CPM, which is 38 days. Meanwhile, before scheduling (actualization) the completion of the project took 41.5 days at 45,295,781 IDR.
