Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of expert power and referent power on repurchase intention with economic satisfaction as a mediation to consumers of Erigo products in West Sumatra. The population in this study are consumers who have bought Erigo products and user of social media Instagram.The number of samples in this study were 240 respondents. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Expert Power has a positive and significant effect on Economic Satisfaction, (2) Referent Power has a positive and significant effect on Economic Satisfaction, (3) Economic Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (4) Expert Power has an effect on positive and significant impact on Repurchase Intention with Economic Satisfaction as mediation, (5) Referent Power has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention with Economic Satisfaction as mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict management and employee training on the work ability of coffeeshop baristas in Padang City. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and multiple linear regression test with quantitative methods. The population in this study were baristas from the brewtherhood forum in Padang City with a sample of 40 respondents. In this study, the data collection technique was using a questionnaire. Based on the results of this study it shows that conflict management has a significant and positive effect on work ability which can be proven by the value of t count > t table that is 2.299 > 2.026, employee training has a significant and positive effect on work ability with t count 2.173 > t table 2.026. In addition, the two independent variables of conflict management and employee training have a significant and simultaneous effect on work ability where the value of Fcount is 25,449 > Ftable 3,24.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of materialism on compulsive buying with buy now pay later and impulsive buying as a mediation variable in college students in Padang City. The number of samples in this study was 294 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online and data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on the use of paylater. (2) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. (3) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying. (4) Paylater has a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases. (5) Paylater has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying. (6) Impulse buying has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying. (7) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying with the use of paylater as mediation. (8) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying with the use of paylater as mediation. (9) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying with impulsive buying as mediation. (10) Paylater has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying with impulsive buying as mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth, brand image and trust on online purchase intention through social media for Solok City consumers. The population of this research is consumers has shopped through media. The number of this research is 189 respondents. Data collected by distributing questionnaires online processing data is carried out using the SmartPLS software. Abstract

Technological advances require companies to follow and adapt to technological developments and require companies to move with existing changes. Companies need a strategy to have a competitive advantage and improve organizational performance in dealing with these conditions. The study empirically tested the effect of mediating supply chain management (SCM) implementation on the relationship between Organizational performance and enterprise resource planning (ERP). The sample of this study were employees of PT. Semen Padang is involved in the supply chain management process and runs an enterprise resource planning system with 100 employees. The results of data processing using PLS-SEM showed a positive and significant effect in the direct relationship between ERP to SCM and SCM to performance. Furthermore, SCM mediates the relationship between ERP and company performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui : (1) Kualitas pelayanan instalasi farmasi yang diberikan oleh RSI Siti Rahmah Padang telah sesuai dengan harapan pasien dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (2) Atribut pelayanan yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan instalasi farmasi terhadap pasien di RSI Siti Rahmah Padang dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius. Karena harapan dan persepsi pasien terhadap layanan instalasi farmasi tersebut berbeda dengan yang diinginkan. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan total sampel berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat 1 atribut layanan yang memiliki gap positif yang mampu memenuhi kepuasan konsumen (2) Terdapat 3 atribut layanan yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk segera diperbaiki (3) Faktor-faktor untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan farmasi disebabkan oleh faktor manusia, material, dan metode. Dari hasil analisis gap menggunakan IPA dapat diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan instalasi farmasi yang diberikan oleh RSI Siti Rahmah Padang belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh penggunanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui harapan dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Padang dengan metode analisis gap (2) Mengetahui klasifikasi apa saja yang dapat memuaskan kebutuhan pelayanan perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Padang dengan menggunakan metode Kano (3) Untuk mengetahui atribut yang diproleh untuk diperbaiki kualitas pelayanan pada perpustakaan Universitas Negri Padang dengan menggunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengintegrasikan libqual dan kano ke dalam Quality Function Deplyoment. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi untuk perpustakaan UNP (1) memberikan pelatihan terhadap kemampuan dan sikap pegawai purpustakaan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pengunjung (2) Melakukan penambahan terhadap koleksi buku cetak dan jurnal dalam bentuk elektronik yang nantinya bisa di akses dengan mudah oleh pengunjung (3) melakukan penambahan terhadap sarana pencari buku seperti katalok buku dalam bentuk computer

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, apa saja faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek konstruksi di Kota Padang, karena tingkat penyelesaian proyek di Kota Padang masih naik turun. Metode yang digunakan adalah diagram sebab dan akibat (fishbone) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa faktor utama yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek konstruksi, yaitu: (1) keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh spesifikasi/perubahan desain dengan nilai bobot 0,1265, (2) cuaca dan bencana alam dengan nilai bobot 0,1144, (3) kesalahan dalam memilih metode konstruksi dengan nilai bobot 0,0912. Oleh sebab itu bagi pemilik perusahaan supaya tidak mengubah desain sewaktu-waktu/secara mendadak dengan kapasitas yang besar, karena apabila terjadi perubahan spesifikasi/desain oleh owner, hal itu tentunya membutuhkan biaya yang lebih besar dan waktu yang lebih lama

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi operasi prioritas dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing pada hotel Rangkayo Basa Kota Padang. Ini adalah penelitian deskriptif untuk menganisis pengaruh dari variabel yang ada. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengambil keputusan yang ada di Hotel Rangkayo Basa yang terdiri dari manejer hotel, kepala departemen kamar, kepala departemen makanan dan minuman, kepala departemen akuntansi, dan kepala departemen sumber daya manusia. Kerangka kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (TWOS) disajikan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan yang mempengaruhi strategi operasi dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Metode AHP digunakan untuk memprioritaskan strategi operasi berdasarkan hasil analisis TWOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prioritas utama strategi operasi dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing adalah mengembangkan konsep Syariah dengan bobot 0,2471 dan paling rendah adalah fasilitas dengan kapasitas yang besar dengan bobot sebesar 0,1461.
