Abstract

So far, the quota of recipients of aid for the deaf is determined directly by the Social Service where this has an ineffective impact, such as there are people who deserve this assistance but cannot get it due to the limited quota of recipients and this also raises community perceptions due to the possibility of being affected by subjectivity in in determining the beneficiaries of assistance, so that it is not uncommon for efforts to distribute this assistance to have the potential to be very large not on target. A decision support system or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist in making decisions in an organization or company by applying methods that are appropriate to the areas of decision taken. Making decisions manually without the help of a SPK will result in an assessment that is not objective and does not appropriate. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision-making method by applying a weighted value to each criterion. The conclusion is that the computation is more efficient, the computational calculation is faster, and the decision-making method is faster. haven't made a perfect decision yet.

Abstract

The world of the internet is increasingly developing because humans are always looking for new breakthroughs. Web-based data collection of academic scores at SMA N 03 Lebong, especially in collecting student academic scores, starting from entering data (input), changing data and displaying data (output). Problems that can be identified from the design of an offline web-based student academic data collection system that runs at SMA N 03 Lebong include the system that has been running so far to obtain information about test scores, and manual lesson schedules. In overcoming the problem, a system is needed to handle data collection on student report cards. By using a computerized system and application design, everything can be stored neatly, integrity is guaranteed, data collection can be done quickly, precisely and accurately. The data in this study are data from SMA N 03 Lebong students. The data used in this study came from SMA N 03 Lebong. The system was built using PHP programming and MySQL Database. This system can also be accessed anywhere using a web browser connected to the internet.

Abstract

As a globally advanced country, Japan attracts the interest of job seekers, especially from developing countries such as Indonesia. The primary motivation behind this interest is the opportunity to obtain better employment, higher income, and experience living in a culturally and linguistically different environment from their place of origin. One of the mandatory requirements for working in Japan is to have fluent Japanese language skills. However, challenges arise for prospective interns or job seekers who need to remain active in their current employment while awaiting their exam schedules or departure to Japan. To address this issue, a solution is needed that allows flexible Japanese language learning accessible anytime and anywhere, one of which is by creating an application that can be downloaded and installed on their smartphones. This application provides filtered Japanese vocabulary, eliminating the need for users to memorize all words like in conventional dictionaries, considering that some words may not be commonly used in daily situations. To enhance user convenience, the application is equipped with a word search function, facilitating the process of finding desired words. The search process in this application utilizes the Knuth-Morris-Pratt String Matching method, an efficient string matching algorithm for finding a specific pattern in a text. The application allows users to match inputted words with the available vocabulary database. This application is divided into two parts, namely the data input section and the output section used by users on their smartphone devices. The application provides various features to assist users in learning Japanese, such as vocabulary pages, conversations, and word searches. The use of the Knuth-Morris-Pratt (KMP) algorithm enables efficient and effective word searches in the vocabulary database. It is hoped that this application can help users in learning Japanese easily and effectively, both for academic and professional purposes.

Abstract

The harvest of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) from palm fruit is done with fruit that is of good quality, namely fruit that is dark red in color or has lots of knots, so that the quality of the palm oil produced increases. Low quality produced will of course further weaken competitiveness. Determining the quality classification of palm oil can be done through image processing techniques. Classification is the process of declaring a data object to one of the previously defined categories. Categorization of data sets can involve grouping them into similar types of classification or identifying similar characteristics across a number of observations. Classification is supported by the concept of pattern recognition, classifying the quality of palm oil products as categories produced. Efforts to achieve the expected quality standards by using quality control. This classification of palm oil is divided into quality classes, namely good and not good. Knowing the quality of palm oil is done by making an application for palm oil quality using image processing. There are quite a lot of methods used in image processing technology. One of them is the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method. Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) is a method used for texture analysis/feature extraction, feature acquisition is obtained from matrix pixel values, which have certain values ​​and form an angle pattern. Palm Fruit Quality Classification Using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix With Variations in Object Direction. It is hoped that this application can help determine the quality of palm fruit more easily and efficiently.

Abstract

Inventory management is a crucial aspect in maintaining business operations. This article discusses the implementation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in inventory control of products using a web-based application. The EOQ method is employed to optimize the most efficient order quantity while considering ordering costs and holding costs. In this study, we emphasize the significance of proper inventory management in ensuring product availability. Distributors or companies require an accurate calculation system to determine the appropriate order quantity and timing. Errors in inventory management may lead to missed sales opportunities or detrimental excess inventory. The utilization of computer technology is pivotal in expediting and enhancing decision-making processes related to inventory. The EOQ method is systematically implemented through a web-based application to facilitate intelligent product inventory planning. This application enables the calculation of crucial parameters such as Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point, and Total Costs. The findings of this research demonstrate that the implementation of the EOQ method in inventory management has positive effects in addressing stockouts and excess inventory issues. Furthermore, companies can reduce overall inventory costs by optimizing resource utilization. The web-based application with the EOQ method provides an effective solution for achieving efficiency and cost reduction in product inventory operations

Abstract

Tax education is important for the public, especially for taxpayers, in order to understand their rights and obligations in paying taxes. However, tax education still does not receive adequate attention in Indonesia. Digital content as a medium for tax education offers easier access and greater flexibility for students. This research aims to review the effectiveness and challenges in optimizing tax education through digital content. The research method used in this research is a literature study analysis method to review various studies related to the effectiveness and challenges in optimizing tax education through digital content. Data is collected from academic journals, books, reports and other related articles. The results of this research reveal that digital content as a tax education medium can improve tax understanding and skills. Digital content allows digital actors to learn independently and flexibly, as well as allowing access to various learning resources, and providing more interesting and interactive interactions.

Abstract

Bobot kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu faktor yang menunjang keberhasilan petani  kelapa sawit dalam mencapai hasil panen yang memuaskan. Informasi berat buah sawit biasanya diperoleh dengan menggunakan timbangan tangan yaitu timbangan gantung atau timbangan dacin. Cara lain untuk menentukan berat buah sawit adalah dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan citra. Pendekatan ini didasarkan pada metode deteksi tepi sobel untuk mendeteksi bobot buah sawit. Metode deteksi tepi Sobel adalah teknik dalam pengolahan citra untuk menemukan tepi atau perubahan tajam dalam intensitas piksel pada citra dan bertujuan untuk menentukan kontur buah sawit sehingga membantu dalam proses pengukuran berat. Pengolahan citra ini nantinya berupa foto digital yang diolah untuk memperoleh informasi berat buah sawit. Selanjutnya dilakukan studi kelayakan, analisis perhitungan akurasi system. Setelah rancangan ini selesai kemudian dibandingkan dan diuji dengan hasil bobot buah sawit yang diperoleh dengan timbangan Dacin. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yang telah diuji pada 50 citra buah sawit dengan jarak pengambilan gambar 1 meter menggunakan kamera Handphone telah diuji tingkat keberhasilan penelitian menggunakan Precission, Recall, dan Accuracy. Adapun hasil yang didapat dari Precission, Recall, dan Accuracy dari penelitian ini yaitu  Precission sebesar 82%, Recall sebesar 100%, dan Accuracy 82%.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of the watershed transformation method to measure land area in satellite images. The main objective is to improve the accuracy of land area measurement, which is important for various applications such as agriculture, urban development, and nature conservation. Given its often time-consuming and resource-intensive nature, this study aims to develop a more efficient and faster method of processing satellite image data. The method starts with the collection and pre-processing of satellite image data to improve its quality. Next, watershed transformation is applied for image segmentation and land area measurement. The results are evaluated through accuracy analysis and comparison with reference data. From testing 20 sample data, Precision of 100%, Recall of 80%, and Accuracy of 95% were obtained. It is expected that this research can contribute to the development of a more efficient and reliable land area measurement technique.

Abstract

A house is a basic human need as a place of activity, shelter, and rest. One of the problems that is often overlooked in house construction is the mismatch or slope in the size of the room. Wall misalignment due to inaccurate measurements can affect building comfort and safety. This research uses technological advances in room slope measurement with trigonometric and numerical methods. The results show that the trigonometric and numerical methods have precision, recall, and accuracy rates reaching 100%. This method is effective and reliable for measuring the slope based on the captured digital image, ensuring that the measurements taken are true and accurate.

Abstract

This study discusses the detection of motion of objects in video by utilizing the Frame difference method which aims to process video so as to produce Frames on moving objects. The use of mobile cameras produces video data that is used as test data, the test data is processed with the Frame difference method so as to produce a number of Frames on moving objects in order to detect moving objects in the video because the function of this method is a form of video background reduction that is simplified by a number of pixels in the video. This method process is based on the difference between two consecutive frames in the video aimed at finding differences that occur during the detection process. When processed for detection, the absolute value in the pixel is greater than the predetermined threshold value, it will be considered as a moving object, so that the detection results from the motion detection process will form a box object on the moving object. In this study, the test data used used 20 video data samples with descriptions, 10 test data with bright quality (daytime) and 10 unlit test data (night) with the aim of being able to see how much the level of performance accuracy of the Frame difference method. The test results obtained 16 out of 20 test data that were successfully detected correctly (True Positive), there were 2 test data that resulted in a False Positive error, and 2 test data that resulted in a False Negative error. This shows that the Frame difference method can provide a fairly high level of accuracy in detecting moving objects in the video. The percentage level of accuracy with confussion matrix testing has a precission value of 88%, recal 88% and an accuracy value of 80%.
