Abstract

The head school has a very important role in advancing the institution he leads. Quality something institution education depends on the head school as a leading institution. Then head the school's task to give guidance and supervision to every teacher on duty in the field of their respective studies. To operate his task as a builder and supervisor in developing teacher professionalism and improving quality effective learning, then a head school must own ability and understanding about competence of head school with Good. Study This aims: 1) Describe the role of head school in increasing teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru 2) Describe the level of teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru 3) Describe factors that just be supporting and inhibiting head school to increase teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru. Study This uses an approach qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Whereas technique researcher data analysis uses method descriptive qualitative. From the results analysis can be known that the role of the head school in increasing teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru is done through several matters among them the head school role as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, and motivator. Whereas condition teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru spelled out enough good. The teacher has fulfilled sufficient qualifications, as always following various training and workshops. As for factors that support head schools in increasing teacher professionalism with exists factor support from the background behind good teacher education and coaching cooperation between teachers. Whereas factor inhibitor head school lacks means prasana, as well as the level of parental concern for participants' educates.

Abstract

Library management is a study of what and how to do it, both through theory and practice, so that the library can be managed effectively and efficiently so that its presence among students is able to select, collect, manage, maintain information sources and provide services and added value for those who need them. The research aims to: 1) find out the role of the library for students, and 2) find out the management and development of the MTs Islahul Ummah NW Sukaraja library. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The validity of the researcher's data uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The conclusions of this research are 1) The role of the library for students, apart from being a learning resource center, the library is also a center for information and innovation, because students can take advantage of the existence of the library to search for information and can innovate through the existence of the library. Another role of libraries is also as a forum for educating the nation's generation. The school library has a very important role for students to improve students' knowledge and skills. With the establishment of a library, it can become a cheap, cheerful, and fast destination for realizing long-life education for students. 2) Management of the MTs Islahul Ummah NW Sukaraja school library continues to innovate and develop. Starting to carry out management in terms of improving the condition of the room, then adding books little by little, and then starting to collaborate and add partnerships. The MTs Islahul Ummah school library also continues to develop, starting by holding a reading interest library for students.

Abstract

Teachers are educational staff who greatly determine the learning process in schools. Teachers are one of the human components in the teaching and learning process, which plays a role in the effort to form potential human resources in the field of development. This study was conducted with the aim of: 1) to find out how the strategies and roles of teachers in improving the learning motivation of low-ability students in class III MI Birrul Walidain NW 2 Rensing, and 2) to find out what are the factors that cause the lack of learning motivation of students in class III MI Birrul Walidain NW 2 Rensing. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, which aims to describe existing phenomena, both scientific phenomena and man-made phenomena can be in the form of activities, characteristics, changes, relationships, similarities and differences between one phenomenon and another. The methods used in this study are observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study are that: The learning motivation of students in class III, MI Birrul Walidain NW 2 Rensing is known that the students' learning motivation is already maximal. This is evident when the researcher observed directly, how the learning process is in the classroom, it is very clear how the role of the teacher in making students enthusiastic about participating in learning. Strategies in improving learning motivation of low-ability students used by teachers include: learning strategy planning, learning organization strategy, guidance strategy, learning implementation strategy, strategy for choosing learning methods and building a classroom environment. Factors causing lack of learning motivation include: factors such as not having breakfast, lack of socializing with peers, environmental influences, less conducive learning in the classroom, lack of attention from parents. So that it can hinder the motivation of these students to progress.
