Abstract

The quality of health care is one of the important factors that must be considered in an effort to achieve patient satisfaction. The quality of health care can be measured through aspects of responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, and physical evidence. Feelings of satisfaction in patients will affect how the loyalty of patients to health care facilities. Patient loyalty is a long-term impact of patient satisfaction that has used health services. This study aims to analyze the quality of service quality to the satisfaction of Level I health facilities in public health students FIKKIA UNAIR. Subjects in this study were public health students of FIKKIA UNAIR who had JKN and had access to FKTP services in Banyuwangi as many as 97. The research design used is crossectional research through the filling of questionnaires or questionnaires. In data analysis techniques, using GAP analysis, normality test, and wilcoxon test. This study shows that the average value of the largest GAP in the aspect of assurance (assurance) of 4.53. The average value of the lowest GAP in the aspect of physical evidence (tangiable) is 0.32. Analysis of data conducted through the Wilcoxon test showed the value of Asymmp. Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 then Ho is rejected so that the quality of service quality affects the satisfaction of Public Health students FIKKIA UNAIR. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that there is a significant gap between expectations and reality in the service of Health Facilities level I (FKTP) in Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai institusi kesehatan kompleks memiliki tantangan unik dalam mengelola kinerja pegawai untuk memberikan pelayanan berkualitas kepada pasien. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, seperti ketersediaan dan motivasi kerja, menjadi perhatian penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efektivitas rumah sakit. Tujuan: Mengkonsumsi peran dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Metode: tinjauan pustaka dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan data base google Scholar. Rentang tahun artikel yaitu 2018-2023 yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditentukan penulis. Hasil: Kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berperan penting dalam kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Hubungan positif dan signifikan terbukti antara keduanya, meskipun dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor mediasi seperti kepuasan kerja. Namun, ketidaksejajaran dan ketidakadilan yang didapat bisa mengakibatkan hubungan negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan: Pada keseluruhan penelitian literatur ini, temuan menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja mempunyai peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor kontekstual yang dapat mempengaruhi hubungan antara perolehan dan kinerja motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rumah sakit dalam merancang program yang dapat diterima dan strategi motivasi kerja yang efektif.

Abstract

Globally, over 250 million workplace accidents and 160 million work-related illnesses occur annually, with 1.2 million resulting in deaths. In Indonesia, CVD is the leading cause of illness-related fatalities, driven by factors like hypertension, obesity, and dyslipidemia. PT XYZs parent company reported 19 such deaths in 2021, mostly from CVD. In response, Zone Xs Health Team launched the SEAGU Wellness Program to promote healthy lifestyles. This study aims to conduct research using secondary data obtained from the SEAGU 2.0 Wellness Program. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with secondary data from 153 workers annual Medical Check-Up records. Post-program results showed a reduction in dyslipidemia cases from 45 to 23 and obesity cases from 52 to 27a drop of over 50%. To improve sustainability, activities like group exercise and Health Talks should be held more frequently with stronger participant engagement.
