Abstract

ABSTRACT Improving the quality of human resources is focused on a variety of things that can affect job performance. There are two variables that are thought to have contributed to the formation of job performance, namely the work environment and organizational culture. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on job performance. The research will be conducted in one of the micro businesses in Kranggan District, Mojokerto Regency which involves 25 employees to be involved as respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as an analytical tool to prove the research hypothesis. The research findings suggest that (1) the work environment has a significant effect on job performance; (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on job performance; and (3) work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on job performance. Abstract

This study investigated the direct and indirect effects of workload, psychological resilience, and decision-making training on burnout reduction and decision quality among worker-students in Mojokerto Regency and City. Adopting an explanatory quantitative approach within a positivist paradigm, the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicated that decision-making training significantly influenced both burnout reduction and decision quality, both directly and indirectly. In contrast, workload and psychological resilience did not show significant effects on either burnout reduction or decision quality. These findings highlight the critical role of cognitive training as a strategic intervention for enhancing decision-making in high-work-intensity environments. The study is limited by its specific contextual focus and the exclusion of broader external variables. The practical implications suggest a need for training-based interventions to manage occupational stress.

Abstract

Peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara agar masyarakat indonesia dapat menurunkan resiko stunting atau terbebas dari stunting. Namun kurang pemahaman tentang peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, maka perlunya sosislisai dan pendampingan untuk hal ini. Metode pendampingan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui sosialisasi, observasi, wawancara dan diskusi pada Ibu – ibu di Desa Mojoranu yang masih mempunyai anak di usia pertumbuhan, rata – rata di usia 2 sampai 4 tahun. Salah satu cara tersebut adalah mebuat peluang usaha terutama produk untuk kesehatan yang dapat menurunkan stunting pada anak seperti puding modisco. Sosialisasi ini juga mencakup marketing mix dan cara memasarkan produk puding modisco tersebut. Pentingnya hasil sosialisasi peningkatan perekonomian dihasilkan dari pendampingan ini akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok terutama gizi anak yang dibutuhkan. agar dapat menrunkan angka resiko stunting.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan social media marketing dan strategi penetapan harga jual dalam upaya meningkatkan volume penjualan pada UMKM Batik Jawon Yogyakarta. Sebagai salah satu unit usaha kreatif di Yogyakarta, Batik Jawon menghadapi tantangan persaingan pasar yang menuntut adaptasi teknologi digital dan pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi partisipatif dan wawancara lapangan selama kegiatan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Batik Jawon memanfaatkan media sosial tidak hanya sebagai sarana promosi produk, tetapi juga sebagai media edukasi budaya untuk membangun pengalaman konsumen (experiential marketing). Selain itu, penetapan harga jual dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kompleksitas proses produksi seperti perbedaan teknik batik tulis dan cap serta efisiensi biaya bahan baku. Pengintegrasian promosi digital yang edukatif dan kebijakan harga yang kompetitif terbukti menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga stabilitas volume penjualan produk di tengah modernisasi industri batik. Pengabdian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan teknis pemasaran digital yang lebih sistematis untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar UMKM.

Abstract

Micro and small enterprises based on local culture have great potential in supporting the regional economy and educational tourism development. Gubuk Kopi Borobudur is a traditional Javanese sugar processing MSME in Sendaren I Hamlet, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, which integrates traditional production processes with cultural tourism concepts. This Field Work Practice aimed to analyze business management conditions, identify main problems, and formulate strategic recommendations for competitiveness enhancement. The method used was a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation conducted from November 29 to December 1, 2025. The results identified five main problems: raw material instability, product quality inconsistency, high production costs, labor limitations, and suboptimal marketing strategies. The formulated strategic recommendations include supplier diversification, production process standardization, operational efficiency improvement, youth involvement, and innovative marketing development that are applicable and can be implemented gradually without eliminating traditional values.

Abstract

The high failure rate of organizational change initiatives, despite adequate strategies and technologies, indicates that language as a mechanism for constructing the meaning of change is still frequently overlooked in change management practice. This study aims to develop a language-based conceptual model of communicative change and explain how managerial language shapes sensemaking processes and influences workplace productivity during organizational change. The study uses a qualitative approach with a Constructivist Grounded Theory design within an interpretive-constructivist paradigm. The research context focuses on organizations undergoing or recently experiencing change, with leaders, managers, and affected employees selected through theoretical sampling. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and analysis of organizational documents, and then analyzed iteratively using initial coding, focused coding, and theoretical coding with the constant comparative method. The findings produced a core category, namely language-mediated sensemaking in organizational change, with four major themes: framing language and perception of change, emotional resonance of managerial narratives, language-driven alignment and resistance, and discursive pathways to productivity. The process model shows a flow from language framing, meaning construction, and affective responses to action alignment and productivity. This study enriches language-based change management theory and offers practical guidance for leaders to design change communication that is clearer, more contextual, and sensitive to productivity.

Abstract

This study investigates how market orientation, digital capability, and brand image influence customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor, within retail MSMEs. It aims to understand how internal organizational competencies and marketing strategies foster long-term customer relationships in a competitive and digitalized marketplace. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 160 customers of retail MSMEs, following the ten-times rule for 16 indicators. Analyses were conducted with PLS-SEM to assess measurement validity and structural relationships. Results indicate that brand image directly enhances both customer satisfaction and loyalty, while digital capability and market orientation affect loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. Moreover, customer satisfaction significantly mediates these relationships, serving as a critical mechanism by which organizational capabilities and strategies are translated into loyalty. The findings underscore the importance for MSMEs of strengthening brand image, advancing digital competencies, and maintaining market-oriented strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty, offering both theoretical contributions to relationship marketing and practical guidance for managers in the digital era.
