Abstract

Kiblat adalah sudut atau arah dengan ka’bah di Makkah sebagai titik pusat, pengukuran sudut yang diukur dari arah utara menuju kiblat disebut azimut kiblat, rentang toleransi arah kiblat yang benar adalah sebesar 5⁰. Bagi disabilitas yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam melakukan aktifitas normal, mencari arah kiblat menjadi tantangan yang sulit karena memerlukan tingkat keakurasian, akibatnya disabilitas memerlukan bantuan orang lain dalam menentukan arah kiblat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan alat bantu dalam mencari arah kiblat yang dapat memberikan informasi arah sesuai keberadaan pengguna. Pada penelitian ini dibangun sebuat alat bantu pendeteksi arah kiblat bagi disabilitas menggunakan sensor kompas sebagai pendeteksi arah pengguna dan GPS sebagai penentu titik koordinat. Arduino Mega berperan sebagai pemroses data dan mengirimkan umpan balik audio lewat speaker dan status informasi kepada LCD untuk memudahkan pengguna memahami status keberadaanya dari arah kiblat. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan di dalam dan luar ruangan menghasilkan rata-rata ketepatan GPS sejauh 15.06 m, sistem bekerja lebih optimal di luar ruangan dengan ketepatan modul GPS sejauh 8.69 m dan di dalam ruangan sejauh 19.45 m, akurasi sensor kompas sebesar 97.40% dan ketepatan akurasi nilai azimut kiblat 99.98%., sistem dapat bekerja secara real-time selama sinyal GPS tersedia.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool in compiling learning materials in schools has great potential to improve the quality of education, especially in border areas that are often faced with challenges of accessibility and availability of resources. This community service activity aims to fulfill the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by providing contributions to the community while assisting teachers in utilizing AI tools. Through a preliminary study, a needs mapping was carried out together with teachers of SDN 03 Balai Karangan to ensure that the development of AI tools is relevant to learning needs on the West Kalimantan border. The development of this AI tools integrates natural language processing technology to produce learning materials that are in accordance with the curriculum and local characteristics. After development, the AI ??tools is disseminated and practiced in the school environment. It is hoped that through this activity, teachers at SDN 03 Balai Karangan on the West Kalimantan border will be better able to compile quality and relevant learning materials with the help of AI tools, can improve the quality of education and provide real benefits to local students.

Abstract

Tidur adalah aktivitas penting untuk pemulihan energi, perbaikan sel, dan pengaturan hormon. Tidur yang nyenyak dan optimal bergantung pada posisi tidur yang nyaman dan durasi yang cukup. Namun, banyak orang yang masih mengabaikan faktor-faktor tersebut, sehingga mengakibatkan pengalaman tidur yang kurang nyenyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat Smart Belt untuk memantau dan mengatur posisi dan durasi tidur dengan menggunakan sensor akselerometer dan sensor denyut jantung. Pengujian terdiri dari 30 uji coba deteksi posisi tidur, 30 pengukuran durasi tidur, dan 60 evaluasi sistem secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sensor akselerometer dapat mengidentifikasi dan mendeteksi posisi tidur dengan akurasi 100%, sedangkan sensor denyut jantung menentukan durasi tidur berdasarkan denyut jantung dengan akurasi 83,33%. Secara keseluruhan, sistem Smart Belt beroperasi dengan akurasi 88,33%. Kata kunci: Posisi Tidur, Durasi Tidur, Sabuk Pintar, Internet of Things

Abstract

Kualitas udara yang buruk dapat berdampak negatif pada sistem respirasi manusia dan dampak kesehatan lainnya, sehingga pemantauan kualitas udara berperan penting terhadap permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi kualitas udara secara real-time menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dan data dari 4 sensor: GP2Y1010AU0F (PM₂.₅), MQ-135 (CO₂), MQ-131 (O₃), dan MQ-7 (CO). Sistem terdiri dari sensor yang terintegrasi dengan ESP32, penyimpanan cloud menggunakan Firebase, dan antarmuka web untuk pemrosesan serta visualisasi data. ESP32 berfungsi mengumpulkan data dari sensor dan mengirimkannya ke Firebase, yang kemudian diakses oleh aplikasi web untuk klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma KNN. Klasifikasi dilakukan dalam 4 kategori: baik, sedang, buruk, dan sangat buruk, dengan hasil ditampilkan di antarmuka web untuk pemantauan selama 24 jam terakhir. Pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix dengan 900 data latih dan 600 data uji menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,67%. Selain itu, pengujian crossvalidation dengan k=3 menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 99,39%.

Abstract

Renewable energy optimisation and early warning systems require accurate short-term wind speed forecast. Anomalies in environmental data impair forecasting model reliability. This paper presents an integrated approach using IoT-based remote sensing and time series modelling to address the issue. IoT-based anemometer sensors collected wind speed data at one-minute intervals from December 24, 2024, to January 10, 2025. Aggregating the raw data into 5-minute intervals prepared it for the ARIMA model. This model determined temporal patterns and predicted short-term wind speeds. Analyzing residuals between observed and predicted results helped identify wind outliers. This approach is novel because it uses IoT-based continuous sensing and time series modeling for real-time environmental monitoring. Studies showed that a 65-minute frame with 5-minute intervals was best for replicating wind speed dynamics. Six cycles of outlier detection found 87 outliers. The ARIMA model improved predictions by include these outliers as exogenous variables. This emphasizes the importance of fixing time series model anomalies to improve prediction. The augmented ARIMA model with outlier corrections provides minute-level forecasts and reliable anomaly identification for renewable energy optimization and early warning systems. This study shows that new statistical methods and the Internet of Things (IoT) can improve real-time environmental and energy decisions.

Abstract

Water pollution is the entry of a component or substance into water, which causes water quality to decrease. The decrease in water quality causes the water to be unfit and affects the community's health. Therefore, an application for determining the water quality level building using the SOM algorithm with several data input parameters: Fluoride, Hardness, and Nitrite. These parameters use for data clustering in determining clean and polluted water. The SOM algorithm arranges SOM neurons based on the data input values ​​in a SOM cluster. For testing the SOM method on 114 data, the Silhouette Coefficient value was used to find the best number of clusters. Silhouette Coefficient will evaluate clustering the proximity of the distance between data. The test was carried out 27 times with variations of the experiment with the learning rate starting from 0.1 to 0.9 and the number of clusters from 2 to 4 to get the best Silhouette Coefficient value. The result of clustering the best silhouette coefficient value obtained is 0.7276473444141 with 3 clusters and the learning rate of 0.2.

Abstract

Doors are an important element in a building that serve as a connection between rooms. Generally, door locking systems are still conventional, which have several shortcomings, such as being easy to duplicate. Therefore, this study developed a door locking system using a keyword and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), as combining two security systems enhances security quality. Testing was conducted by collecting data on the performance of the Voice Recognition module at randomly selected distances ranging from 20 to 100 cm, with intervals of 20 cm between the user's voice and the microphone. Then, the RFID capability was tested under two different conditions: the first condition where the RFID card was not covered by a cover, and the second condition using a cover to simulate the condition of the card being inside a wallet or case, and finally, the overall system testing. Based on the test results conducted in this study, using both sensors with a total of 40 data points, the overall system achieved 100% accuracy.

Abstract

The use of electronic devices such as cellphones, laptops, and others is often found for various reasons, including playing online games. Online games are very popular because they can relieve stress and can be played by various ages, one of which is teenagers aged 10-19 years. However, online games can be detrimental to teenagers. If a teenager plays online games for a long time, that teenager will become dependent on online games. This research creates a system that can help teenagers find out their level of addiction to online games, so that teenagers can overcome their addiction problems. This system classifies addiction to playing online games in teenagers with mild, moderate and severe levels using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. This system can help teenagers control themselves when playing online games. In determining the level of online game addiction, 5 attributes are used, namely age, gender, place of play, type of game, and length of play. Testing with 150 data and tested with nine comparisons of training data and test data, namely 10:90, 20:80, 30:70, 40:60, 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, 80:20, and 90: 10. Testing is carried out using a confusion matrix to produce accuracy, precision, recall and error rate values. The highest accuracy value is found in comparing training data and test data of 40:60. Accuracy results were 93%, precision was 90%, recall was 89%, and error rate was 6.67%.

Abstract

Fish is one of the foods that contain protein and has a high nutrient content, including minerals, vitamins, and unsaturated fats. The protein content in fish is relatively high. However, fish also contains adverse effects if it has undergone spoilage. Therefore, it is necessary to select fresh fish and non-fresh fish. Currently, fish freshness selection is still done manually by fishermen. This research builds a system that can identify freshness in mackerel which is expected to be an alternative solution in the process of selecting freshness of fish manually which takes a long time. By utilizing the TCS3200 sensor to identify the color of the fish and MQ135 to detect the smell of ammonia gas in the fish. This system uses Arduino Uno as the controller of the whole system. The results obtained from the selection process are in the form of fresh and not fresh fish that have been separated based on color and odor indicators, the data will be displayed on the LCD in the form of the accumulated weight of each fish that has been selected. The results of 30 times testing the entire system as much as 30 data obtained an accuracy value of 86.7%.

Abstract

Fish farmers often face the problem of difficulty monitoring water quality from time to time. One method that can make it easier for fish farmers is to develop a system using the forward chaining method. This research aims to make it easier for fish farmers to monitor and control water quality automatically. This system can monitor and control automatically based on facts collected. Things to pay attention to in the system are the suitability level of temperature, pH, and turbidity in the water. The monitoring and control system using the forward chaining method functions 100% by the rules that have been fully implemented
