Abstract

It turns out that organizational culture has a strong influence on teacher performance, while organizational communication has a weaker influence on teacher performance. This was revealed from the results of research conducted on 33 elementary school teachers at SD Negeri 11, Rantau Utara District, Labuhan Batu Regency. The results of multiple regression analysis via SPSS 24 output show the linear regression equation Y= 0.091+0.828X1+0.360X2 meaning that if there is an effort to increase 1 (one) unit then teacher performance will increase by 0.828, likewise organizational communication will increase teacher performance by 0.360. Next, the hypothesis using the t-test via SPSS 24 output shows that tsig 0.000 < 0.1, which means Ha is accepted. Likewise, the F-test shows that Fsig 0.000 < 0.1. Considering that organizational communication has a smaller influence than organizational culture, it is recommended to strengthen organizational communication in elementary schools, through the provision of bookshelves displaying educational magazines such as educational nimbar, educational selecta, testing magazines, etc. To be a reference for teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of influencer marketing and discount promotions on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace in the people of Jalan Garu II B Harjosari 1, Medan Amplas District. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection methods of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study is the people of Jalan Garu II B Harjosari I, Medan Amplas District and the sample as respondents for this study will be taken using side purposive use with the Slovin formula, namely 100 people met during the research. The data obtained in this research was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 program. The results of this research show that the calculated F value of 372.095 is greater than the F table of 3.09, which means that simultaneously there is an influence on influencer marketing (X1) and discount promotions (X2) on online purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Partially, it can be seen that only the influencer marketing (X1) and discount promotion (X2) variables influence purchasing decisions, namely the influencer marketing variable (X1) of 7.686 is greater than the t table of 1.660 and the discount promotion (X2) is 2.982 greater. from the t table of 1.660. Based on the results seen from the coefficient of determination of the influencer marketing variable (X1) and discount promotions (X2), the influence is with an R2 value of 0.885 or 88.5%.

Abstract

Using the Shopee marketplace, this research tries to ascertain how brand awarenes and online customer reviews influence purchasing decisions in consumers in Dusun III Batang Kuis Deli Serdang. This study uses quantitative descriptive methodology and collects data through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The population targeted by this study is everyone who uses the Shopee application, especially those who live in Dusun III Batang Kuis Deli Serdang. Respondents of this study will be selected using non-probability sampling and using the Slovin theory, namely 100 samples encountered during the research. Using the SPSS 22 application, multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the data collected for this study. The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value of 298,258 is greater than the F table of 3.09, which means that simultaneously there is an influence on the variables brand awareness (X1) and online costumer review (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) in the shopee marketplace. Partially, it can be seen that the variables brand awareness (X1) and online costumer review (X2) have an effect on purchasing decisions, namely the brand awareness variable (X1) of 3.966 is greater than the t table of 1.660 and online costumer review (X2) of 4.714 is greater than the t table of 1.660. Based on the results seen from the coefficient of determination, the variables brand awareness (X1) and online costumer review (X2) have an effect with an R2 value of 0.860 or 8.60%.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of training, compensation and timeliness on the performance of Go-Jek Medan Polonia drivers. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 177 Go-Jek Medan Polonia Drivers. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the t-count > t-table (2.917 > 1.6690) means that training has a significant effect on performance, so Ha1 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table (3.558 > 1.6690) and significant means that compensation has a significant effect on customer loyalty on performance, then Ha2 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table (3.437 > 1.6690) and significant means that timeliness has a significant effect on customer loyalty on performance, then Ha3 is accepted. Fcount value (43.811) > Ftable (2.76), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Training Variables (X1), Compensation (X2), and Timeliness (X3) influence simultaneously (simultaneous) to the Performance Variable (Y)

Abstract

Pada prinsipnya, persiapan laporan keuangan membutuhkan keakuratan dan akurasi sehingga tidak ada keraguan tentang kebenarannya di antara para pemangku kepentingan. (interested parties). Dalam menyiapkan laporan keuangan ini, aplikasi pendukung diperlukan, termasuk Office Excel untuk akuntansi, MYOB Accounting, Zahir, dan aplikasi keuangan yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan yang terkait dengan merancang model untuk menyiapkan laporan keuangan perusahaan menggunakan aplikasi Accurate Financial versi 5. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan saat ini adalah penelitian terapan, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menerapkan, menguji, dan kemudian mengevaluasi kemampuan teori untuk memecahkan masalah manajemen praktis. keuangan perusahaan dengan menerapkan aplikasi keuangan yang akurat di PT. Holytech Perdana Prima. Sistem dokumentasi, mulai dari persiapan awal data perusahaan hingga pelaporan, dapat diproses dengan benar melalui aplikasi keuangan ini. Semua kegiatan disalin ke buku catatan umum, uang tunai, bank, dan persediaan barang. Jika perusahaan ingin mencetak laporan yang dibutuhkan, mereka dapat mencetak dokumen dalam waktu singkat. Ini adalah harapan bisnis, di mana perusahaan dapat meminimalkan waktu untuk mendapatkan laporan atau kinerja keuangan. Berdasarkan hal ini, PT Holytech Perdana Prima beralih ke aplikasi keuangan lain yang dikenal sebagai Accurate Version 5. Perangkat lunak yang akurat ini dapat melakukan berbagai perintah yang terkait dengan implementasi siklus akuntansi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Jumlah Anggota, Jumlah Modal dan Jumlah Pinjaman terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) pada koperasi karyawan PT Angkasa Pura II. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 36 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan Jumlah Anggota, Jumlah Modal dan Jumlah Pinjaman berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha pada koperasi Karyawan PT Angkasa Pura II. Secara persial variabel Jumlah anggota, Jumlah Modal dan jumlah pinjaman berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha pada koperasi karyawan PT Angkasa Pura II. Kata Kunci: Jumlah Anggota, Jumlah Modal, Jumlah Pinjaman, Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of work culture, training, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Narcotics Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 116 employees from the Narcotics Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Narcotics Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Narcotics Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Narcotics Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police. Work culture, training, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Narcotics Directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police.

Abstract

This study seeks to ascertain the perception of Individual Taxpayers on the interpretation of Income Tax, as well as the extent of understanding among Taxpayers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Al-Washliyah Muslim University, Medan. This study employs descriptive qualitative methodologies, specifically case studies, to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of a specific case. The researcher aims to investigate how Individual Taxpayers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Al-Washliyah Muslim University Medan interpret taxes and the resulting implications. This research was conducted in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Al-Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University, located in Medan. The number of informants to be interviewed in this research cannot be determined as the sample collection employs a judgment procedure. The data collection methods employed in this research encompass a preliminary survey, a literature review, and field data collection. Qualitative data analysis is conducted through an interactive process that involves data reduction, data presentation, and generating conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that Individual Taxpayers in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Al-Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University, Medan possess a favorable understanding of their responsibility to fulfill their income tax obligations. The comprehension of income tax imposition among individual taxpayers is generally satisfactory, yet there are also persons who express dissent when a portion of their assets is allocated towards tax” payment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze lifestyle, product variants and services affect buyer decisions at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 390 people who made purchases at Lucha Coffe Medan Johor which were taken from data in April 2024. In this study, the sample was taken using the Slovin formula, and using random sampling techniques. So, the total number of respondents in this study was rounded up to 80 consumers who made purchases at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert Scale data measurement scale. The data analysis technique uses validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that partially lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. Product variants have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lucha Coffe Medan Johor. Service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. In addition, lifestyle, product variants and service simultaneously (simultaneously) affect the purchasing decision variable at Lucha Coffe Medan Johor with a value of Fcount (58.744) > Ftabel (2.72), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of pamphlets used as an information medium for the aware tourism community, with a focus on readability testing. The readability test was conducted by 15 members of the tourism community who participated in this study. This study uses qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to measure the level of understanding and comfort of the community with the information presented in the pamphlet. The results of the readability test show an overall average score of 79.34%, indicating that the pamphlet can be well understood by the tourism community. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this pamphlet is suitable for use without the need for revision, as it has met good readability standards. These findings contribute to the development of effective information media to raise public awareness of the importance of the tourism sector.
