Abstract

As a reality, conflict can occur anywhere, whenever and experienced by anyone due to certain factors, one of which is the process and the results of the Election of Village Heads (PILKADES). Election of Village Head which is carried out directly to elect village leaders, in practice it is often to use money politics and "black campaigns". The PILKADES conflict is rooted in the interests of Botoh (gambling bettors), entrepreneurs and some of their supporters who are trying to win one of the KADES candidates. Efforts are being taken, among others, by developing issues based on personality character and social values ​​to attack the opposing parties resulting in a war of issues and psychological conflicts that manifest in the form of mobilization of time. However, the mobilizations of the people do not develop into physical violence because the conflict can be effectively controlled by the kyai. Implementation of the role of Kyai in controlling PILKADES conflicts are carried out these ways: 1) engaging in informal political discussion; 2) individual communication with political officials; 3) carry out education to the community to strengthen social ties between them, and 4) plunge directly into the field to control and disband the people

Abstract

The efforts of PAI teachers in realizing interesting, contextual and effective fiqh learning towards strengthening the character of moderate Muslims for madrasa students encountered obstacles, including the existence of textbooks that tended to be puritanical. In addition, most of the books used are only printed books with unattractive designs. For this reason, it is necessary to develop the process through development research (R&D) whose procedure uses the Plomp design (2010) with 5 stages, namely: 1) investigation, 2) design, 3) construction, 4) evaluation, 5) implementation. Meanwhile, so that the resulting textbooks can be more contextual and effective in strengthening the character of moderate Muslims for students, the textbooks are prepared by internalizing Indonesian Fiqh thinking with 2 choices of methods, namely: 1) the existing teaching materials are not changed, the content remains the same. with the discussion of classical Islamic books (books), but given additional contextualization explanations that are in accordance with Islamic moderation thinking, or b) teaching materials are changed in content according to the latest ijtihad of contemporary scholars and the creative traditions of Indonesian Muslim scholars who present law - Islamic law according to the situation and conditions of contemporary Muslim society.

Abstract

This article is the result of a study that depicts the efforts of schools in strengthening the character of moderate Muslim children to prevent bullying behavior in schools. These efforts are relevant to government policies in encouraging the implementation of the Child Friendly School (SRA) program. The research process that produced this article was carried out qualitatively using interactive model data analysis techniques as developed by Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that bullying is carried out by stronger students against students who are weaker psychologically and physically when there is no teacher at school. The psychological impact of bullying is that students who are bullied feel stressed, inferior, hurt, sad, and frustrated, so they are reluctant and sometimes even afraid to go to school. The solution so that students do not do bullying is to intensively instill the character of Moderate Muslim Children in students, because among its characteristics are upholding noble character, tolerance, and not being discriminatory. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the social behavior of students from SMPN 1 Kota Mojokerto in the context of deviations from Islamic values. This study identifies various forms of deviation from Islamic values in the students' social media behavior, such as the misuse of social media to communicate with the opposite gender without considering religious boundaries, the spread of negative or unhelpful content, dissemination of hoaxes, and showcasing extravagance or glamorous lifestyles. These deviations from Islamic values have significant impacts on the formation of students' character and morality. Addressing these deviations from Islamic values can be achieved through collaborative efforts involving the school, teachers, parents, and the community. Enhancing understanding of religious teachings, ethics, and moral values is essential for students through a holistic educational approach. Close cooperation among the school, parents, and the community is necessary to provide intensive monitoring and guidance regarding students' social media behavior. Additionally, raising public awareness about the dangers and negative consequences of deviations from Islamic values in social media behavior is also crucial, and this can be accomplished through campaigns, seminars, or discussions.

Abstract

Qur'an learning generally uses Qur'an reading and writing learning as a medium for understanding the Qur'an, reading repeatedly is believed to be able to make someone easy to memorize the Qur'an. But in this Qur'an Center institution found a new learning method, namely the flash method, this flash method uses media movements to make it easier for children to memorize the Qur'an quickly. In learning the Qur'an using this flash method, the plan is that it can be implemented classically and individually. If classical in one class achievements, ability levels, and age are the same. In knowing the quality of the students' memorization using this Flash method, the asatidz provide several criteria to assess the quality of the students' memorization, namely: Mumtaz, Jayyid and Dhoif which if detailed into numerical units are 85-100 for Mumtaz, 75-84 for Jayyid and 1-50 for Dhoif. The advantages and disadvantages of this flash method are that it is easier and more fun but only applies to children.Based on this background, the author is interested in conducting research with the aim of: 1) analyze the flash method. 2) analyze the implementation of the flash method in improving memorization. Based on its form, this research includes a type of qualitative research. The data collection method uses observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis consists of the implementation of the flash method and the quality of students' memorization when memorizing using the flash method.

Abstract

Every Muslim individual is required to perform worship according to the law. This fundamental obligation must not be ignored, including for children with special needs (ABK). Obligatory worship is a form of obedience and devotion to God and is the main foundation in religious life. The 1945 Constitution, the Child Protection Law, and the Law on Persons with Disabilities have mandated the rights of ABK to receive education, including religious education. Religious education, especially worship that is carried out daily, is an important part of the spiritual and moral development of ABK. Providing worship teaching to ABK, who have diverse characteristics, certainly has its steps. This study aims to describe the implementation of worship teaching for deaf-mute, mentally retarded, and autistic students at SLB PGRI Dlanggu. Through a case study approach, this study found that worship teaching is adjusted to the abilities of each student and involves collaboration between teachers, parents, and other students. The study results indicate that worship teaching can run effectively and benefit students socially. Based on these findings, the study recommends increasing support from various parties, such as principals, teachers, universities, and the government, to ensure improving the quality of religious instruction for students with special needs

Abstract

The phenomenon of online gambling among students has become a serious concern in today's digital era. Although religious education has been taught in schools, the reality is that many students do not fully understand the negative impact of online gambling practices. Previous studies have focused more on students or adolescents in general, without highlighting the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in shaping student understanding at the Vocational High School (SMK) level. This is a research gap that needs to be bridged through more contextual and applicative studies. This study aims to reveal the extent of students' understanding of online gambling and analyze the strategies used by PAI teachers in strengthening awareness of the dangers of this behavior. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a case study design, located at SMK PGRI Sooko Mojokerto. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed using interactive models from Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results show that students' understanding of online gambling is mostly obtained from social media and the friendly environment, with an initial understanding that tends to be permissive. However, after experiencing direct negative impacts, such as impaired learning focus, decreased motivation, and moral guilt, students' attitudes began to change towards rejection. On the other hand, PAI teachers apply educational strategies through contextual lectures, open dialogue, visualization of case studies, and spiritual strengthening through routine religious activities. This strategy is not only preventive, but also touches the emotional and spiritual aspects of students comprehensively. This study recommends strengthening collaboration between schools, parents, and external parties such as religious institutions and law enforcement in an effort to prevent online gambling practices. In addition, it is necessary to develop a PAI learning model that is more responsive to today's digital issues. The limitations of this study lie in the scope of a single location, so further research is recommended to involve more schools to expand the generalization of the findings.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berupaya menawarkan pemikiran solutif untuk mencegah dan menyelesaikan salah satu persoalan pendidikan yang akhir-akhir ini sering terjadi, yaitu persoalan konflik antar orangtua dan guru. Persoalan tersebut penting untuk diselesaikan bahkan seharusnya dapat dicegah agar tidak perlu terjadi, apalagi sampai mengemuka di masyarakat, karena tidak saja akan mencoreng wajah pendidikan tetapi juga menjadi pelajaran buruk bagi generasi muda yang seharusnya dididik untuk lebih beretika kepada guru, berkarakter sopan santun terhadap ilmuwan dan menjunjung tinggi ilmu pengetahuan. Melalui kajian yang dilakukan terhadap fenomena konflik yang terjadi antara orangtua dan siswa dengan guru serta dengan cara membaca artikel-artikel yang terkait dengan fenomena konflik tersebut secara kritis, maka persoalan konflik dapat diindentifikasi dan diberikan solusinya berdasarkan sudut pandang teori konflik yang terdapat dalam beberapa litelatur yang memuat teori-teori konflik yang relevan. Adapun solusi alternative yang dimaksud adalah: 1) Menetapkan standart proses pendidikan dan penanganan permasalahan siswa, kemudian mensosialisasikannya dan membuat kontrak pendidikan yang disepakati oleh orangtua dan peserta didik; 2) segera menyadari jika benih konflik muncul; 3) Menunjuk mediator untuk Menyelesaikan konflik; 4) Mengimplementasikan Pendidikan Afeksi dalam program Pembelajaran; 5) Implementasikan Kosep Cinta dalam Interaksi Guru dan Siswa.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru Fiqih MTs Negeri 1 Mojokerto dan MTs Mamba’ul Ulum menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang bermacam-macam. Hasil wawancara awal peneliti, diketahui bahwa guru sama-sama menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual. Permasalahan yang kemudian muncul adalah walaupun menggunakan strategi yang sama, namun kadar sikap kritis yang ditunjukkan siswa berbeda antar kedua situs. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan : Pertama, Mengetahui Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Fiqih di MTs Negeri 1 Mojokerto dan MTs Mamba’ul Ulum. Kedua, Mengetahui Implikasi Strategi Pembelajaran Fiqih Terhadap Sikap Kritis Siswa. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus multi situs. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga alur, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Setelah dilakukan penelitian lapangan, hasilnya : pertama, pada MTs Negeri 1 Mojokerto, guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, kontekstual, dan active learning. Di MTs Mamba’ul Ulum, guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan kontekstual. Kedua, Implikasi tiga strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru MTs Negeri 1 Mojokerto membuat siswa kritis dengan bertanya, berpendapat, dan diskusi. Sementara dua strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru MTs Mamba’ul Ulum membuat siswa kritis dengan bertanya dan sharing.
