Abstract

Currently, many organizations are utilizing the results of the application of information technology in carrying out their business processes. The Satya Wacana Christian University Student Institute KKM Points Website is a website created with the aim of assisting the process of inputting student activity points. Currently, the use of the website is still not optimal, so it is necessary to do a risk management analysis. Website risk management analysis is carried out using the ISO 31000 framework with 4 stages. The research results can be used as a reference for organizations related to risk management so that the use of the website can be carried out optimally in accordance with organizational goals.

Abstract

Toko Mega Komputama Salatiga merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan yang menyediakan berbagai produk IT dan toko tersebut telah mengimplementasikan pengggunaan SI/TI dalam menunjang aktivitas bisnis yang dijalankan. Toko Mega Komputama menggunakan website “megakomputama.com” untuk menunjang penjualan dan pemasaran produk, etalase produk dan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan. Namun, dalam dunia manajemen pasti selalu ada kemungkinan risiko yang dapat terjadi dan dapat mengganggu aktivitas bisnis pengguna sistem tersebut. Oleh karena itu, analisis risiko teknologi informasi pada website toko Mega Komputama sangat diperlukan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan framework ISO 31000:2018 dengan harapan mampu mengidentifikasi dan meminimalisir risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada website Mega Komputama.

Abstract

XYZ is one of the branch offices of banking subsidiaries in Indonesia that focuses on providing leasing facilities, investment and working capital. As a company, PT. XYZ is inseparable in the use of information technology which gives rise to various possible risks that exist. Therefore, it is necessary to have an analysis of information technology risk management in PT. XYZ. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help PT. XYZ in identifying possible risks that occur to the company, as well as actions that must be taken in the face of such risks. The framework used in this study is the ISO 31000 framework. Based on the results of this study, 13 possible risks that have low risk levels (R01, R02, R03, R04, R05, R07, R08, R12, R13, R15, R16, R20 and R21 ), 6 possible risks that have medium risk levels (R06, R09, R10, R11, R14 and R18), as well as 2 possible risks that have high risk levels (R17 and R19). In addition, a risk treatment proposal was produced that can be used as a reference by PT. XYZ to minimize losses caused by these risks.

Abstract

PT. Bangkit Anugerah Bersama is a pharmaceutical company that focuses on distributing medical devices to various pharmacies in major cities in Indonesia, in carrying out its business processes PT Bangkit Anugerah Bersama has implemented information technology and continues to grow to create innovations. innovation in utilizing technology, in this case, it is necessary to design IT governance at PT Bangkit Anugerah Bersama, so this research was made which aims to design IT governance using COBIT 2019 so that business processes and IT implementation can run in harmony. The method used in this research is descriptive by conducting interviews with IT staff at PT Bangkit Anugerah Bersama. The analysis of the design of information technology governance in this study uses a design toolkit that includes 10 design factors from COBIT 2019. Based on the research conducted, it produces a design of information technology governance with a total of 4 domains that are important for the company, this is taken from sub-sections that have value ≥ 50 of them are BAI06, BAI03, BAI11 and BAI02.

Abstract

As information technology becomes increasingly integrated into daily business processes within educational institutions in Indonesia, the need to address potential risks associated with this integration has become crucial. This research focuses on analyzing information technology risk management in Indonesian educational institutions using the ISO 31000 framework. The study aims to minimize the occurrence and impact of various information technology risks that can disrupt organizational processes. Through a comprehensive examination encompassing risk assessment, analysis, evaluation, and treatment, this research provides valuable insights into identifying potential risks within educational institutions. Furthermore, the findings serve as a reference for formulating risk management policies, enabling institutions to proactively mitigate the possibility of information technology risks and their future impact. By adopting the ISO 31000 framework, educational institutions can enhance their efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility while safeguarding against potential disruptions.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an enterprise architecture (EA) model to support the implementation of Smart Government that utilizes information and communication technology (ICT) to enhance efficiency, transparency, and public participation in governmental processes. The development of this EA model adopts a holistic approach, integrating various components of technology, organization, and business processes within the context of government to provide guidance for government agencies in planning, implementing, and managing the digital transformation required to achieve Smart Government. The findings of this study indicate that the proposed enterprise architecture model offers a clear and flexible structure to support the integration of government agencies, public service providers, and citizens. It is expected that by utilizing this EA model, governments can improve public services, operational efficiency, and create a more transparent and accountable environment. By leveraging this EA model, government agencies can streamline processes, enhance decision-making through data-driven insights, and foster greater inter-agency collaboration. It is expected that this model will improve public sector services by increasing accessibility, reducing administrative burdens, and optimizing resource utilization. Furthermore, the adoption of this model is anticipated to accelerate the digital transformation of the public sector, driving significant improvements in government service delivery, responsiveness, and citizen engagement.
