Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy. The dynamic market conditions demand that SMEs achieve competitive advantage to ensure the sustainability of their businesses. Strategies to attain such advantage can be developed by strengthening market orientation, networking capability, and innovation. This study analyzes the direct influence of market orientation, networking capability, and innovation on the competitive advantage of SMEs in East Java. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to SMEs in East Java in collaboration with the Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) in Batu City, Malang Regency, Tulungagung Regency, and Mojokerto Regency. PLUT is an institution that assists SMEs in expanding market access. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 552 were deemed valid for analysis. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The findings reveal that the competitive advantage of SMEs is significantly influenced by market orientation, which provides the most dominant contribution, followed by innovation and networking capability. These findings offer valuable insights for SMEs in formulating effective strategies to achieve competitive advantage, enabling them to face increasing competition and adapt to the global market.

Abstract

Metadata menyediakan konteks yang diperlukan untuk memahami dan mengatur sistem, data, dan pengelolaan konten. Dengan demikian metadata dalam kearsipan memiliki peran yang cukup penting, dengan adanya metadata arsip akan memudahkan pengelolaan arsip, baik arsip statis atau arsip dinamis. Pada Museum Musik Indonesia di Kota Malang, ada berbagai koleksi arsip audio dari seluruh Indonesia yang merupakan arsip statis yang perlu dijaga keautentikan dan fisiknya karena merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia. Koleksi arsip tersebut terbagi dalam beragam bentuk, yakni  dalam bentuk kaset pita, CD, dan piringan hitam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan kebutuhan manajemen metadata dalam lingkup pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Manajemen Metadata disusun melalui pencatatan koleksi arsip audio pada kaset pita untuk kategori lagu pop yang berada di  Museum Musik Indonesia. Pendekatan pengembangan manajemen metadata menggunakan aplikasi sederhana perkantoran dengan media Microsoft Access, sehingga metadata arsip audio yang berada di  Museum Musik Indonesia dapat tersusun secara digital. Hal ini tentunya, dapat memudahkan kegiatan temu kembali arsip audio dan pemeliharaannya.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many family archive treatments that have not been handled properly. There are still difficulties in finding archives when they need them for administrative needs. Each member faces various problems in the management of archives, due to lack of awareness. Therefore, family archives that are managed systematically will provide convenience in solving problems faced quickly and effectively Family archive management is needed by every family in storing and handling family records that are considered to contain important information. There are many archive storage systems ranging from storage systems based on subject, name, date, region and number. This study aims to find out and analyze the appropriate family archive storage system to measure how effective it is for retrieval of archives that have been stored, the research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is through informant interviews and documentation. The results showed that as many as 42 respondents had done a good archiving for their family archives even though it was not systematic in accordance with the existing archive storage system. The remaining 8 respondents still did not do a good filing for their family documents. So that for the process of retrieving the archives needed, the average respondent, especially those who do not file family documents properly, find it difficult to find the documents needed. From this research, it can be concluded that the importance of managing family archives properly to facilitate the rediscovery of needed archives and most importantly also maintain vital archives that have very important use value so as not to be damaged

Abstract

Current developments in counseling show significant improvements, especially with the increasingly deeper integration of artificial intelligence (AI). This research focuses on analyzing research development trends in counseling and artificial intelligence, with data collected from Scopus-indexed publications from the beginning of 1982 to 2024. From this period, 470 relevant articles were identified for further analysis. The analysis process is carried out using bibliometric methods with PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework, with the help of R-Biblioshiny software, which allows in-depth analysis of patterns and trends in the literature. The analysis results show that this topic has experienced a significant increase in articles published, with an average annual growth of 11.59%. In addition, this topic also shows a reasonably high citation rate, with an average of 10.81 citations per article, indicating substantial influence in the academic community. Despite this, some areas are still not fully explored, such as artificial intelligence's role in decision-making in counseling, which represents a new and exciting niche for further research. Hopefully, this research will provide additional insights and encourage further research exploring the full potential of integrating artificial intelligence in counseling.
