Abstract

Aplikasi Prime Video merupakan salah satu aplikasi layanan streaming konten video, film, acara TV, dokumenter dan film lokal yang menarik melalui berbagai perangkat (baik aplikasi maupun website) dengan kualitas tayangan HD. Untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap usability aplikasi prime video untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dialami oleh pengguna. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan evaluasi usability untuk mengetahui feedback dari pengguna dengan menggunakan metode PSSUQ. PSSUQ digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian yang terdiri dari 16 butir pertanyaan yang berfokus pada 4 kategori penilaian dalam konsep usability yaitu System Usefulness (Sysuse), Information Quality (InfoQual), Interface Quality (InterQual), dan Overall. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada pengguna aplikasi Prime Video sebanyak 96 orang responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui Google form. Hasil rata-rata pada penelitian ini diperoleh nilai rata-rata secara keseluruhan pada 4 kategori usability pada PSSUQ yaitu sebesar 2.97. Dimana pada kategori InterQual diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 2.97, dimana InterQual aplikasi Prime Video memiliki nilai melebih batas atas dalam skala yang ada, sehingga dalam hal ini kualitas tampilan yang disajikan sudah baik. Pada kategori SysUse diperoleh nilai rata-rata yang paling rendah sebesar 2.96 yang artinya beberapa pengguna masih ada yang merasa kesulitan dalam menggunakan dan mempelajari aplikasi Prime Video dengan baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya aplikasi Prime Video yang dilihat dari segi kegunaan sistemnya, pengguna merasa cukup puas terhadap penggunaan dan kebutuhan pengguna pada aplikasi Prime Video.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini telah mempermudah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk transaksi non-tunai yang semakin populer. Teknologi ini berperan besar dalam meningkatkan jumlah konsumen serta mempengaruhi kebutuhan dan gaya hidup masyarakat di era ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan aplikasi DANA sebagai alat pembayaran digital di kalangan UMKM di Kota Pekanbaru, dengan menggunakan lima dimensi e-Servqual. Metode penelitian melibatkan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden untuk mengevaluasi aspek Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan e-Servqual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna berada dalam kategori "puas" dengan skor CSI sebesar 72,21%. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan antara harapan dan persepsi pengguna, terutama pada dimensi Responsiveness, yang menunjukkan kualitas layanan terendah. Kesimpulannya, meskipun pengguna secara umum merasa puas, peningkatan pada dimensi Responsiveness diperlukan untuk memperkuat kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna aplikasi DANA di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The significant increase in social media usage has contributed to the rise in cyberbullying incidents, particularly in the context of multilingual language use. This study aims to conduct sentiment analysis to detect potential cyberbullying content on the X application using a bilingual approach (Indonesian and English) and leveraging the Naive Bayes (NB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. Tweets are collected and processed through a pre-processing stage to extract relevant features for sentiment analysis. Both algorithms are then applied to classify tweets into positive, negative, or neutral categories and identify indications of cyberbullying. The results of the trials indicate that the NB algorithm outperformed SVM, achieving an accuracy rate of 87%. Furthermore, in identifying cyberbullying patterns in bilingual text, NB reached the highest accuracy rate for the Indonesian language at 87%. These findings suggest that this study can serve as a reference for developing more accurate and responsive cyberbullying detection systems on bilingual social media platforms.

Abstract

Aplikasi ticketing diluncurkan sebagai inovasi baru dan ditujukan untuk memangkas proses tiket manual. Dalam peningkatan jumlah penumpang setiap tahunnya, penggunaan aplikasi masih rendah, beberapa ulasan negatif dan kendala dari proses pembayaran kerap dikeluhkan pengguna. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan niat berperilaku pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Access by KAI, serta apakah kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh dalam niat berperilaku. Data dikumpulkan melalui google form. Sebanyak 125 responden yang memenuhi kriteria, kemudian dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh positif dengan niat berperilaku. Content terbukti berpengaruh paling positif terhadap kepuasan. Habit terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat berperilaku dalam penggunaan aplikasi Access by KAI

Abstract

iRiau is a digital platform that makes it easier for people to access the Soeman HS library. User satisfaction assessments are made to access the extent of iRiau application being relevant and effective. The study use the EUCS and TAM methods to identify factors affecting user satisfaction. The study sample involved 125 analyzed respondents using SPSS. According the research, five of the seven hypotheses tested were accepted. Variable Perceived Usefulness, Content, Accuracy, Format, and Timeliness significantly impact user satisfaction. However, variables of Perceived of Use and Ease of Use are insignificant. Variables with the most significant influences are Perceived Usefulness and Timelliness. The linar regression model produces an R-Square of 0.959, showing that such independent variables explain 95.9% of user satisfaction.

Abstract

Produksi kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam industri perkebunan kelapa sawit yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan ekonomi suatu daerah. Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan prediksi produksi kelapa sawit, algoritma Support Vector Regression (SVR) telah diadopsi sebagai metode prediksi yang potensial. Namun, pilihan kernel dalam SVR dapat mempengaruhi performa prediksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan performa prediksi produksi kelapa sawit menggunakan tiga kernel yang berbeda, yaitu linear, polinomial, dan radial basis function (RBF), di PTPN V.Data produksi kelapa sawit dari PT Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN V) digunakan sebagai data input. Metrik evaluasi performa prediksi, seperti mean absolute error (MAE), mean squared error (MSE), dan koefisien determinasi (R-squared), digunakan untuk membandingkan ketiga kernel SVR. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa kernel RBF cenderung memberikan hasil prediksi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kernel linear dan polinomial. Namun, faktor-faktor seperti kestabilan model dan kecepatan komputasi juga perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pemilihan kernel. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengguna SVR dalam memilih kernel yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan prediksi produksi kelapa sawit di PTPN V.

Abstract

MyPertamina is a digital wallet application developed by PT Pertamina (Persero) to facilitate cashless fuel payments and offer loyalty programs. Despite exceeding 10 million downloads, the application received a 3.3 rating on Google Play Store as of May 2023, indicating user complaints. This study analyzes the user experience of the MyPertamina application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS). Respondents were active users selected purposively through online questionnaires. The study results show all UEQ dimensions scored within the neutral range, with the highest score on Perspicuity (mean 0.453) and the lowest on Novelty (mean -0.068). SUS measurements place the application in the Marginal Low category under acceptability ranges and grade D in the grade scale, indicating significant room for improvement. However, the application received a ”Good” rating in the adjective rating category, reflecting its utility despite suboptimal performance. In conclusion, the MyPertamina application requires enhancements to meet user expectations and improve overall user experience

The effectiveness of an information system is a key determinant of user pleasure, specifically within digital gaining knowledge of platforms. This studies seeks to evaluate the satisfaction degree of customers towards the the Online Lecture Information System (SIKULI) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau, employing the EUCS method. Abstract

The Final Project Information System (SITASI) website plays a critical role in supporting academic administrative processes at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This study aims to evaluate the website’s security level following recent maintenance using penetration testing, conducted with the OWASP Zed Attack Proxy (ZAP) tool. The testing revealed eight vulnerabilities, including two classified as medium risk, four as low risk, and two informational. The medium-risk issues involved the absence of an Anti-CSRF token and the lack of a Content Security Policy (CSP), both of which could expose the system to attacks such as CSRF and XSS. The low-risk findings included loading JavaScript from third-party domains, information disclosure via X-Powered-By and Server headers, and the absence of HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS). The two informational findings involved suspicious comments in the code and improper Cache-Control settings. Remediation actions were implemented based on OWASP security best practices, including the integration of CSRF tokens, configuration of CSP and HSTS headers, and removal of sensitive information from server responses. A follow-up evaluation confirmed that all identified risks had been successfully mitigated. This study highlights that penetration testing combined with standard-based mitigation is effective in enhancing web application security resilience, particularly within academic environments.

Abstract

Online transportation is a service provided over the internet, representing a technological innovation that has significantly facilitated travel for Indonesians. These applications have gained widespread adoption in Indonesia, serving as alternatives to conventional transport modes like taxis and traditional motorcycle taxis. They offer convenience and speed in booking rides, along with secure transactions through digital payment systems. Despite the user-friendly experience and advantages offered by these applications, their security cannot be overlooked. The increasing accessibility of Android-based online transportation applications has made them a prime target for malicious actors ("Crackers") who may exploit vulnerabilities for nefarious purposes. This research aims to identify security vulnerabilities and compare the security found in Android-based online transportation applications. The researcher utilized the Mobile Security Framework (MobSF) to conduct static security analysis focusing on parameters such as dangerous permissions, weak cryptography, root detection, SSL bypass, and domain malware checks. The security assessments of Gojek, Maxim, and Grab revealed moderate security risks. Gojek scored 44/100, Maxim 47/100, and Grab 50/100 in terms of security ratings. All three applications were found to have vulnerabilities related to dangerous permissions and weak cryptography. Specifically, Maxim was also susceptible to SSL bypass attacks. None of the applications had implemented root detection, but their domain malware checks were deemed satisfactory.
