Abstract

The critical role of employee management in organizational development is one of the goals of the organization. This study aims to validate the Intellectual, Social, Affective Engagement Scale (ISA Engagement Scale) instrument developed by Soane et al. (2012) using local samples and the manufacturing and service sectors. Participants in this study were 112 employees who filled out the questionnaire. Determination of a random sample by giving an instrument statement to respondents who are willing to fill in instruments that have been provided by researchers. The data testing method uses exploratory factor analysis (EFA) by first testing the validity and reliability of the instrument. The results showed that it proves that the ISA instrument had three unique factors, namely the cumulative variance extracted rate of 65%. The result indicates that the ISA instrument can be used to measure employee engagement. Keywords : Employee Engagement, Validation, Exploratory Factor Analysis.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is growing rapidly, resulting in the change of people's behavior in conducting online transactions. This study aims to determine perceived usefulness, perceived of use, attitude, and intention to use student STMIK Mardira Indonesia Bandung towards online shopping behavior in e-commerce. Exploratory research methods of data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The number of respondents were 60 active students who never transact online through e-commerce, with the data collection technique purposive sampling. Results of the study indicate where perceived usefulness, perceived of use significantly influence the attitude of students STMIK in online shopping, as well as a significant effect also on the intention to use. Keywords: perceived usefulness; perceived of use; attitude; intention to use

Abstract

The quality of academic services provided by the university is one of the important factors related to the credibility of college. Previous studies mentioned that the quality of education services is closely related to student satisfaction. It is thus necessary for the determination of the quality factor of academic services provided to students in order to improve the quality of higher education. This study was conducted to determine the determinant factors related to the quality of academic services by using exploratory method with stratifield random sampling of 83 students based on a calculation formula slovin alpha level of 10%. The results showed that the most influential factor on the quality of academic services is responsiveness whereas the lowest effect is influenced by physical evidence. Keywords: quality of service; services; college

Abstract

Urunan Desa (URDES) is an imposition of levies in the form of a sum of money to the villagers with a particular classification, with the services provided by the village government or form of participation of rural communities in supporting the implementation of rural development and village government organization magnitude value based on the results of consultation and agreement between the government village with BPD (Badan Pemusyawarahan Desa) is taken from the calculation of the principal provisions of the property tax each taxpayer. However, the low percentages of taxpayers still lower the level of tax receipts and URDES. In addition because there is widespread awareness of the public to pay taxes, the lack of a system intended for taxpayers who want to know the necessary information about the taxpayer's property tax as well as the village and used data processing and reports that are running currently using Microsoft Excel. Based on the phenomenon than designed and implemented Information System Based on Percentage URDES Property Tax using descriptive and Waterfall system development methods, other than that this final project using Visual Studio 2005, Microsoft Access 2007 as database and operating system Windows XP. The expected result of this system that software can help users in the preparation of reports required by this system and to facilitate the presentation of information systems URDES percentage of the amount of property tax.  Keywords: sytem information; tax property

Abstract

In the era of globalization is now the technology is already familiar in our daily lives. Both are used as a means of communication, education and public facilities. In this case I do research on the administrative activities of the company, in which there are activities that will be proposed computerized into an application. The object of research is an engineering company in data processing payroll and taxes PPh 21 have not been conserved to the maximum, although it has been computerized. Thus the need for an information system that can help the company to process payroll data and the calculation of income tax in an integrated manner. One of the tools that can support this is to use a computer and adequate human resources, so that it can form a good information system. The second stage of analysis to determine the weaknesses of the system and to evaluate the results that can be performed system design. Abstract

Competency-Based Analysis Concept Determinants of Knowledge, Skill, and Ability (KSA) In Center of Clothing Suci, Bandung. It is inevitable that the competence is one of the determining factors in the success of businesses, especially SMEs. By having sufficient competence will result in optimal performance for SMEs. SMEs in Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung is one of the leading sectors of the local government of Bandung which is expected to provide economic impact for the community and the government. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors that affect the competence is based on the concept of knowledge, skills and abilities in Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung. Exploratory research methods of data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The number of respondents as many as 54 SMEs with the data collection technique with purposive sampling. Results of the study indicate where the most influential factor is the major factor of capacity (ability) while the factors that have an influence tekecil is a factor of knowledge (knowledge) on the competence of SMEs in Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung. Keywords: knowledge; skills; ability; competence; SMEs

Abstract

Previous research results indicate that there are different behaviors towards taxpayer compliance in various countries that are burdened by the prevailing culture. This research verifies the effect of the self-assessment system on corporate taxpayer compliance. Respondents who participated in this study were 34 respondents. The data analysis test used simple regression analysis with the results showing that there was a significant effect of implementing the self-assessment system on taxpayer compliance with the business. The implication of the research result recommends that excellent service efforts are provided by providing counseling and socialization regarding the procedures for implementing tax administration so that it makes it easier for taxpayers to settle their tax obligations. Keywords: Taxation System, Self-Assessment System, Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

Services closely related to the quality of the services provided to customers, as well as with the quality of service received by customers in obtaining the services provided by the college. This study was conducted to investigate the implementation of marketing services performed by using descriptive analysis of the sample of students who meet the established criteria. The results showed that the implementation of the mix of services performed is sufficient that responsiveness aspect is an element of service with the highest scores  and tangible aspects are elements of service with the lowest score.Keywords: marketing services; descriptive analysis; college

Abstract

Analysis of Factors Forming Intentions Student Attitudes Become Technopreneur. National development can not be separated from the contribution of SMEs both in terms of employment and GDP. Empowerment of human resources quality and superior competence needs to be generated so that the achievement of national development can be accomplished. College which is the organizer of educational services required in order to produce competent human resources so that entrepreneurs employment opportunities can be created. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the attitude of entrepreneurial intention students STMIK Mardira Indonesia Bandung to be techopreneur. Exploratory research methods of data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The number of respondents as many as 61 active students with the data collection technique with purposive sampling. Results of the study indicate where the factors positively influence the attitude of 25% on the intentions of students STMIK Mardira Indonesia, Bandung, to become technopreneur, and the influence of the biggest factors is the perceived confidence. Keywords: attitude factor; entrepreneurial intention; college; technopreur
