Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian adalah terjadinya kecenderungan penurunan produksi minyak pada sumur produksi AS-017 lapangan AL dengan menggunakan metode lifting natural flow. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengatasi masalah penurunan dengan mengganti metode natural flow menjadi artificial lifting dengan permanent coil tubing gas lift. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mendesain PCTGL menggunakan produksi gas produksi sumur yang dinaikan tekanan kompresinya dengan gas compressor. Hasil desain PCTGL pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode artificial lifting PCTGL dapat mengoptimalkan produksi minyak hingga 731,1 STB/day > maksimum flow pada natural flow 599 STB/day. Basis pressure gas didalam sumur produksi dipertahankan pada 570 Psi dan variasi kenaikan injeksi gas pada kisaran 01-1,0 MMScfd. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya merekomendasikan bahwa pada sumur AS-017 lapangan AL, besaran injeksi gas untuk produksi liquiminyak paling optimum adalah pada 0,4 MMScf.

Abstract

Complications of Type 2 DM can cause peripheral nerve disorders or diabetic neuropathy and decreased blood circulation in the legs. Managing chronic complications in people with Type 2 DM involves performing diabetic foot exercises using a plastic ball. However, using a plastic ball is rarely taught to people with diabetes. This study aims to analyze the effect of diabetic foot exercises using a plastic ball on diabetic neuropathy and capillary refill time in people with Type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Mojolangu Public Health Center in Malang. This research is a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design and used purposive sampling with 36 respondents. Data collection was done using the DNS-score questionnaire and physical examination of CRT. Analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The result of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test for pretest-posttest neuropathy was a p-value of 0.012 (p < 0.05) and for pretest-posttest CRT, a p-value of 0.046 (p < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of diabetic foot exercises using a plastic ball on diabetic neuropathy and capillary refill time in people with Type 2 DM at the Mojolangu Public Health Center in Malang. It is hoped that health workers will provide education and support to people with DM to perform diabetic foot exercises using a plastic ball correctly and regularly to help prevent the severity of neuropathy complications.

Abstract

Selama menjalani terapi hemodialisa pasien mengalami masalah kesehatan antara lain gangguan hemodinamik dan kram otot yang menjadi masalah yang umum. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perubahan tekanan darah post hemodialisa bisa disebabkan karena riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga, peningkatan berat badan, dan konsumsi yang berlebihan. Pasien lansia yang menjalani pengobatan hemodialisis mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah setelah hemodialisis sebesar 80%. Faktor kemungkinan penyebab peningkatan tekanan darah post hemodialisa yaitu riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga dan usia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga dan usia dengan peningkatan tekanan darah post hemodialisa. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan “cross-sectional”. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan “purposive sampling” dengan 74 lansia. Penentuan responden berdasarkan kriteria inklusi pasien yang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah setelah hemodialisa, dan pasien yang rutin menjalani terapi hemodialisa. Variabel independen yaitu riwayat hipertensi, dan usia. Variabel dependen yaitu tekanan darah. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan sfigmomanometer digital. Uji analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden. Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji spearman rank untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga dan usia dengan peningkatan tekanan darah post hemodialisa. Uji bivariat riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga dengan p-value 0,007 dan usia dengan p-value 0,001. Faktor riwayat hipertensi pada keluarga dan usia berhubungan dengan peningkatan tekanan darah post hemodialisa.

Abstract

The Bintuni Basin is one of the largest hydrocarbon-bearing basins in Eastern Indonesia, although only a limited number of oil and gas fields are currently. Consequently, further investigation into its petroleum system, particularly the potential of its source rocks. In hydrocarbon exploration, characterizing source rock is critical to evaluating the presence of organic-rich strata capable of generating hydrocarbons. Geochemical analysis is a widely used method for assessing source rock potential, utilizing total organic carbon (TOC), rock-eval pyrolysis, and vitrinite reflectance data. In this study, geochemical data were obtained from one well and two outcrop samples to evaluate the quantity, quality, and thermal maturity of organic matter. The geochemical assessment of rock samples from four stratigraphic formations indicates that the Permian Ainim Formation exhibits the highest source rock potential. TOC values range from 1% to 80% with hydrogen index (HI) values range between 13 and 431 mg HC/g TOC classifying the formation as a good to excellent potential. The dominant organic matter consists of kerogen type II/III suggesting the potential for both oil and gas generation. Thermal maturity analysis indicates that the Ainim formation has reached the oil and gas generation window at depths of 8,075–8,420 feet. These findings demonstrate that the Ainim Formation represents a significant source rock within the Bintuni Basin, contributing valuable insights into the region's petroleum system and hydrocarbon prospectivity.

Abstract

Over time, the production process is ensured to decrease, causing the production rate to be reduced or not optimal and the way to optimize the production well is to use one of the artificial methods or Artificial Lift. The Electrical Submersible Pump is one alternative to help pour the pump into motion by an electric motor. The method used is the 3 phase Wiggins Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) method. The Wiggins method is a development method from the Vogel method which assumes that each phase can be carried out separately so that the water rate (Qw) and oil rate (Qo) can be calculated respectively. each. The writing methodology used in this paper is carried out using well data, well production data, and other supporting data. The results of the IPR curve analysis from manual calculations can be said thatThe “YS-19” well has a Maximum Flow Rate (Qtotal) of 2944 BFPD. After pairing the REDA pump type with the ESP type D2400N 60Hz 3500 rpm with a Head/Stage of 25 ft/stage, the HP/stage value is 0.52 HorsePower (HP), Pump Setting Depth of 2242.96 ft with Pump Intake Pressure (PIP) of 237.77 psi, 4CU 2AL cable and 68% pump efficiency. With the amount of oil production increasing to 702 BOPD, the rate of oil that can be produced is 1338 BOPD. and obtained a value from the Productivity Index (PI) of 3.4 bbl/day.

Abstract

This study will analyze the efficiency of conventional methods and Unbalanced Drilling (UBD) in addressing lost circulation in Kujung Block Z formation. Lost circulation is one of the major challenges in drilling operations that can lead to operational risks and increased costs. This study compares the effectiveness of the two methods based on operational parameters such as rate of penetration (ROP), drill bit load (WOB) and formation pressure stability. The results of this study show that the UBD method is more effective in suppressing lost circulation compared to conventional methods, especially under extremely low formation pressure conditions.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the effect of a combination of rose aromatherapy and education on anxiety levels in elective surgical preoperative patients at RSUD Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek. Methods: This article is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research design (two group pretest-posttest design). The sample in the study were 32 respondents who experienced anxiety before elective surgery using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the APAIS anxiety scale. The main data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results showed that the average anxiety score before the intervention was 13.88 (moderate anxiety), while the average anxiety score after the intervention was 8.88 (mild anxiety) and the results obtained were ρ value 0.000 (ρ value 0.000 < α 0.05), meaning that there is a combined effect of rose aromatherapy and education on anxiety levels in preoperative elective surgical patients. Conclusion: So that the combination of rose aromatherapy and education can be used to reduce anxiety levels in elective surgical preoperative patients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan bahan aditif soda ash (Na₂CO₃) dan soda kue (NaHCO₃), baik secara tunggal maupun kombinasi, terhadap sifat rheology lumpur pemboran. Penelitian pengujian dilakukan di laboratorium STT Migas Balikpapan dengan variasi dosis aditif 3–4% serta kombinasi 1,5% dan 2% terhadap berat lumpur. Parameter yang diuji meliputi mud weight, plastic viscosity, yield point, gel strength, filtrate loss, dan pH sesuai standar API 13A. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jika lumpur terkontaminasi semen dapat meningkatkan mud weight, plastic vicosity, yield point, gel strength, filtrate loss dan pH lumpur secara signifikan. Penambahan Soda Ash dan Soda Kue mampu menurunkan efek negatif tersebut dengan memperbaiki sifat rheology lumpur, di mana kombinasi kedua aditif memberikan hasil paling optimal dalam menstabilkan viskositas, mengurangi filtrate loss, serta menjaga pH dalam batas standar.

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality, especially in the elderly. Diet is a key factor in controlling blood pressure, yet many older adults still do not follow an appropriate diet, including the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet. This dietary inadequacy contributes to the difficulty of controlling blood pressure in elderly with hypertension. The Objective to determine the difference in blood pressure before and after the implementation of the DASH diet in elderly with hypertension. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group approach, involving 30 respondents who were divided into treatment and control groups through total sampling. Respondents were selected based on the criteria of elderly with pre-hypertension, grade 1, and grade 2 hypertension. The independent variable was the DASH diet, while the dependent variable was changes in blood pressure. Data analysis included univariate analysis for respondent characteristics and comparison of blood pressure, as well as bivariate analysis using the Paired T-Test and Mann Whitney Test.The Paired T-Test in the control group was 0.719 for systolic and 0.546 for diastolic. Paired T-Test test in the treatment group 0.000 in systolic and 0.002 in diastolic. Mann-Whitney Test in the control and treatment groups 0.027 in systolic and 0.032 in diastolic. There was a significant difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after implementing the DASH diet in elderly people with hypertension. The DASH diet is effective as a non-pharmacological intervention in controlling blood pressure. The results of this study recommend that nurses play an active role in providing education, support, and monitoring the implementation of the DASH diet as part of comprehensive nursing care for elderly people with hypertension.

Abstract

Industri perminyakan, sebagai bagian krusial dari sektor energi dan industri ekstraktif, menghadapi tantangan signifikan terkait isu etika, transparansi, dan tanggung jawab sosial lingkungan (CSR). Mengingat pentingnya peran generasi mendatang dalam membentuk masa depan industri ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pandangan mahasiswa mengenai implementasi etika dan transparansi dalam industri perminyakan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Perminyakan STT Migas Balikpapan untuk mengkaji tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dan persepsi mereka terhadap praktik etika, tata kelola (governance), dan transparansi (khususnya terkait pelaporan pendapatan dan dampak lingkungan) dalam sektor migas. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pandangan mahasiswa. Hasil awal diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa umumnya menganggap etika dan transparansi sangat penting , meskipun mungkin terdapat variasi pemahaman terkait implementasi praktisnya di industri. Simpulan dari studi ini diharapkan memberikan masukan bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan tinggi serta bagi industri perminyakan dalam meningkatkan praktik tata kelola yang lebih etis dan transparan menuju pembangunan berkelanjutan.
