Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the performance of the Financial and Asset Management Revenue Service in Pinrang Regency in carrying out their duties, especially in restaurant tax processing in Pinrang Regency. This study used qualitative methods. Data collection used  qualitative descriptive, field research in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and document research. The results of this study indicated that the performance of the Regional Asset Financial Management Office in restaurant tax processing in the City of Pinrang had  run well . it could be seen from the quantity aspect of the performance of the agency that was already quite effective but must be further improved such as promoting the use of tax for taxpayers, quality aspects showed that employees in the department had adequate capabilities but they had demonstrated their ability to provide quality services and aspects of timeliness that the agency had made efforts to collect restaurant taxes and other taxes in an orderly and time determined in accordance with regulations. Keywords: Performance, Restaurant Tax Management

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan kerja Panitera dalam proses administrasi perkara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif  yang memperoleh data dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan kerja Panitera dalam proses administrasi perkara di Pengadilan Militer III-16 Makassar sudah terlaksana dengan baik, ini dilihat dari beberapa indikator yang meliputi: (1) Kehadiran Panitera dikantor sudah baik dan dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya dalam administrasi perkara selalu hadir (2) Waktu kerja Panitera sudah berjalan maksimal karena sesuai dengan aturan jam kerja yang ditetapkan (3) Kepatuhan Terhadap Perintah yang diberikan kepada Panitera sangat tinggi (4) Kepatuhan Terhadap Aturan yang diterapkan kepada Panitera sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang diterapkan (5) Produktivitas kerja Panitera dalam proses administrasi perkara sudah berjalan baik dan maksimal (6) Pemakaian seragam yang dipakai oleh Panitera sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Panitera, Administrasi Perkara

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the Application of Public Administration Ethics in Improving Service Quality at the Larompong Selatan District Office, Luwu Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Application of Public Administration Ethics in Improving Service Quality at the Larompong Selatan District Office, Luwu Regency shows that in terms of equality it has been carried out optimally without any discrimination. Justice, in this case, employees serve the community in a friendly manner, all people are treated equally. Loyalty in this case, especially for female employees who are IRT cannot be said to be optimal because there are still some who are late in entering the office. The responsibilities given in public services have been going well, regarding employees at the Larompong Selatan District Office, Luwu Regency who carry out their duties in accordance with their respective tupoksi. Kata kunci: Penerapan Etika, Administrasi Publik, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of employees in administrative services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Office. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were collected by interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study showed that the quality of employee performance in preventing illegal fees had been successful by installing CCTV so that the illegal extortion process did not occur. The quantity in employee performance with the number of completed activities had been successful through service standards at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Office. Punctuality in employee performance was quite good through the one day service program with a speed of service of less than 30 minutes and 3 working days. Effectiveness in employee performance had been successful with queue monitoring technology to facilitate the community in the service process.The Independence in employee performance had been successful through the counter service system that according to their respective duties and functions.Keywords: Performance, Administrative Services

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation of public services in the Department of Housing, Settlements and Land, Bulukumba Regency. This study used qualitative research, the source of data used primary and secondary, the number of informants was 11 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, qualitative competitive data verification, and data triangulation source validation, source triangulation sources, tehniques, and time. The results of this study showed that public effectivenessbib the Department of Housing, Settlement and Land of Bulukumba Regency were classified as effective and some were not yet effective, which were discussed in terms of (1) service procedures, in accordance with existing service procedures, but not yet effective; (2) completion time, provision of business services was completed on time, but not yet effective; (3) service costs, were already classified as effective; (4) facilities and infrastructure, already classified as effective; (5) employee competencies, had been classified as effective.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the evaluation of drinking water supply and sanitation programs in Tomoni Subdistrict, East Luwu Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative research which tried to describe the environmental objective situation in the Timoni sub-district with its research informants as many as six (6) people. Data collection technique used observations, interviews, with a number of informants including sub-district staff, staff of the Public Works Office (PU), staff from the Health Office, water supply company staff, Tomoni sub-district village officials, and the community. The technique of checking the validity of the data used triangulation or method. Data analysis technique used  interactive analysis. The results of this study showed that an evaluation of the water supply and sanitation program in Tomoni Subdistrict, East Luwu Regency had been effective, this was evidenced by the implementation of the Pamsimas program in most villages and sub-districts in the Timoni sub-district. But in the implementation there were certainly some obstacles or inhibiting factors: community awareness in maintaining facilities or tools that had been provided by the government, such as; toilets, water pipes, pipelines, water meters and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the district head's regulations in  reducing the use of plastic in Bantaeng Regency. This study used qualitative research. Informants in this study used  five people. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Regent's Regulation on Reducing the Use of Plastic in Bantaeng Regency had not been effective in terms of financial resources that were still limited so that the allocation of funds for facilities and infrastructure was still lacking, such as the lack of available garbage trucks, so that the accumulation of plastic waste still occurred frequently. On the other hand, although guidance and counseling had been held on how to reduce the use of plastic and manage plastic waste through 3R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) which was carried out by the Environmental Service in collaboration with retail entrepreneurs and sub-districts in Bantaeng Regency. But it all came back to the awareness and concern of each individual in preserving the environment. The level of public concern for the environment was still low.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of employee performance at the West Sinjai District Office from the aspects of work quantity, work quality and time utilization. This type of research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, direct documentation interviews in the field, the informants in this study consisted of 3 people. The results of this research show that in terms of the performance indicators used, they include: (1) the quantity of work after providing additional income, employees are more active in providing information to the public (2) the quality of work of West Sinjai District office employees is seen from the perspective of knowledge regarding their duties and obligations in accordance with each employee is able to understand their field. Even the targets or results are as expected (3) utilization of time Looking at the results of the interview above, it appears that there are still employees who lack discipline even though employees have been given additional employee income as additional income in the hope that employees can work optimally and optimally in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Strategy for the Development of Bantimurung Natural Tourism Potential at the Tourism Office of Maros Regency. This type of research used is qualitative. phenomenological type. The data collection technique used is observation, interview. The results of this study indicate that the development strategy carried out by the Tourism Office is the need to improve the quality of human resources, such as increasing awareness in keeping the environment clean. There is provision of special funds by the Tourism Office specifically for Bantimurung tourism to finance and facilitate areas within the Bantimurung area and also to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure in the Bantimurung Nature Tourism area. The strategy for developing the natural tourism potential of Bantimurung at the Tourism Office uses several strategy indicators proposed by Chandler in (Rangkuti Freddy, 2006), namely 1) Human Resources, 2) Funds, 3) Information and Technology, 4) Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the PAPA SEHAT Public Service Innovation at SDN 81 Kalukubodo Takalar Regency and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing the PAPA SEHAT Innovation. Data collection techniques used  observation, interview with 4 informants and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models and used 3 types of triangulation in data validation. The results showed that this PAPA HEALTHY Innovation was implemented well in SDN 81 Kalukubodo, this was seen from the relative profit indicators that had been well, the appropriateness was appropriate with the presence, and the complexity was easily understood by children. Supporting factors in the implementation of PAPA HEALTHY Innovation was the support by the local government  in 2018 and  won the Top 40 award. Then the inhibiting factor was the presence of parents complained that children did not need to clean up at school because there was officers  who responsible even though doing the task hygiene outomatically children  used to behaving clean and healthy life in school, at home, and in the  environment of community
