Abstract

This study purposed  to find out  how the quality of health services in Batara Guru Belopa Hospital in Luwu Regency. This study used quantitative descriptive with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. The population and research samples were 55 people (purposive sampling). Data collection techniques used observation, interview guidelines and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used statistical frequency distribution and percentage. The results of this study showed that in general the quality of services in the Batara Guru Belopa Regional General Hospital (RUSD) had run well, in all indicators that included physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance that had been implemented by realizing the quality of health services as a matter of The main goal to get  national achievement and regional goals in improving public health to the community in Luwu Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the Performance of the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Bone Regency. This study used qualitative with descriptive research type. The number of informants in this study was 5 people. Data collection techniques used document review, observation and interviews. Then data  interview results were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this study  showed that the Performance of the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Bone Regency had not  run optimally in carrying out its programs in the community due to the P2KB's could not  reach certain areas by informer , such as lonely village and the presence of programs did not run well like the PUP (Marriage Age Maturity) program. The inhibiting factor were some areas that could not be reached aside from that,  workers did not yet maximally carry out their duties and the community itself . Also many families did not understand and knew the programs implemented by the P2KB.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the impact of the lette rental apartment program in Mariso District, Makassar City. This study used a qualitative method to describe and explain the evaluation of the impact of the rental apartment program. The number of informants in this study were 8 people. The results of the study showed that the evaluation of the impact of the lette rental apartment program Mariso District of Makassar had a number of very significant effects ranging from economic impacts on equity indicators, political impacts on effectiveness indicators and social impacts on responsiveness indicators. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. Furthermore, the evaluation of the impact of the rental apartment program was also influenced by factors of equity, effectiveness and responsiveness. Keywords: equity, effectiveness, responsiveness

Abstract

The aim is to explain or describe the extent of the implementation of public information disclosure in village development in Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. This research was conducted in Tellumpanua Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. From the communication carried out by the Tellumpanua Village Government to the community, it has been done well by conveying information to the community regarding planning, managing village funds in village development. human resources and infrastructure facilities. The disposition or attitude of the implementers is good. Furthermore, the bureaucratic structure has been implemented well because the Tellumpanua village office is required to obey the applicable rules. Keywords: Implementation, Public Information Disclosure, Village Development

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, and Observability of Healthy Hallway innovation at the Health Office of Makassar City. This type of research is a qualitative description. The  informants was 7 people. Data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study, the relative advantage that is owned is in addition to paying attention to the health hallway as well as the surrounding community with the suitability of the needs of the community, this innovation can be tested and implemented by the adopter's ease of observation. However, the complexity lies in the people who tend to be indifferent in implementing this innovation program, but the people in the surrounding environment help each other so that the complexity tends not to be felt.Keywords: Innovation, Healthy Hallway, Society.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of employee performance at the West Sinjai District Office from the aspects of work quantity, work quality and time utilization. This type of research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, direct documentation interviews in the field, the informants in this study consisted of 3 people. The results of this research show that in terms of the performance indicators used, they include: (1) the quantity of work after providing additional income, employees are more active in providing information to the public (2) the quality of work of West Sinjai District office employees is seen from the perspective of knowledge regarding their duties and obligations in accordance with each employee is able to understand their field. Even the targets or results are as expected (3) utilization of time Looking at the results of the interview above, it appears that there are still employees who lack discipline even though employees have been given additional employee income as additional income in the hope that employees can work optimally and optimally in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

This study to determine the characteristics of Educational Services Innovation (Case Study: Free Educational Assistance Donation Program For Pangkep Regency Students).The number of informants in this study was 14 people. This study used a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research and case studies. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this study showed that the characteristics of educational service innovation (case study: free educational assistance donation program for pangkep regency students) had fulfilled the five characteristics of innovation according to Roger,  namely relative advantage, compability, complexity, triability,and observability. But the implementation still required quite a long time or  was not yet effective

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the government's supervision of illegal buildings along the river boundaries of Rantepao sub-district, North Toraja regency. This study used qualitative research. The research location was along the river border line of Rantepao sub-district and the Public Works and Public Housing Service. The number of informants in this study was 7 people. The results showed that the direct supervision had been carried out well with the reduction of illegal buildings along the river border, no more traffic jams and the river border area and started to be clean from garbage. Indirect Supervision had been adequate and optimal so that the community who owned the building knew that it controlled so that there was no misunderstanding between the community and the officers, it was  hoped that  supervision could maintained and further improved, so that no more illegal buildings appear along the river border. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee professionalism on the quality of public services at the population and civil registration services in Kolaka Utara district. The main problem in this research is that the writer finds that the level of work professionalism is not entirely good. The type of research used is quantitative research that aims to describe the object of research or research results through data or samples, the data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The method in this study used a simple regression analysis method with hypothesis testing, namely the T test. The number of samples was 50 people using the Incidental Sampling Technique Method. Based on the statistical results of the t-test for the variable employee work professionalism, a significance level of 2.699  r^table 0.278 was obtained which succeeded in proving that "Employee work professionalism has a significant effect on the quality of public services in the population and civil registration services of Kolaka Utara district. Statistically, it can be shown that the professionalism of employee work does have a significant influence on the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registry Service in North Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik di era new normal di kantor Desa Limbung Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 79 anggota masyarakat yang sedang mengurus dokumen/berkas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket (angket), dan dokumentasi studi. Uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik dikategorikan sangat baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rekapitulasi masing-masing indikator meliputi indikator Ketepatan Waktu dengan persentase 67,02%, Indikator Service accuracy dengan persentase 79,87%, indikator keramahan dan sopan santun dengan persentase 88,54%, indikator kenyamanan dengan persentase 85,56%, indikator kenyamanan dengan persentase 86,32%, dan indikator atribut pelayanan dengan persentase 78,86%.
