Abstract

This study aims to: 1) developing a learning device integrates character education and mental revolution based of Subject Specific Pedagogy (SSP) for Vocabulary School in Bandar Lampung; 2) describe the learning device feasibility integrated character education and mental revolution based of Subject Specific Pedagogy (SSP) for Vocabulary School in Bandar Lampung; and 3) determine the achievement of learning. This research is conducted with the design of Research and Development, ie research which seeks to design and create prototype learning device with certain specifications. Subjects SDN 1 Constable, SDN 1 Kaliawi, and SDN 2 Sumur Batu. The procedures of research data analysis are: 1) tabulate data from questionnaires and interviews; 2) analyze data on the tabulation; 3) interpret results tabulation; 4) concluded; and 5) analyzing the data obtained from the survey results. Research results : 1) Development is done using a seven-step Research and Development has produced a learning device Indonesian sixth grade elementary school-based Subject Specific Pedagogy (SSP) integrates character education; 2) The quality of products developed learning device gain value with excellent category; 3) The achievement of learning outcomes in most aspects of high character is honest, curiosity, discipline, and hard work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve students' motivation and critical thinking skills through think pair share model that is supported by used materials. Critical thinking ability is needed by students to be able to solve problems. To measure students’ motivation, this study used questionnaires and to measure students' critical thinking skills, this study applied a test. The results show that from the average score of motivation, students' learning motivation reaches 59.8% in the first cycle of study and this proves that there is no significant improvement in students’ motivation. Then, it increases up to 78,6 in the second cycle and 86.7% in the third cycle which means that students’ motivation increases significantly. In relation to students’ critical thinking skills, it is seen that there is a significant improvement in each skills, in which the average score of the test in cycle I is 54,2% and it increases up to 65,7% in cycle II and 83,8% in cycle III with the achievement score of 85%. From these results it can be concluded that there is an increase in students’ learning motivation and critical thinking skills through think pair share models supported with used material.

Abstract

This research stems from the lack of variation in instructional media in teaching and learning activities, so it is necessary to develop a product in the form of a picture story book as a learning medium. The formulations of the problem are: (1) How is the development of learning media for Islamic picture book based on environmental education for reading learning in class III SD / MI, (2) Is it feasible to teach Islamic picture book learning media based on environmental education for learning to read in the classroom? III SD / MI, (3) How is the response of educators and students to the learning media of Islamic picture book based on environmental education for reading learning in class III SD / MI. This study aims to make students more interested and motivated in teaching and learning activities and understanding the importance of protecting the environment. This research is a research development or Research and Development with the ADDIE model which includes 5 steps, namely analysis, design, development, implementation evaluation. The product feasibility test was carried out by several validators, namely 2 media experts, 2 material experts, 2 linguists, 1 religious expert, 2 class III educators on grade III SD/MI students. The results showed that the learning media for Islamic picture book based on environmental education obtained an average value of the percentage of media experts who obtained a score of 80.25% with a very feasible category, material experts of 86.5% with a very decent category, linguists obtained a score 82.5% in the very feasible category, religious experts obtained a score of 87% in the very feasible category, the assessment of educators obtained an average percentage of 88.25% with the very feasible category and the response of students obtained an average percentage of 95.5% with a very decent category. This shows that the Islamic picture story book based on environmental education for reading learning in grade III SD / MI is very suitable for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

                                                      AbstractPlaying is a fun activity and liked by children. It can be used as a media of learning. The observations carried out in SD Negeri 3 Sawah Lama Bandar Lampung found that the learning media used was not interesting for students to learn. The aims of the study are to determine the steps in developing a game of red-and-white monopoly media;to know the quality of red-and-white monopoly games; and to find out the responses of students to the red-and-white monopoly game. This study is a research anddevelopment (R & D) using the Borg and Gall model. The steps start from exploring potential aspect and its problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. The techniques of data collection are observations, interviews, and questionnaires.The data analysis technique uses is qualitative descriptive. The results of the analysis show that the assessment of material experts gained an average of 93% "very good",the assessment of media experts gained an average of 92% "very good", the assessment of education practitioners gained an average of 90% "very good". While the questionnaire responses of students in the small class trials gained an average of 96% "very good" andthe results of a large class trial gained an average of 94% "very good". Based on the results of the description above, the products developed by researchers are feasible to be used as learning media.Keywords: media, monopoly games, integrative thematic learningAbstrakBermain merupakan kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan disukai oleh anak-anak. Bermain juga dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 3 Sawah Lama Bandar Lampung didapati bahwa bentuk media pembelajaran yang digunakan tidak menarik peserta didik untuk belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media permainan monopoli merah-putih, mengetahui kualitas media permainan monopoli merah-putih, dan untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media permainan monopoli merah-putih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model Borg dan Gall. Langkah-langkahnya dimulai dari menggali potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata 93% “sangat baik”, penilaian ahli media memperoleh rata-rata 92% “sangat baik”, penilaian praktisi pendidikan memperoleh rata-rata 90% “sangat baik”. Sementara itu, respon peserta didik pada uji coba kelas kecil memperoleh rata-rata 96% “sangat baik”, dan hasil uji coba kelas besar memperoleh rata-rata 94% “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil uraian di atas, maka produk yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: media, permainan monopoli, pembelajaran tematik integratif

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pendekatan antropologi pada Piil Pesenggiri terhadap masyarakat Islam beradat suku Lampung Pepadun. Lampung memiliki dua suku yang berbeda yakni saibatin dan pepadun. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari salah satu suku masyarakat Lampung yakni pepadun memiliki ciri khas  pada aktivitas hariannya seperti penggunaan bahasa sehari-hari yang berdialek O digunakan ketika berinteraksi dengan masyarakat lainnya. Selain bahasa terdapat pedoman hidup bagi masyarakat Lampung suku Pepadun untuk mengarahkan hidup agar lebih baik. Dalam falsafah hidup itu sendiri masyarakat Lampung menyebutnya dengan piil pesenggiri. Piil psenggiri berkaitan erat dengan rukun islam. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan dalam mempelajari dan memahami kehidupan masyarakat dalam suatu daerah tertentu disebut sebagai antropologi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan antropologi untuk memahami masyarakat Lampung yang beradat Pepadun pada Piil Pesenggiri maka dapat melihat fenomena yang terjadi pada praktek ajaran Islam, serta dengan pendekatan antropologi tersebut kajian ilmu agamanya dipelajari dengan komprehensif pada kebermaknaan kehidupan beragama di suatu masyarakat itu. Dalam hidup manusia nilai spiritual, nilai sosial, maupun nilai material telah dijabarkan yang dibagi-bagi pada sub-sub tertentu yang ada di Pi’il Pesenggiri menyatakan bahwa Al-Qur’an memberikan contoh sebagaimana perlakuan yang ada di hidup manusia agar melakukan sesuai perintahnya.Kata Kunci: Antropologi, Piil Pesengiri, Pepadun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Example Non-Example (ENE) learning model in improving students' writing description skills. Example Non-Example (ENE) learning model is a type of learning that utilizes images in conveying learning material. Students are required to analyze the picture shown by the educator then pour it into the written description. This research method is a kind of quantitative research types quasy Experiment Design. The population in this study were all grade IV students of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study was class IV C as an experimental class, and class IV A as a control class. The sampling technique is to use the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing (t-test). Based on the results of this study there is the influence of the Example Non Example (ENE) learning model and the conventional learning model on the writing skills of the students' description. That is, there is the influence and the difference between the experimental class and control class.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Literacy and Numeracy Ability of Elementary School Students in Solving Mathematical Problems". This study aims to describe how to analyze the literacy and numeracy skills of fourth grade elementary school students in solving mathematical problems. The research that the researchers conducted was a qualitative descriptive study, to obtain the validity of the data the researcher used data triangulation from several techniques, including observation, interviews and documentation. The data source is primary data consisting of fourth grade students and fourth grade teachers. As for secondary data, namely documentation data regarding SD Negeri 2 Gisting Atas. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction techniques (data reduction), data presentation (display) and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis, it was found that students with good ability criteria from the three indicators were able to apply the three indicators correctly and appropriately. Students with sufficient ability criteria from the three indicators are quite capable of applying the three indicators correctly even though there are a few difficulties.

Abstract

The learning process carried out by educators is varied in using learning models, but student learning outcomes are still low. Based on these problems, the researchers tested the learning process using a learning model that educators had never used, namely the take and give model. This study aims to determine the effect of the take and give learning model assisted by audio-visual media on learning outcomes for class III MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental design (nonequivalent control group design). The place where this research was carried out was at MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted in class III, using two classes as the experimental class and the control class and one class as the validation class. The instruments used to collect data in this study were tests, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique using t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of using the take and give learning model assisted by audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of class III MIN 10 Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Pada saat ini teknologi komunikasi dan informatika telah berkembang pesat. Dalam kondisi ini, Bank Syariah Indonesia berupaya memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan aman bagi nasabah dalam kegiatan transaksi. Bank Syariah Indonesia juga memperhatikan beberapa aspek yaitu aspek fleksibilitas, efisiensi, dan kesederhanaan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah. Dengan adanya BSI Mobile Banking, diharapkan nasabah tidak perlu lagi menunggu antrian panjang di bank. BSI Mobile Banking merupakan salah satu fasilitas layanan informasi dari Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) yang telah memiliki akses ke rekening tabungan nasabah sehingga dapat digunakan untuk melakukan berbagai transaksi secara online melalui smartphone. Berdasarkan pemaparan diatas, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan nasabah pengguna kualitas layanan mobile banking bagi nasabah yang menggunakan mobile banking. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 orang dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan mencakup mencakup uji kualitas data (Validitas, Reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (Normalitas, Multikolinearitas dan Heterokedastisitas), analisis korelasi dan determinasi dan regresi linear berganda serta uji hipotesis uji-t (parsial) dan uji-F (simultan) dengan α = 5%. Dengan hasil uji-t berpengaruh negatif dan uji-f berpengaruh positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing a technology and information-based educational assessment system in elementary schools in Bandar Lampung. The study recruited ten respondents who were IT staff members, teachers, and principals from upper-grade primary levels (grades IV, V, and VI). It used a qualitative descriptive research design. The research focused on identifying the opportunities and challenges related to IT-based assessment systems. Data collection methods included observations, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and data verification. The findings reveal significant opportunities in adopting a technology-based assessment system, such as using Google Forms for flexible assessment scheduling and enhanced data analysis capabilities afforded to teachers through IT tools. However, notable challenges were also identified, including insufficient IT proficiency among teachers and staff, concerns over data privacy and protection, and inadequate internet connectivity within school premises, which hampers the effective use of IT-based applications. The study recommends that schools provide intensive training for teachers and staff to enhance their IT skills. The conclusion is that while technology-based assessment systems offer considerable advantages in facilitating teachers' tasks, the identified challenges must be addressed to optimize the benefits and overcome the obstacles encountered.
