Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect on the performance of the union board member participation in Sri Mersing Union in SMK N 1 Selatpanjang. This research was conducted in the savings and loan Sri Mersing UnionSelatpanjang from March to Mei 2014. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population is all members of the Sri Mersing Union. 61 respondents were selected as a sample of union members who are not serving as manager and supervisors. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with Likert scale for the dependent variables : participation of members (Y) ; independent variables : the performance of the board (X). Data analysis techniques used are statistical techniques with simple linear regression. From the results, it can be concluded that : (1) the performance of the board affect the participation of members of the Sri Mersing Union; (2) the effect of the board's performance against the participation of members of the Sri Mersing Union Selatpanjang amounted to 49.4 %                                  Key words : union, performance, participation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the influence of parents' socio-economic conditions on the motivation to continue their education to higher education in class XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 02 Kampar Academic Year 2021/2022. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the research population is 121 students of class XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 02 Kampar Academic Year 2021/2022. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling, the total number of samples is 55 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the socioeconomic conditions of parents have a significant effect on the motivation to continue their education to college.Key Words: Parents' Socio-Economic Condition, Motivation to Continuing Education

Abstract

Identifying weak points in financial management and control systems as well as potential opportunities to improve company performance is the responsibility of an internal auditor. Independent, professional, and competent internal auditors are able to make a positive contribution to operational efficiency, risk management, and corporate accountability. In addition, the internal auditor's objectivity in providing improvement recommendations can improve management's follow-up on audit findings. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the quality of internal audit to improve company performance.  The research method in this study is in the form of a literature review. Seven journals were obtained that became literature fists using VOSviewer and Publish or Perish software. The results showed that there are several internal factors and external factors that affect the quality of internal audit. The findings of this study provide practical implications for companies in improving the quality of their internal audits as a means to improve company performance. Company management is expected to provide adequate support to the internal audit function and ensure internal auditors have sufficient skills and resources to perform their duties properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA 3 sma Negeri 1 Sungai Lala semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik TSTS pada materi Polinomial. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 yang berjumlah 24 siswa (6 orang siswa laki-laki dan 18 orang siswa perempuan) dengan kemampuan heterogen. Proses penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus (Siklus I dan siklus II). Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan tindakkan, tindakkan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Di akhir siklus diadakan ulangan harian dalam bentuk essay. Hasil yang diperoleh untuk melihat keberhasilan tindakkan (analisis rata-rata dan analisis KKM) baik secara individu maupun secara kelompok. Dari penelitian diperoleh peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar individu antara siklus I dan siklus II, dimana rata ulangan harian I 63,58 dan rata-rata ulangan harian II 72,29 dengan porsentase KKM ulangan harian I 58,33 dan rata-rata ulangan harian II 75,00. Secara klasikal sudah tercapai peningkatan hasil belajar. Untuk nilai perkembangan dan penghargaan kelompok juga terjadi peningkatan, dimana pada siklus I seluruh kelompok mendapat penghargaan hebat dengan rata-rata nilai perkembangan 19,08 sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh dua kelompok super dan dua kelompok hebat dengan rata-rata nilai perkembangan 21,66 dengan penghargaan kelompok super.

Abstract

The background of this research is the achievement of students 'economic learning which is still low and the students' economic achievement which is different in class X Madrasah AliyahNegeri Se Kampar Regency. Student learning achievement is still low by 65,4%, while female student equal to 51,9%. The still low and different learning achievement in this study is influenced by the learning motivation which is the internal factor, and the gender that is suspected of the tendency of different learning motivation and learning achievement of male and female students. This research aim to know the influence of learning motivation and gender to student achievement of class X Madrasah AliyahNegeri the Kampar regency.This research method using quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were students of Madrasah Aliyah in Kampar regency with the number of 208 people with a total sample of 68 people with probability sampling technique with random sample sampling. Data obtained by observation and disseminate research questionnaire to the respondent. Data were analyzed by using descriptive percentage and statisticanalysis use multiple linear regression. Against the instrument tested the validity and reliability by using the alpha cronbach formula. The results showed that: 1) partially, there is a significant influence between the motivation of learning on student economic achievement with a t value of 6.443 sig. < 0.05. 2) Partially (chi square) there is no significant influence between gender on learning achievement with sig. > 0.05. the tendency of higher learning motivation of male students than female students. Similarly, the students' economic achievement tend to be higher than female students. 3) simultan, there is a significant influence of learning and gender motivation on economic learning achievement with multiple linear regression equation Y = 25,981 + 0,806X1 + -0,773X2 + ɛn. From result of F value equal to 20,821 with sig. 0,000 <0.05 means that learning and gender motivation has an influence on economic learning achievement. And a large contribution to the model by 39%. From these results can be concluded that to improve the achievement of economic learning can be done by improving students' learning motivation and not discriminate between male students or female students.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of parents’ socio-economic status on learning achievement through learning motivation of high school student at Subdistrict Kuantan Tengah. The population in this study was all high school students majoring in Social Science with the total of 426 students. Meanwhile, the total sample of this study was 206 students. The data were collected by using questionnaires. After that, the data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive and path analysis. The results showed that the variables of parents’ socio-economic status had a significant influcence on learning achievement (directly), and it had a significant influence learning achievement through learning motivation (not directly) of high school students at Subdistrict Kuantan Tengah.

Abstract

The method used in this research is quantitative to find out how the relationship between the media used by teachers, facilities, and students' interest in learning with motivation and learning outcomes in economics learning. The data obtained from this study are primary and secondary data. The total population in this study was 423 people with a total sample of 191 students of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru and SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that Learning Media has a positive relationship to Learning Motivation with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, Facilities have a positive relationship to Learning Motivation with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Learning interest does not have a positive relationship with learning motivation with a Sig value of 0.198 > 0.05. Learning Media does not have a positive relationship with Learning Outcomes with a Sig value of 0.132 > 0.05. Learning facilities do not have a positive relationship with learning outcomes with a Sig value of 0.783 > 0.05. Interest in learning has a positive relationship to learning outcomes with a Sig value of 0.048 <0.05. Learning Motivation has a positive relationship to Learning Outcomes with a Sig value of 0.047 <0.05. Learning Media has a positive relationship to Ask to Learn with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and Learning Facilities do not have a positive relationship to Learning Outcomes with a Sig value of 0.152 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement. This research was conducted in class XII students majoring in Social Sciences at SMAN 2 Mandau, SMAN 8 Mandau, and SMAN 9Mandau, Riau. The population consisted of 505 students and it was sampled as many as 224 students. This study was a descriptive quantitative study. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression method. The results of the study showed the learning motivation of class XII students at the Mandau District Public High School was included in the medium category. This was seen from the desire and willing of student to succeed in learning, the encouragement and need in learning, the hopes and ideals of the future, the appreciation of learning, the existence of interesting activities in learning and the existence of a conducive environment. Learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in Sosa District. This study used an evaluation research model, namely the Evaluation Countenance Stake model with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 153 students who received the Smart Indonesia Program for Senior High Schools in Sosa District, and the sample was taken using Isaac Michael's table totaling 105 people with an error rate of 5%. The data were obtained using questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed descriptively by statistical means. The results of this study indicate that in general the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in Sosa sub-district has been carried out well. Furthermore, when viewed from several aspects related to the implementation of this program, the antecedent aspect is in the very good category, the Transaction aspect is in the good category, and the output aspect is in the good category. Thus, it can be stated that the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in Sosa sub-district has been carried out effectively, however, to be even more effective in implementing this program, it is hoped that the program implementers involved will be more selective in the process of submitting prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia program, providing socialization to students and parents regarding the distribution of the Indonesia Pinta Program, and forming a monitoring team on the use of funds for the Smart Indonesia Program.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) to increase student motivation in accounting material for class X Accounting 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru majoring in Accounting and Financial Institutions. This development research uses the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation . Data collection techniques used interviews, LKPD validation instruments and materials, learning motivation instruments and student response instruments. Data analysis techniques used LKPD expert validation sheets and material experts. The results showed that the feasibility value of LKPD experts got an average score of 97 in the very decent category. As for the feasibility value of material experts, it gets an average score of 92 with a very decent category. Student responses showed 80.5 in the very useful category and the teacher's opinion stated that it was useful. This is also shown from the learning motivation of students increased with significance = 0.000 less than the 0.05 significance level. Based on expert assessments and student learning motivation after using the liveworksheets site-assisted LKPD it can be shown that the liveworksheets site-assisted LKPD that has been developed in general can be declared feasible to use.
