Abstract

This study aims to develop educational materials based on financial literacy through educational games to enhance high school students' understanding of financial literacy. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4-D model by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel, this research involves the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The study was conducted at SMAN 9 Pekanbaru with subjects being tenth-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and tests, and analyzed using descriptive techniques, t-tests, and N-Gain to measure the effectiveness of the instructional materials. Validation results indicated that the instructional materials had an overall average of 94.44%, categorized as highly valid. Field trials showed the practicality of the instructional materials with average responses from teachers at 95.56%, from students at 88.22%, and from observations at 88,63%. N-Gain test results showed that students' understanding increased with an average N-Gain score of 0.6594, which falls into the "moderate" category. The effectiveness of using financial literacy instructional materials based on educational games reached 65.94%, categorized as "moderately effective". Thus, these instructional materials are proven to be moderately effective in improving students' financial literacy understanding regarding banking and non-banking financial institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an interactive digital learning media, SISIPJA (Accounting Cycle for Service Companies), to enhance students' motivation and interest in learning. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research subjectsinvolved 114 students of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, and n-gain analysis to measure the effectiveness. The results of media validation based on the assessment of 1 media expert and 2 material experts indicate that the SISIPJA media is highly suitable for use, with a final validity score categorized as very suitable, along with several suggested improvements. At the implementation stage, the SISIPJA media was applied in accounting learning and resulted in a significant increase in students' motivation and interest in learning, with a medium n-gain category. This means that the interactive digital learning media SISIPJA is considered very positive and suitable for use in accounting learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) to increase student motivation in accounting material for class X Accounting 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru majoring in Accounting and Financial Institutions. This development research uses the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation . Data collection techniques used interviews, LKPD validation instruments and materials, learning motivation instruments and student response instruments. Data analysis techniques used LKPD expert validation sheets and material experts. The results showed that the feasibility value of LKPD experts got an average score of 97 in the very decent category. As for the feasibility value of material experts, it gets an average score of 92 with a very decent category. Student responses showed 80.5 in the very useful category and the teacher's opinion stated that it was useful. This is also shown from the learning motivation of students increased with significance = 0.000 less than the 0.05 significance level. Based on expert assessments and student learning motivation after using the liveworksheets site-assisted LKPD it can be shown that the liveworksheets site-assisted LKPD that has been developed in general can be declared feasible to use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir. Sosial ekonomi keluarga dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor eksternal yang dapat memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa melalui akses terhadap fasilitas pendidikan dan dukungan keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sosial ekonomi orang tua memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara sosial ekonomi orang tua dan prestasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini sejalan dengan teori dan penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa dukungan finansial dan emosional dari orang tua berperan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan akademik siswa. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada sekolah dan pihak terkait untuk menyediakan fasilitas pendukung bagi siswa dari keluarga ekonomi rendah guna meningkatkan peluang mereka dalam mencapai prestasi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa MTs Ibnu Katsir Pekanbaru. Sampel penelitian berjumlah sebanyak 90 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ialah probability sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran lembar kuesioner yang terdiri dari 35 pernyataan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa MTs Ibnu Katsir Pekanbaru. Adapun kontribusi pengaruh variabel lingkungan sekolah terhadap variabel minat belajar ialah sebesar 44,5%.

Abstract

Increasing students' understanding of financial management is an important thing to do to improve students' rational consumption attitudes. Factors that influence the level of rationality of students' consumption rationality of students' consumption include internal and external factors, including lifestyle and financial literacy. Students who apply a lifestyle that is in accordance with their financial conditions and understand good financial literacy will always be rational in choosing goods to be consumed. The purpose of this paper is: 1) to determine how much influence lifestyle has on students' rational consumption, 2) to determine how much influence financial literacy has on students' rational consumption, and, 3) to determine how much influence lifestyle and financial literacy have on students' rational consumption. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The independent variables in this study are lifestyle and financial literacy while the dependent variable is consumption rationality. The results of the study show that lifestyle and financial literacy together have a positive effect, this is indicated by the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.568, it is also seen that the variables Lifestyle and Financial Literacy provide an effective contribution of 56.8% while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. Thus, Lifestyle and Financial Literacy have a dominant influence with an effective contribution of 56.8% on the Consumption Rationality of Economic Education Students, class of 2022, University of Riau.

Abstract

Cokelat Vicco merupakan salah satu produk khusus yang diproduksi oleh Puslitkoka Jember dan hanya tersedia di Outlet Kopi dan Kakao. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik konsumen dan (2) proses keputusan pembelian produk cokelat vicco. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) karakteristik konsumen dapat dideskripsikan konsumen diusia 17 – 25 tahun (68%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (54%), dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi (56%), menggeluti pekerjaan sebagai mahasiswa (29%), berpendapatan Rp0-Rp2.500.000,00 (65%), berlokasi domisili di wilayah Jember sekitar (34%). (2) Konsumen melakukan keseluruhan tahapan proses keputusan pembelian dengan baik dan berniat melakukan pembelian ulang, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan 80% atau sebanyak 33 orang tetap untuk membeli ulang produk biarpun tetap mengalami kenaikan harga.

Abstract

Tujuan dari investor menanamkan dananya pada perusahaan adalah untuk mendapatkan tingkat kembalian atau pendapatan dalam bentuk dividen. Kebijakan dan pembayaran dividen berpengaruh pengaruh terhadap para pemegang saham dan bagi perusahaan yang akan membayar dividen. Kesulitan dalam pembayaran dividen secara berkala dan stabil banyak dialami perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena dividen yang dibayarkan kepada pemegang saham mengalami perubahan setiap tahunnya atau fluktuasi, padahal pihak investor lebih menyukai saat memperoleh kembalian investasi berupa dividen yang stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kemudian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh risiko bisnis pada pengaruh cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah perusahaan indeks kompas 100 yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2020. Dari jumlah populasi tersebut, sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 49 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Tenik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian membuktikan cash ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kemudian debt equity ratio terbukti berpengaruh negatif signifkan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Selanjutnya Return on asset berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sementar itu risiko bisnis tidak memoderasi pengaruh cash ratio terhadap kebijakan dividen. Risiko bisnis mampu memoderasi pengaruh debt equity ratio, return on asset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. The purpose of investors investing their funds in the company is to get a rate of return or income in the form of dividends. Dividend policies and payments have an effect on shareholders and for companies that will pay dividends. Difficulties in paying dividends on a regular and stable basis are experienced by many companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This is because the dividends paid to shareholders change every year or fluctuate, even though investors prefer to get a stable dividend return on their investment. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and firm size on dividend policy. Then to test and analyze the effect of business risk on the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and firm size on dividend policy. In this study, the population was Kompas 100 index companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2016 to 2020. From the total population, the sample was determined by purposive sampling technique, so the sample in this study was 49 companies. The technique of data analysis used multiple regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that the cash ratio has no significant effect on dividend policy. Then the debt equity ratio proved to have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Furthermore, return on assets has a significant effect on dividend policy. Firm size has a significant effect on dividend policy. Meanwhile, business risk does not moderate the effect of the cash ratio on dividend policy. Business risk is able to moderate the effect of debt equity ratio, return on assets and firm size on dividend policy.
