Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of training and development and empowering leadership on work performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the research was conducted on customer service employees at Bank BRI Jakarta through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The findings show that training and development as well as empowering leadership positively influence work performance. Empowering leadership also has a positive impact on organizational commitment, which in turn positively affects work performance. However, no significant relationship was found between training and development and organizational commitment. Additionally, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between training and development or empowering leadership and work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Digital Leadership, Social Media, and Digital Transformation on Employee Performance in a government office environment. The research background is based on the need for organizations to adapt to the development of digital technology in order to improve efficiency and employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to 160 employees who work at the head office and representative offices. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 21. The results showed that Digital Leadership and Social Media have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In contrast, Digital Transformation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. This finding suggests that although digital transformation is important, its suboptimal implementation can actually hinder productivity. This research provides managerial implications that it is important for organizations to strengthen digital leadership and social media utilization, and conduct a thorough evaluation of digital transformation strategies in order to have a more positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The Nyambai Dance is a cultural heritage of the Lampung people which is full of the principles of politeness, togetherness and honor. However, its existence began to be modernized, especially in the language and oral literature it included. The aim of this research is to explain the role of Nyambai as Lampung's cultural identity and develop strategies to preserve it. Qualitative descriptions are used through observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this research show that Nyambai functions as a symbol of identity, a medium for interacting with other people, and a tool for spreading cultural values. The poetry and pantun strengthen the identity of the Lampung language and contain a moral message. Art learning and local content activities in schools can help preserve culture. Therefore, Nyambai shows the identity of the Lampung people as more than just traditional entertainment.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to find the influence between Participation in General Skills Training, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Organizational Support and Job Burn Out on Turnover Intention in Financial Technology Employees in Jakarta. Design/Methods/Approach: Data were analyzed using structural equation models and SPSS model-21. This research focuses on a number of Financial Technology workers in Jakarta, with a total sample of 165 respondents obtained by questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was processed using SPSS software to test validity, reliability and hypotheses. Findings: The results showed that there was a significant positive influence between Participation in General Skills Training, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Organizational Support and Job Burn Out on Turnover Intention. Originality/Value: This research design was conducted with quantitative survey methods used on a sample of 147 early career graduate trainees in China. The data were analyzed using structural equation models and model-21 in the PROCESS macro for SPSS. Practical/Policy implication: This research is expected to provide input for company managers to maximize effectiveness by modifying or designing work to work more effectively.

Abstract

Niat untuk berganti pekerjaan atau keluarnya karyawan, merupakan kekhawatiran besar bagi berbagai jenis perusahaan. Meningkatnya stress pekerja, kurangnya dedikasi terhadap perusahaan, dan ketidaksesuaian antara karyawan dan lingkugan kerja hanyalah beberapa masalah utama yang diakibatkan oleh tingginya tingkat turnover ditempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi dunia usaha khususnya yang bergerak dibidang sector manufaktur di Jakarta, untuk memiliki pemahaman menyeluruh tentang variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Job Burnout, Career plateau, Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakna dalam penelitian ini kepada 152 karyawan Perusahaan Manufaktur Jakarta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa Job Burnout, Career plateau berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention. Dan Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement pengaruh negatif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Job Satisfaction dan Employee Engagement tampaknya menurunkan Turnover Intention, Job Burnout dan  Career Plateau cenderung meningkatkan keinginan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa para manajer dan organisasi manufaktur di Jakarta harus mengambil langkah-langkah proaktif untuk mengurangi Job Burnout dan  Career Plateau sekaligus meningkatkan Job Satisfaction dan Employee Engagement. Antara lain perlunya menetapkan kebijakan kesejahteraan, pengembangan karier yang lebih terorganisir, pemetaan kebutuhan yang lebih baik, dan langkah-langkah proaktif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dapat membantu mencapai hal ini. Hal ini dimaksudkan bahwa dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ini, dapat menurunkan tingkat pergantian karyawan, meningkatkan output, dan membangun reputasi yang kokoh sebagai lingkungan yang mendorong pengembangan profesional di antara anggota staf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Job Burnout, Career plateau, Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakna dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling kepada 152 karyawan Perusahaan Manufaktur Jakarta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Job Burnout, Career plateau berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention. Dan Job satisfaction, Employee engagement pengaruh negatif. Implikasi bagi perusahaan manufaktur Jakarta, manager dan perusahaan membuat suatu kebijakan kesejahteraan, pengembangan karir, pemetaan kebutuhan karyawan, dan upaya meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, sehingga mengurangi tingkat Turnover Intention, dan meningkatkan produktivitas serta membangun reputasi positif sebagai lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pertumbuhan profesional karyawan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of trust and performance appraisal justice variables on employee commitment which is mediated by job satisfaction among health workers in West Jakarta. The data collection method used in this research was a survey using a questionnaire distributed via a Google form link as a data collection tool, and the sample used was 140 people. Data processing methods include test instruments such as validity and reliability tests using SPSS. The results of this research conclude that the job satisfaction variable is able to mediate the influence of the trust variable and the performance appraisal justice variable on employee commitment among health workers in West Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari perilaku karyawan yang inovatif (Innovative Behavior) dan permasalahan yang terjadi di lingkungan keluarga maupun kerja (Work Family Conflict) yang dimediasi oleh kelelahan secara berlebihan (Job Burnout) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Job Satisfaction) pada karyawan PT XYZ. Objek pada penelitian ini merupakan 107 karyawan PT XYZ. Program SPSS versi 23 digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas dan rliabilitas. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulan yaitu terdapat pengaruh Innovative Behavior dan Work-Family Conflict yang dialami karyawan dapat memicu adanya rasa jenuh serta kelelahan berlebih dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Dari permasalahan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan karyawan mengalami Job Burnout sehingga karyawan tidak dapat menangani secara positif kewajiban pekerjaannya. Dengan demikian, hal tersebut menyebabkan pada penurunan produktifitas karyawan sehingga menimbulkan perasaan tidak puas karyawan terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived risk associated with COVID-19 dan workplace safety management terhadap workplace anxiety melalui variable mediator perceived job insecurity. Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan imbas terhadap aktivitas bisnis start-up di Indonesia. Penelitian ini penting, dalam rangka menganalisis kondisi karyawan start-up yang hingga kini bekerja di era new normal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan yang berasal dari start-up yang bergerak di berbagai industri. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini mengunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, perceived job insecurity memiliki peran mediasi bagi perceived risk associated with COVID-19 dan workplace safety management terhadap workplace anxiety. Diperoleh hasil bahwa perceived risk associated with covid-19 berpengaruh secara positif terhadap workplace anxiety dengan adanya mediasi perceived job insecurity. Sedangkan, pengaruh negatif ditunjukkan oleh workplace safety management terhadap workplace anxiety yang juga dimediasi oleh perceived job insecurity.

Abstract

Perceived organisational politics (POP) merupakan anggapan terhadap lingkungan dengan mementingkan kepentingan dan tujuan bukan untuk kepentingan bersama dan Perceived organisational support (POS) merupakan anggapan terhadap perusahaan yang memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan studi dan memberikan pengetahuan terkait politik organisasi di perusahaan. Peneletian ini berlokasi di salah satu perusahaan percetakan yang terletak di Jakarta dengan pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai pada bulan Maret – bulan Mei, dengan jumlah sample 80 karyawan serta penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil adanya Perceived organisational politics (POP) dan Perceived organisational support (POS) tetap memberikan hasil job performance yang tinggi dan karyawan tetap melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya walaupun lingkungan organisasi yang di politisasi. Dengan beegitu penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan job performance pada karyawannya.
