Abstract

Seorang calon guru sekolah dasar perlu mengetahui keyakinan epistemik dalam dirinya agar dapat mempersiapkan pembelajaran membaca pemahaman dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap peta riset terdahulu mengenai epistemik guru SD dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran membaca pemahaman, sehingga dapat diketahui peluang riset selanjutnya yang dapat dilakukan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran epistemik calon guru SD dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran keterampilan membaca pemahaman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kajian literatur sistematik yang memiliki empat fase. Keempat fase ini yaitu eksplorasi, visualisasi, identifikasi, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) riset mengenai epistemik calon guru SD dan membaca pemahaman masih belum dilakukan di Indonesia, karena orientasi riset berfokus pada penyelesaian permasalahan membaca pemahaman; 2) perspektif epistemik guru merupakan fondasi dasar yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran membaca pemahaman yang efektif. Secara teoritis, implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah epistemik guru perlu diketahui sejak awal karena epistemik calon guru sekolah dasar yang matang akan dapat merancang dan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran dan pemahaman teks yang efektif. Keyakinan epistemik guru perlu diketahui sejak awal bahkan sejak menempuh pendidikan keguruan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Augmented reality sebagai media yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, belum banyak digunakan oleh guru-guru di SMP Negeri 2 Jatinegara. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi karena kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media berbasis augmented reality. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media berbasis augmented reality. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu guru-guru di SMP Negeri 2 Jatinegara dengan jumlah 25 guru. Pengukuran pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru tentang augmented reality dan assemblr studio digunakan pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality. Masing-masing peningkatan sebessar 52,58% untuk pemahaman mengenai augmented reality, 51,42% untuk pemahaman mengenai software assemblr studio, serta 57% untuk peningkatan keterampilan membuat media berbasis augmented reality. Saran-saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu guru-guru dapat menggunakan laptop dalam membuat Augmented Reality. Selain itu, pembuatan Augmented Reality harus menyesuaikan capaian pembelajaran pada tiap-tiap mata pelajaran.Abstract: Augmented Reality as a media integrating technology, is not widely used by teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinegara. This is due to the lack of understanding and skills among teachers in creating augmented reality-based media. The objective of this community service activity is to improve teachers' understanding and skills in developing augmented reality-based media. The participants in this activity were teachers from SMP Negeri 2 Jatinegara, totaling 25 teachers. The assessment of teachers' knowledge and skills regarding augmented reality and Assemblr Studio was conducted through pretests and posttests. Based on the results of the pretests and posttests, it can be concluded that there was an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in creating augmented reality-based learning media. Each aspect showed an increase of 52.58% in understanding of augmented reality, 51.42% in understanding of Assemblr Studio software, and 57% in skills for developing augmented reality-based media. Recommendations include that teachers use laptops to create augmented reality. Additionally, the development of augmented reality should align with the learning outcomes of each subject.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the digital storytelling strategy and students’ reading interest as well as creative writing skills among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Slatri 01. This research is motivated by the relatively low level of students’ reading interest and the suboptimal development of creative writing skills, such as difficulties in expressing ideas, developing story plots, and limited vocabulary mastery, alongside the underutilization of digital technology in learning. This study employed a quantitative method with a correlational design. The population consisted of 37 students, all of whom were selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and tests, while data analysis included descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests (normality and linearity), and Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that descriptively, the implementation of the digital storytelling strategy was in the fairly good category, students’ reading interest was relatively high, and creative writing skills were in the good category. The prerequisite test results indicated that the data were normally distributed and had a linear relationship. The correlation test revealed a positive, strong, and highly significant relationship between the digital storytelling strategy and reading interest (r = 0.652; sig = 0.000 < 0.01). Meanwhile, the relationship with creative writing skills was positive, weak to moderate, but significant (r = 0.337; sig = 0.041 < 0.05). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the digital storytelling strategy is related to both variables, although other contributing factors still influence the outcomes, particularly in creative writing skills.
