Penelitian ini membahas hasil penelitian dalam bidang filologi, baik dalam bentuk tesis maupun disertasi tentang naskah yang mengandung informasi sejarah. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kontribusi penelitian filologi terhadap naskah dapat bermanfaat dalam pengembangan studi sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan metode sejarah yang meliputi heuristik. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari beberapa tesis dan disertasi serta beberapa artikel dari jurnal terindeks Nasional seperti Metasastra, Jumantara, dan Patanjala. Berdasarkan sumber data tersebut, peneliti menemukan berbagai macam genre sejarah yang tersimpan dalam naskah mulai dari sejarah kepemimpinan, sejarah silsilah keturunan, sejarah seorang pemuka agama, sejarah penjajahan, serta sejarah Islamisasi.

Syair Riwayat Nabi Muhammad (kemudian disingkat SRNM) adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak karya sastra lama yang berbentuk syair. SRNM yang ditemukan di Kabupaten Kuningan ini ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Sunda. Di dalam naskah SRNM disisipkan beberapa unsur cerita naratif yang sifatnya mengisi dan melengkapi teks SRNM sehingga membentuk sebuah alur cerita yang utuh. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur naratif dalam SRNM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan struktural. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa SRNM termasuk puisi tradisional yang memiliki pola khusus, tetapi struktur naratifnya cukup menonjol. SRNM menarasikan sejarah kehidupan Nabi Muhammad. SRNM juga mengandung data berkaitan dengan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dan Sunda pada tahun 1947-an. Bila dikaji lebih mendalam, dapat dikatakan bahwa naskah SRNM dipandang sebagai sesuatu yang bernilai dan penting untuk dikaji terutama dari segi bahasa. Bahasa dalam naskah SRNM sarat dengan kebahasaan yang memiliki makna dan bernilai tinggi untuk dijadikan kerangka referensial dalam keilmuan bahasa.Abstract:Syair Riwayat Nabi Muhammad (SRNM) is one of old literary works in the form of poem. SRNM found in Kuningan district was written in both of Indonesian and Sundanese. In the SRNM’s manuscript, there are some narrative stories completing the SRNM ‘s in order to form a storyline intact. The present research attempts to describe the narrative structure in SRNM. The applied method in the research is descriptive method by using structural approach. The results of the research show that SRNM including traditional poetry contains a specific pattern, yet the narra- tive structure is quite prominent. SRNM narrated the history of the life of Prophet Muhammad. The SRNM also consists of the data that was related to the use of Indonesian and Sundanese in the 1947’s. When studied more deeply, it can be said that the SRNM manuscript is seen as something that is both valuable and important to study, especially in the term of language perspective. Lan- guage in the SRNM’s manuscript loaded with meaningful and highly valued form in order to be used as a referential framework in linguistics.

Abstract: This article discusses how human existence is expressed in the text of Sultan Aulia Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jailani (hereinafter referred to as SASAQJ). The text explains the principles of the Qadiriyah Congregation is one of the collections of the Prabu Geusan Ulun Sumedang Museum Library in West Java Province. This manuscript came from someone named M. Idang who came from Tegalkalong, Sumedang. This Sundanese Pegon-scripted manuscript states in order to attain the highest degree in the sight of his Lord, one must bring the body and spirit closer together through dhikr. In addition, humans must realize that the heart plays an important role in human behavior, so that the merits of one's actions are determined by the purity and purity of his heart. Then, man must realize that he is the caliph of Allah on earth. Therefore, humans must maintain and maintain the harmony of the entire universe in accordance with the will and law that has been determined by God. --- Abstrak: Artikel ini mendiskusikan bagaimana eksistensi manusia diungkapkan dalam naskah Sultan Aulia Syeikh Abdul Qadir Jailani (selanjutnya disebut SASAQJ). Naskah yang menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip Tarekat Qadiriyah ini merupakan salah satu naskah koleksi Perpustakaan Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun Sumedang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Naskah ini berasal dari seseorang yang bernama M. Idang yang berasal dari Tegalkalong, Sumedang. Naskah beraksara Pegon bahasa Sunda ini menyebutkan bahwa untuk mencapai derajat tertinggi di sisi Tuhannya, seseorang harus mendekatkan antara jasmani dan rohani melalui zikir. Selain itu, manusia harus manyadari bahwa hati memegang peranan penting dalam perilaku manusia, sehingga baik buruknya perbuatan seseorang ditentukan oleh kesucian dan kemurnian hatinya. Kemudian, manusia harus menyadari bahwa dirinya adalah khalifah Allah di bumi. Oleh karena itu manusia harus menjaga dan memelihara harmonisasi seluruh alam semesta ini sesuai dengan kehendak dan hukum yang sudah ditentukan Allah.

The purpose of this activity is to provide insight to the training participants of the Al Firdaus Kemnaker Community Work Training Center (CWTC) in Pangalengan District in using social media as a means of promotion, especially in creating content with the Canva application. The use of social media is not only about posting product photos but also how to package the product content to make it attractive and have bargaining value. The problem that is often experienced by business actors in using social media is to create interesting and easy content. Efforts to provide a way to create content that is easy and interesting is to use applications that offer templates. One application that can be used is to use Canva. With Canva, businesses can create content with a selection of available templates, create logos, posters, info graphics, newsletters, featured image blogs, invoices, Youtube thumbnails and packaging designs. In the implementation of this introduction and mentoring, the implementation was carried out using the discussion method to map the problems faced by the training participants of the Al Firdaus Kemnaker Community Work Training Center (CWTC) in Pangalengan District in the use of social media. This discussion is used to map the extent of the problems in creating content and using Canva as well as by providing training and mentoring. The activity assistance was attended by around 16 participants from representatives of business actors in Pangalengan sub-district, Bandung Regency, who are members of the UMKM Association of Community Work Training Center (CWTC) al Firdaus Ministry of Manpower in Pangalengan District. The end result of this activity is that participants have an overview of using Canva. In addition, it is hoped that this activity can motivate UMKM actors to market their products more broadly by utilizing the existing marketplace and to innovate and modify their products so that their businesses are more advanced and developed.

This study discusses the Badzl al-Mā'un fī Fadhl at-Thā'ūn Manuscript; Exploring Information and Solutions in Arabic Ancient Texts amid the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research not only has scientific (theoretical) use-value for philology but can be utilized by further research. Philological research, in this regard, is more of basic research that is very open to further research steps which are considered far from having practical value. A study of the Badzl al-Mā'un fī Fadhl ath-Thā'ūn Manuscript which means "assisting the sufferers." tho'un disease” is one of the works of Al-Imam Al-Hafidz Ibn Hajar al-'Asqallany (d. 852 H/1448 AD) which is very urgent to do, considering its strategic position as one of the references related to Excavating Information and Solutions in Arabic Ancient Manuscripts amid the Covid-19 Pandemic. Tulisan ini bertujuan memberikan sedikit gambaran tentang teori filologi dan penerapannya dalam pernaskahan lama. Ini berangkat dari persoalan bahwa dalam meneliti manuskrip seorang filolog kerap kali kesulitan dalam menentukan teori yangakan digunakan di dalam penelitiannya, sehingga kerap kali peneliti kehilangan arah karena tidak tahu alat apa yang akan dipakai di dalam penelitiannya. Dengan demikian tulisan ini akan sedikit mengarahkan pembaca agar tidak kebingungan di dalam menentukan langkah penelitian, khususnya pada ranah pernaskahan yang dianggap lama atau kuno.

Philology is a science that gets many contributions from various disciplines, including media technology. The purpose of this study is to uncover the contribution of media technology to the development of philological studies. Philological studies were carried out on ancient manuscripts containing handwritten texts, so they needed to be handled for their preservation. The existence of media technology is very helpful in efforts to preserve ancient manuscripts to be read and studied by current and future generations. This research uses a descriptive method by searching for data to be analyzed in accordance with phenomena that occur in society related to perceptions of philological science. The data recorded are in the form of social events that generally show a lack of attention to philology and manuscripts left by ancestors as cultural heritage. The results showed that there was still a low public understanding of philology. So to arouse attention to philology and manuscripts as cultural heritage, philology really needs other fields of science, especially media technology. Along with the development of technology, the ease of accessing various manuscripts can be done through the internet media. Nowadays, there are many websites that provide manuscript documents found in various museums and libraries. In that regard, media technology plays a very important role in the development of the field of philology through the transfer of media from various manuscripts to be read and studied by current and future generations. It proves that media technology contributed greatly to the development of studies in the field of philology

This research raises the issue of women in the manuscript by Usman bin Yahya entitled Periyasan Bagus. This research to depict Betawi women in the 19th century. To reveal the contents of the manuscript text, the first step is to read the manuscript and translate. Then proceed with analyzing the structure of the content using a mimetic approach which produces isotopy and a psychological approach regarding women's self-image using Satoto' theory (1994). The results obtained show that the Periyasan Bagus manuscript depicts women in psychological aspects and social aspects. The psychological image of Betawi women depicted in the PB text is Betawi women who say dzikir and Betawi women who always guard or observe prayers. Meanwhile, the image of women in the social aspect is that of Betawi women who behave well, guard their words and sweeten their views both towards their parents and husband.

The Purpose of this research is to find a formula for harmonizing, consolidating, and refining the concept of draft laws. Harmonization activities are based on policy formulation (regulation system) and material harmonization (substance), with the aim of adjusting the existing national legal system to the new legal system, creating a harmonious law as a positive law (harmony of law). The plural nature of the places where harmonization, consolidation, and refinement of the concept of draft laws occur are the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) - Committee on Legislation (Baleg), the Government - Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Depkumham), and the Regional Representative Council (DPD) - Committee on Legislation and PPUU. This makes the practice of harmonization have different interpretations from each institution, which highlights the need for agreement among these institutions in determining standardization in harmonization, consolidation, and refinement of the concept of draft laws. Furthermore, an analysis is needed to determine the appropriate time for harmonization, consolidation, and refinement of the concept of draft laws, whether it should be done before submitting the bill as is currently done, or after discussions are completed, or both before and after. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the effectiveness of the implementation of the activities of harmonizing, consolidating, and refining the concept of draft laws to minimize the filing of judicial reviews at the Constitutional Court.
