Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of internship experience on the job readiness of fresh graduates at Catur Insan Cendekia University. The research was conducted on fresh graduates of Catur Insan Cendekia University who graduated in 2021, 2022, and 2023. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive approach by measuring indicators using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, consisting of 20 statements with a total sample of 84 fresh graduate respondents. Sample selection used the Slovin method. Data analysis techniques used validity testing, reliability testing, simple regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that internship experience had a significant effect on the job readiness of fresh graduates at Catur Insan Cendekia University (t-count 9.473 t-table 1.663). The R-square value of 0.523 or 52.3% indicates that the percentage of the influence of internship experience on job readiness is 52.3%, and the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Job Readiness, Internship Experience

Abstract

This research aims to determine petty cash management at PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch and to find out the internal controls applied to the management of petty cash funds at the company. Research conducted at PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch uses a research method related to petty cash funds, namely the imprest fund method. The results of this research are PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch has implemented petty cash fund management (using the imprest fund method) in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This research still has several limitations in the field of internal control, namely cash disbursement transaction documents have not been stamped "Paid", have not used printed serial numbered forms, and there is no formation of an organizational unit to check internal control activities. This research has contributed to lecturers and students majoring in computerized accounting. The resulting contributions include providing direct practical understanding to students regarding internal control of petty cash funds in companies, using the imprest fund method. The novelty of this research is the implementation of daily cash taking reports carried out by the management for petty cash cashiers.Keywords: Evaluation, Implementation, System, Accounting, Funds, Petty Cash.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has recently attracted theattention of the government, the local government has a very strategic role in growing thedevelopment of regional MSMEs, especially the Cirebon City Government. This study aims todetermine the influence of food product marketing on the business success of MSME actors.This research sample was obtained using purposive sampling techniques on food MSME actorslocated in the SME Mall in Cirebon city with a total of 55 people. Data collection usingGoogle Form questionnaire. This study used quantitative analysis with validity test, reliabilitytest, simple linear regression analysis test, partial test (T Test), coefficient of determination.The results showed that product marketing had a positive and significant effect on businesssuccess. The percentage of influence of food product marketing on the success of MSMEbusinesses in the SME Mall in Cirebon city can be interpreted that 30.2% and 69.8% areinfluenced by other variables that are not in the study.Keywords: product marketing, success, msme

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui harga dan kualitas produk the originote terhadap keputusan pembelian, teknik pengumpulan data yang dibagikan melalui kuesioner google form kepada 59 orang responden yang memakai dan pernah membeli produk the orinigote. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji ananlisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (T),uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel harga dan kualitas produk the originote berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas keamanan data, teknologi digital akuntansi, dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Di tengah percepatan transformasi digital, ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung penyusunan laporan keuangan yang akurat, transparan, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (literature review) dengan pendekatan PICO Framework sebagai alat bantu seleksi literatur ilmiah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas keamanan data berkontribusi dalam menjaga integritas dan keandalan informasi akuntansi, sementara teknologi digital akuntansi seperti Accurate Online mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan dan kualitas pelaporan. Kepuasan pengguna juga terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara penerimaan teknologi dan kualitas laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini memperkuat model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang menyatakan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan digitalisasi akuntansi UMKM ditentukan oleh integrasi keamanan data, adopsi teknologi yang efektif, dan peningkatan kepuasan pengguna.Kata kunci: Teknologi digital akuntansi, Kepuasan pengguna, Kualitas laporan keuangan, UMKM, TAM.
