Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini semakin pesat dan canggih dalam bidang komputer maupun di bidang lainnya, sehingga mengharuskan manusia untuk menguasai ataupun mengerti cara kerja dan penggunaan teknologi tersebut dengan adanya teknologi maka dapat membuat manusia dapat mudah dan cepat dalam memperoleh informasi dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi maka diperlukan manajemen yang tepat.oleh karena itu aplikasi manajemen surat berbasis arsitektur client server ini dapat membantu pihak Dinas energi dan sumber daya mineral lebih baik kedepan.  Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi metode pengumpulan data (observasi, kepustakaan ,dokumentasi , dan wawancara) dan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metodologi pengembangan Prototype. Analisa sistem menggunakan metode analisis pieces. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi yaitu adalah Visual Studio Code. Dari hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black-Box didapatkan hasil yang sesuai.

Abstract

USB Flash Drive is one of the most widely used storage media today, with its small shape, large capacity, and easy to carry anywhere, making USB Flash Drive the most widely used media in data exchange, along with its development, a security system is needed that can protect data stored on USB Flash Drive. The problem of this study is how to create a data security application on USB Flash Drive media? This system aims to provide data protection stored in USB Flash Drive using encryption methods, the system is created using the Delphi XE2 programming language, utilizing two Rijndael cryptographic algorithms and SHA-1 hash. The methods used in writing include data collection methods (Literature Study) and analysis methods, namely system analysis (system weaknesses, system requirements, and system feasibility). This study has succeeded in implementing a data security system for USB Flash Drive media, and testing has been carried out on the results of the implementation. Based on the results of the respondents that have been collected, it produces good response values, thus the system can provide data protection on USB Flash Drive media.

Abstract

Watakham Studio, a music studio operating in Palangka Raya, currently manages rental data manually, which can lead to recording errors, service delays, and difficulties in data archiving. This research aims to design and develop a music studio rental information system using the Waterfall method. This method is chosen due to its systematic approach, consisting of the following phases: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed information system focuses on the digital management of rental schedules, customer data, and transaction reports. A case study was conducted directly at Watakham Studio to ensure the system meets the real needs of users. The implementation results show that the system can accelerate operational processes, reduce the risk of errors, and improve service efficiency. By applying the Waterfall method, the developed information system operates according to the initial design and has a positive impact on studio management.

Abstract

Advances in technology and computer surveillance systems at this time have made a significant positive contribution in all fields to support and improve the performance of an order. One of the technological advances in the field of computers is the existence of a system of supervision and control of computer use in a network-based laboratory. At the Isen Mulang Palangkaraya Vocational School, there is still no computer system for monitoring and control of computer use, so students cannot supervise and control computer use during practical activities. Therefore to oversee the use of all computers in the SMK Isen Mulang Palangkaraya laboratory, it is necessary to apply an application system that functions to supervise and control the use of existing computers so that their use is only for practicum subjects not other needs.
