Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Differential Cost dan analisis Opportunity cost dalam pengambilan keputusan membeli atau memproduksi sendiri, untuk memperoleh efisiensi biaya dalam pengadaan bahan baku pada Rumah Makan Wahyu Samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui proses wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil Analisis biaya diferensial menunjukkan keputusan yang tepat yang dapat diambil oleh manajemen perusahaan yaitu memproduksi sendiri karena mendapatkan laba diferensial yang lebih tinggi, dibandingkan membeli dari luar. Sedangkan dari analisis biaya peluang, membeli bahan baku dari luar lebih menguntungkan, dengan demikian memproduksi sendiri menjadi lebih mahal. Sebaiknya, pemilik rumah makan wahyu membeli bahan baku karena akan lebih menguntungkan, dan mempunyai selisih keuntungan lebih tinggi daripada alternatif memproduksi sendiri

Abstract

The gem tile industry is an industry in Sidoharjo Village, Pringsewu District which is engaged in clay tile, and the type of tile produced is mantili tile from plain tile. However, based on the results of observations that have been made, it is known that the sales system that is carried out still uses the conventional system, starting from the ordering process, and the payment process. By going directly to the tile selling point, selling in this way takes a long time in the process of selling the product, so this system is felt to be less effective and efficient if you only rely on this method. With this method, tile sales revenue will not experience a significant increase. The methodology used in this study is to use the waterfall model because by using this method the company can have a clear and measurable system workflow sequence. From this research, the results obtained are the implementation of a website-based tile sales information system that was created to make it easier for owners to carry out product promotions and marketing effectively and efficiently, make it easier for customers to find information quickly and accurately, just by looking at the website, and make it easier when paying. Based on the results of the study and discussion of the design of a website-based gem tile sales application that was created to assist in promotion, marketing and introducing new consumers to products in the gem tile industry, and a system designed to make it easier for users to access data and information that takes place quickly, accurately, effectively and efficient.

Abstract

Tapis is one of Lampung's traditional products with a special pattern of gold and silver threads, the process of making tapis cloth is quite complicated and must be done manually so it takes weeks. This is what makes filter cloth a relatively expensive price. In Baturaja Village, Waylima is still limited and there is a lack of understanding about online marketing. The strategy that will be carried out in increasing production and how to market production in the digital era is by means of several stages of activities, which include preparation, market survey, production process. In carrying out the promotion, several promotional strategies will be carried out, namely Instagram, brochures, and other online media. This study aims to describe the marketing strategy of android-based filter craft as an effort to increase the empowerment of housewives and teenagers in Baturaja Waylima Village.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a very popular strategy and is used by almost all marketers throughout the world. This is the influence of the internet and the increasingly developing world of technology, making the internet a very potential market. Digital marketing has many advantages over traditional marketing. These benefits include easy access to a wider target market, lower costs and two-way communication with potential customers. So it is not easy to build a successful digital marketing advertising business. However, when you start with digital marketing, things get much better. The method used in this research uses the waterfall model development method, the reason is because the work model is linear which minimizes errors, and the production is structured and the direction is clear. Identifying problems with the sales system and producing an information system that can make it easier for the owner to manage his business and attract customers' interest in purchasing/ordering the products being sold. The result of this research is a sales promotion information system that can make it easier for owners to manage their business and can improve the quality of their service and increase the number of customers through a sales promotion system and make it easier for buyers to make purchases and order products for sale.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and implementation of religious and nationalistic characters through Bestari Camp at Sanggar Guidance Jalan Kebun, Malaysia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to describe and interpret the religious character and sense of nationalism. The research subjects include; Jalan Kebun Guidance Center Manager, Jalan Kebun Guidance Center Teacher, Bestari Camp Coordinator, Bestari Camp Participants. Data collection methods were carried out through several ways, namely observation, interviews, and literature studies. The application of religious and nationalism characters in Bestari Camp, which takes place at Jalan Kebun Guidance Studio, Malaysia, goes through important stages such as knowledge, feelings, and moral behavior. The results of the Jalan Kebun Guidance Center research show that the implementation of religious characteristics through religious activities, habituation of noble morals, and spiritual reflection. The implementation of the character of nationalism through Bestari Camp at Jalan Kebun Guidance Center through activities to deliver nationalism material, togetherness activities, respect for national symbols, tolerance and unity values, and appreciation of cultural diversity. The positive impact can be seen in the discipline, spiritual awareness, national spirit, as well as tolerance and mutual cooperation of the students of Jalan Kebun Guidance Center.

Abstract

The Program for Accelerating the Improvement of Irrigation Water Use Use is one of the programs based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24/Prt/M/2017 concerning General Guidelines for the Program for the Acceleration of Increasing Irrigation Water Use Use. Implementation of P3-TGAI activities in the form of repairing irrigation networks, rehabilitation of irrigation networks and improvement of irrigation networks. P3-TGAI is a program to repair, rehabilitate or improve irrigation networks based on the participation of farming communities implemented by Associations of Water-User Farmers (P3A). As for this research, it is planned to procure socialization regarding the operating and maintenance procedures of the P3A irrigation system, so that it can be utilized properly and for a long time. P3A institutions must contribute to irrigation management and be able to carry out the duties and obligations in maintaining irrigation networks. It is also expected to be able to carry out the development and management of an irrigation system properly and sustainably and be able to increase agricultural productivity and production.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Financial Rewards and Organizational Commitment on Green Performance Management, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study is based on the importance of implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as a company strategy in improving sustainability, efficiency, and environmentally friendly performance. The study was conducted at PT Jasa Marga Tbk Lampung using a quantitative approach through a survey method. The research sample consisted of 133 respondents who were employees, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 6 items for Green Financial Rewards, 9 items for Organizational Commitment, and 7 items for Green Performance Management, with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression through SPSS, after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that Green Financial Rewards have a positive and significant effect on Green Performance Management (t = 3.494; Sig. 0.001). Organizational Commitment also has a positive and significant effect (t = 4.839; Sig. 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F = 86.751; Sig. 0.000) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.536. This means that 53.6% of the variation in Green Performance Management is explained by the two independent variables, while 46.4% is influenced by other factors outside the model. This finding confirms the importance of implementing GHRM in supporting the company's sustainable performance.
