Abstract

AL- Fattah Bakery and Cake is a company engaged in the production and sale of pastries. In managing raw material inventory, you must ensure sufficient inventory for sales, minimizing the time and costs required. Inventory control is an effort carried out by a company to optimize sales and seek as little risk as possible. The problem faced by AL- Fattah Bakery and Cake for each branch in Asahan Regency is the difficulty in determining the amount of raw material inventory that must be produced in the following month in order to continue to meet customer demand and not cause accumulation over a long period of time and maintain the stability of raw material stock. . Because if there is a buildup of stock, it could result in the product expiring and failing to be distributed to customers. This is caused by customer demand which changes every month following existing trends. The aim of this research is to predict raw material supplies using the SMA (Single Moving Average) method at AL- Fattah Bakery and Cake for each branch in Asahan Regency. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the Single Moving Average (SMA) method can help AL- Fattah Bakery and Cake Aek Teluk Kiri with the Single Moving Average Method in predicting the supply of bread raw materials for the following month.

Abstract

Business can be done by individuals or groups, in the form of small businesses, large companies, or even as individual entrepreneurs. Syakila Hijab Store is one of the businesses engaged in the Muslim fashion sector, especially in providing hijab and Muslim clothing. In the retail industry, the ability to predict sales is very important to optimize stock, reduce the risk of excess or lack of inventory, and increase operational efficiency. Forecasting is making estimates for future testing with past data. The Weighted Moving Average method is generally used to find trends from a time series. This method is used for data that has characteristics that do not change quickly, and do not have seasonal data characteristics. With the existence of a forecasting system that is designed to reduce the problems that occur, it is known that the current problem is the availability of the number of hijab stocks at the Syakila Hijab store which cannot meet consumer demand or excess hijab inventory on certain brands. Inventory pays attention to market demand, to find out market demand a trading business conducts sales forecasting, namely to estimate how much sales might occur in the coming period. A low score indicates a minor error in the prediction.

Abstract

Abstract: The Asahan Regency Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service carries out outreach activities on the level of demand for boiler chicken, which means that the department must be more active in collecting data on the volume of boiler chicken every year because consumer demand for chicken continues to increase and instability often occurs. Where in the period 2012 to 2024 there was a significant increase in demand. So it becomes an obstacle in the stock of chickens in the Asahan Regency market which must be prepared. If there is too much chicken supply but the demand for chicken consumption decreases then this will result in a loss, conversely if the demand for chicken consumption increases but the chicken supply cannot be prepared then this will be a loss for chicken traders and distributors. To increase the accuracy of the estimates, the use of the Single Exponential Smoothing Method is proposed. This method smooths past values with exponential weights, placing greater emphasis on recent data. Using data from the last 12 (twelve) years as reference data for recording the past for forecasting experiments for the next 1 (one) month. Experiments using different Alphas test accuracy in actual situations. The results of the experiment with an alpha of 0.9 are almost the same as the actual value in predicting the situation one year into the future with the lowest error, namely MAPE 7.4% and forecasting broiler chicken meat supplies of 13661261.46 chickens.Keywords: broiler chicken; ses method; web based. Abstrak: Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Kabupaten Asahan melakukan aktivitas penyuluhan tingkat  permintaan ayam boiler dimana pihak dinas harus lebih aktif dalam melakukan pendataan volume ayam boiler setiap tahunnya karena permintaan konsumen terhadap ayam sering terjadi ketidakstabilan. Dimana pada periode tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2024 terjadi kenaikan permintaan yangsignifikan. Sehingga menjadi kendala dalam stok ayam di pasar Kabupaten Asahan yang harus disiapkan. Jika persediaan ayam terlalu banyak namun permintaan akan konsumsi ayam menurun maka ini akan manjadi kerugian, sebaliknya jika permintaan akan konsumsi ayam meningkat namun persediaan ayam tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi pihak pedagang dan distributor ayam. Untuk meningkatkan ketepatan perkiraan, penggunaan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing diusulkan. Metode ini menghaluskan nilai masa lalu dengan bobot eksponensial, memberikan penekanan lebih besar pada data terbaru. Penggunaan data 12 tahun terakhir sebagai data acuan pencatatan masa lalu untuk percobaan peramalan untuk 1 (satu) bulan kedepan. Penggunaan Alpha yang berbeda menguji akurasi dalam situasi aktual. Hasil dari penelitian dengan alpha 0,9 hampir sama dengan nilai aktual dalam meramalkan keadaan satu tahun ke depan dengan error yang paling rendah yaitu MAPE 7,4% dan peramalan persediaan daging ayam broiler sebanyak 13661261,46 ayam.Kata kunci: berbasis web; daging ayam broiler; metode ses.

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) within organizations has become essential in accomplishing work activities in the modern era. Sideak Motor is a financing company in Kisaran City, Asahan Regency, that provides loans using motorcycle registration certificates (BPKB) as collateral, with a customer base reaching 6,052. Sideak Motor faces difficulties in data management. During meetings concerning customer locations, data communication with owners and office staff is often problematic. Additionally, when duties are transferred, new field officers struggle to locate customers because the previous officers could only provide textual information. As a result, office staff have no precise knowledge of customer locations—only the field officers do. This study aims to design a web-based customer mapping system to facilitate information storage, reduce costs, save time, and produce an information system that enhances the efficiency and accuracy of customer data management. The resulting system presents the distribution of customer locations and provides accessible information such as personal data, addresses, route details, and photos of customers’ homes, thereby simplifying the operations of Sideak Motor.Keywords: customer distribution mapping; geographic information system (GIS); sideak motor. Abstrak: Penerapan sistem informasi geografis dalam organisasi menjadi hal utama untuk menyelesaikan suatu aktivitas pekerjaan pada era sekarang ini. Sideak Motor merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan dengan agunan BPKB sepeda motor di Kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan yang memiliki nasabah mencapai 6.052, Sideak Motor kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data, saat melakukan rapat mengenai lokasi nasabah sulit dilakukan komunikasi data dengan pemilik dan petugas kantor lainnya, serta pada saat pergantian tugas, petugas lainnya kesulitan mencari lokasi nasabah, karena petugas lapangan hanya bisa memberikan informasi berupa teks, dengan begitu petugas kantor tidak mengetahui lokasi pasti nasabah Sideak Motor, jadi yang mengetahui lokasi mengenai tempat tinggal nasabah hanya petugas lapangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pemetaan nasabah berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam penyimpanan informasi, mengurangi biaya, menghemat waktu serta menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data nasabah. Hasil sistem ini menyajikan sebaran pemetaan lokasi nasabah menyediakan informasi berupa biodata, alamat, rincian rute, dan gambar rumah nasabah yang dapat diakses secara cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak sideak motor.Kata Kunci: pemetaan sebaran nasabah; sistem informasi geografis (SIG); sideak motor

Abstract

The increased use of technology in education has encouraged the development of e-learning platforms that can provide effective and affordable learning experiences. However, the scalability and viability of e-learning platforms is often a challenge in the face of an increasing number of users and workloads. In this dedication, we propose the use of mi-croservice architecture in e-learning platforms to optimize scalability and maintain platform viability. We design and implement a microservice-based e-learning platform consisting of independent microservices, such as user management, course management, content management, and grading systems. We implement standardized API mechanisms for interactions between these microservices. We also vertically increase CPU capacity on each microservice instance to address increased workloads. We also observed that the use of microservices architecture makes it easy to maintain, develop, and integrate new features into the platform. In this overall dedication, we show that the implementation of microservices on e-learning platforms is able to provide optimal scalability and maintain the continuity of the platform in the face of increasing user needsKeywords: e-learning; microservice; skalabilitas; kinerja; monolitik  Abstract: Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perkembangan platform e-learning yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan terjangkau. Namun, skalabilitas dan kelangsungan platform e-learning sering menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan beban kerja. SMK Swasta As-Syifa Kisaran menggunakan platform E-learning berbasis monolitik yang menyebabkan semakin banyak aktivitas platform digunakan semakin berat. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan desain program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan analisis, serta penyusunan dan publikasi laporan. Arsitektur monolitik sebelumnya yang diterapkan perlu diperbaharui dengan arsitektur microservice bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan skalabilitas dan menjaga kelangsungan platform E-Learning. Permasalahan pada penggunaan traffic yang tinggi dan berfokus pada satu server semakin lama semakin membebani server. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka layanan dipecah menjadi beberapa layanan webservice menggunakan arsitektur microservice yang terdiri dari layanan-microservice independen, seperti manajemen pengguna, kursus, konten, dan sistem penilaian. Peningkatan kapasitas CPU secara vertikal diperlukan sehingga microservice dapat mengatasi peningkatan beban kerja server. Hasil implementasi microservice yang diterapkan pada platform e-learning SMK As-Syifa mampu memberikan skalabilitas yang optimal untuk kelangsungan platform dalam menghadapi peningkatan kebutuhan pengguna           Kata kunci: e-learning; microservice; scalability; performance; monolitik

Abstract

The "CITRA" Hot Spring in Teluk Sibayan, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra, holds significant potential as a tourist destination. However, the main challenges faced by the management include a lack of digital promotion, limited tourist visits from outside the region, and a shortage of human resources skilled in using information and communication technology (ICT). The community service project by the STMIK Royal Faculty aimed to address these issues through mentoring, training, and technology development. The methods employed included workshops and training on digital tourism promotion, the creation of a web-based ticketing application, and a smart tourism application based on Progressive Web Apps (PWA) with push-notification features. Additionally, social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook (@sibayan.pemandian) were established as online promotion platforms. The results of this initiative indicate an improvement in the staff’s capacity to utilize technology, along with the provision of digital systems that streamline visitor management and promotion efforts. As a result, Pemandian Citra now has stronger digital infrastructure to support tourism promotion and attract more visitors.Keywords: community service; hot springs; PWA; smart tourism; promotion Abstrak: Pemandian Air Panas "CITRA" di Teluk Sibayan, Kabupaten Batu Bara, Sumatera Utara, memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata. Namun, permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pengelola adalah kurangnya promosi digital, minimnya kunjungan wisatawan dari luar daerah, serta keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh Tim Dosen STMIK Royal bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini melalui pendampingan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup workshop dan pelatihan terkait promosi wisata digital, pembuatan aplikasi tiket berbasis web, serta aplikasi smart tourism berbasis Progressive Web Apps (PWA) dengan fitur push-notification. Selain itu, akun media sosial Instagram dan Facebook dengan nama pengguna @sibayan.pemandian juga dibuat sebagai sarana promosi online. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas staf pemandian dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, serta penyediaan sistem digital yang mempermudah pengelolaan kunjungan dan promosi. Abstract

Abstract: The Regional Disaster Management Agency of Asahan Regency is an institution that is part of the Province of North Sumatra. At the district level almost always face natural disasters. With the geographical information system, companies and government agencies can manage field data more quickly and in good detail. One of these services is the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Asahan Regency. The agency has the main task of carrying out decentralization authority in the social sector at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Asahan Regency, so the data from the Regional Disaster Management Agency is so abundant in the field, so that the agency really needs a geographic information system for Mapping Landslide and Erosion Prone Locations at the Regional Disaster Management Agency. Asahan District. Previously, the National Disaster Management Agency already had an application with the support of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, PU-Pera and BMKG as well as other institutions, especially in providing data called InaRisk Personal. InaRisk Personal only provides a disaster detection feature so that notifications only tell where a disaster occurs without telling the route to the disaster point. Therefore, the researcher will try to complete the directions or route features to the disaster point to make it easier for officers for evacuation purposes by using the Google Maps display. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely collecting data in the form of surveys, taking samples from a population and using techniques such as interviews, observations and questionnaires as a tool in data collection to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occur when research takes place using what actually happened. With this Landslide and Erosion Hazard Mapping Application in the Asahan District, it can make it easier for users to find out Landslide and Erosion Hazard Mapping  Keywords: Landslide and Erosion-Prone Locations, Web-Based.  Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Asahan adalah suatu lembaga  yang menjadi bagian dari Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Ditingkat kabupaten hampir selalu menghadapi bencana alam. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis perusahaan-perusahaan  maupun  dinas pemerintahan dapat mengelola data  lapangan secara  lebih cepat dan terperinci dengan baik. Salah satu dinas tersebut ialah Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Asahan. Badan tersebut mempunyai tugas pokok melaksanakan kewenangan desentralisasi di bidang sosial di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Asahan, jadi data Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah begitu banyak dilapangan, sehingga dinas tersebut sangat membutuhkan sistem  informasi geografis untuk Pemetaan Lokasi Rawan Bencana Longsor dan Erosi di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Asahan. Sebelumnya Badan Nasional   Penanggulangan Bencana sudah memiliki sebuah aplikasi dengan dukungan Kementrian ESDM, PU-pera dan BMKG serta lembaga lain terutama dalam penyediaan data yang bernama InaRisk Personal. InaRisk Personal hanya menyediakan fitur pendeteksi bencana saja sehingga notifikasi hanya memberitahu dimana letak sebuah bencana terjadi tanpa memberitahu rute menuju titik bencana tersebut. Oleh sebab itu Peneliti akan mencoba melengkapi fitur petunjuk arah atau rute menuju titik bencana agar memudahkan para petugas untuk kepentingan evakuasi dengan menggunakan tampilan Google Maps. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu pengumpulan sebuah data yang dapat berupa survei, mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan teknik seperti wawancara, observasi serta kuesioner sebagai alat dalam pengumpulan data untuk mengungkapkan kejadian atau fakta, keadaan, fenomena, variabel dan keadaan yang terjadi saat penelitian berlangsung dengan menggunakan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi. Dengan adanya Aplikasi Pemetaan Rawan Bencana Longsor dan Erosi ini di Wilayah Kabupaten Asahan dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mengetahui Pemetaan Rawan Bencana Longsor dan Erosi  Kata Kunci : Lokasi Rawan Bencana Longsor Dan Erosi, Berbasis Web.
