Abstract

Accurate predictions of the number of public transport passengers on buses in each region are crucial for operations. They are required by the planning and management authority for bus public transport. A deep learning-based LSTM prediction model is proposed to predict the number of passengers in 4 bus public transportation areas (central, north, south, and west), evaluated by MSLE, MAPE, and SMAPE with dropout, neuron, and train-test variations. The CSV dataset obtained from Auckland Transport(AT) New Zealand metro patronage report on bus performance(1/01/2019-31/07/2023) is used for evaluation. The best prediction model was obtained from the lowest evaluation value and relatively fast time with a dropout of 0.2, 32 neurons, and train-test 80-20. The prediction model on training and testing data improves with the suitability of tuning for four predictions for the next 12 months with mutual fluctuations. The strong negative correlation is central-south, while the strong positive correlation is north-west. Predictions are less closely interconnected and dependent, namely central-south. With its potential to significantly impact policy-making, this prediction model can increase public transport mobility in each region, leading to a more efficient and accessible public transport system and ultimately enhancing the public's daily lives. This research has practical implications for public transport authorities, as it can guide them in making informed decisions about service planning and resource allocation.

Abstract

Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) aims to improve access to and quality of drinking water and sanitation in rural areas. However, the manual management of water meter readings and billing by Kelompok Pengelola Sarana Prasarana Air Minum Sanitasi (KPSPAMS) Tirto Wening, Samirono Village, has led to issues with accuracy and timeliness of water bills. Therefore, this research aims to design a water meter recording system. The system design scope includes recording water meters, calculating bills, processing payments, and generating water usage reports. The development method employs a prototype approach with the Bootstrap framework. The resulting system, named SICAIR, provides accurate billing and water usage reports that meet user needs. SICAIR offers a solution to PAMSIMAS management issues related to the accuracy of meter readings and the timeliness of water bill generation in Samirono Village.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga untuk meningkatkan literasi Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) bagi guru dalam mendukung implementasi kurikulum baru. Latar belakang program karena rendahnya pemanfaatan AI dalam pembelajaran dan teaching factory, padahal Permendikdasmen Nomor 13 Tahun 2025 menetapkan mata pelajaran Koding dan Kecerdasan Artifisial sebagai kurikulum wajib. Metode pengabdian dirancang dalam dua tahap, yaitu penyuluhan konseptual mengenai dasar-dasar Generative AI serta praktik dengan pendampingan intensif. Sebanyak 10 guru dari tujuh program keahlian terlibat, dengan dukungan dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana melalui Skema Promosi Berbasis PkM Tahun 2025 pada 19-21 Agustus 2025. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman konsep AI dari 50% menjadi 100%, keterampilan teknis AI dari 30% menjadi 90%, dan integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran serta teaching factory dari 20% menjadi 90% dan 10% menjadi 80%. Guru juga menghasilkan perangkat ajar serta konten promosi digital yang inovatif dan relevan sesuai bidang keahlian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa literasi AI di SMK harus dikelola secara diferensiatif sesuai karakteristik jurusan, sehingga model kegiatan ini dapat direplikasi untuk mendukung transformasi digital pendidikan vokasi.

Abstract

AbstrakDusun Cukil, Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang merupakan sentra budidaya kopi excelsa atau kopi nongko yang memiliki potensi rasa khas namun menghadapi kendala pada pemangkasan dan pengelolaan pohon peneduh. Pemangkasan yang kurang tepat menyebabkan tajuk tanaman terlalu tinggi, banyak cabang tidak produktif, serta intensitas cahaya kurang optimal akibat naungan berlebih. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam pemangkasan dan pengelolaan pohon peneduh guna mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan, kesehatan, dan produktivitas kebun kopi. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Tani Kembang, yang beranggotakan 21 petani kopi excelsa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan teknis mengenai klasifikasi cabang, teknik pemangkasan bentuk, produksi, dan peremajaan, serta pengaturan naungan pohon peneduh dari jenis leguminosae. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan praktik lapangan menggunakan alat bantu gunting galah untuk menjangkau cabang tinggi, dan pendampingan selama enam hari (26-31 Juli 2025) di kebun kopi petani. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 80% berdasarkan perbandingan pre-test dan post-test. Secara teknis, 85% tanaman pascapelatihan memiliki tajuk sesuai standar, dengan tinggi 1,5-2,0m, proporsi cabang produktif minimal 70%, dan tajuk seimbang serta tingkat naungan 40-60%. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi pada kelompok tani kopi di wilayah dengan kondisi agroklimat serupa guna meningkatkan mutu dan daya saing kopi. Kata kunci: kopi excelsa; pemangkasan; pohon peneduh, pelatihan; Dusun Cukil AbstractDusun Cukil, Tengaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency, is a production center for excelsa coffee, locally known as kopi nongko, which has distinctive flavor potential but faces challenges in pruning and shade tree management. Improper pruning has resulted in excessively tall canopies, numerous unproductive branches, and suboptimal light penetration due to excessive shade. This community service program aimed to enhance farmers’ knowledge and skills in pruning and managing shade trees to optimize the growth, health, and productivity of coffee plantations. The program’s partner was the Kelompok Tani Kembang, consisting of 21 excelsa coffee farmers. The implementation method included technical training on branch classification, formative, production, and rejuvenation pruning techniques, as well as shade management using leguminous species. The program continued with field practice, where participants used pole pruners to reach tall branches, followed by a six-day mentoring period (July 26- 31, 2025) on farmers’ coffee plots. The results showed an 80% increase in participants’ knowledge, as evidenced by pre-test and post-test comparisons. Technically, 85% of post-training coffee trees met the recommended canopy standards, height of 1.5-2.0m, at least 70% productive branches, balanced canopy shape, and optimal shade coverage of 40-60%. This training program is recommended for replication among coffee farmer groups in regions with similiar agroclimatic conditions to improve the quality and competitiveness of excelsa coffee. Keywords: excelsa coffee; pruning; shade tree management; training; Dusun Cukil

Abstract

AbstrakKelompok Ternak Rukun Sentosa 2 di Desa Gogik, Kabupaten Semarang, mengelola sapi dalam sistem kandang komunal yang efisien dari sisi pakan dan kesehatan hewan, namun menghasilkan rata-rata 300-400 kg feses dan 160-200 liter urine per hari yang sebelumnya dibuang tanpa pengolahan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membangun sistem tata kelola limbah komunal yang terstruktur, murah, dan berkelanjutan melalui penerapan waste stream separation. Rancangan sistem disusun melalui dua sesi Focus Group Discussion bersama anggota kelompok dan pemerintah desa, menghasilkan pemisahan alur limbah kering dan basah, pengolahan feses dengan 10 unit komposter, pemanfaatan urine pada digester biogas kapasitas 1 x 1 m3, serta penerapan rotasi kerja bergilir, standard operating procedure, dan pencatatan terstandar untuk limbah. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan dokumen tata kelola awal, baseline data volume limbah, serta peningkatan komitmen kelembagaan untuk pemanfaatan limbah menjadi energi dan pupuk organik. Sistem ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi pada komunitas peternak pedesaan dengan kondisi serupa guna mengurangi pencemaran dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi limbah. Kata kunci: biogas; kompos; limbah ternak; tata kelola partisipatif; waste stream separation. AbstractThe Rukun Sentosa 2 Livestock Group in Gogik Village, Semarang Regency manages cattle in a communal housing system that is efficient in feed and animal health management but produces an average of 300-400 kg of manure and 160-200 liters of urine daily, previously discharged without treatment. This community service program aimed to establish a structured, low-cost, and sustainable communal waste management system through the application of waste stream separation. The design was developed in two Focus Group Discussion involving group members and village authorities, resulting in the separation of solid and liquid waste flows, processing manure using 10 composters (25 liters each), utilizing urine in a 1 x 1 m3  biogas digester, and implementing rotating work schedules, standard operating procedure, and standardized recordkeeping. The implementation produced an initial governance document, baseline waste volume data, and strengthened institutional commitment to convert waste into renewable energy and organic fertilizer. This system is recommended for replication in rural livestock communities with similar conditions to reduce environmental pollution and enhance the economic value of livestock waste. Keywords: biogas; compost; livestock waste; participatory governance; waste stream separation.

Abstract

The low  utilization of the incident ticketing system at PT. X, driven by the dominance of informal reporting channels, results in incomplete documentation of the information technology team’s workload and limits the organization’s ability to evaluate service performance accurately. This study aims to design an interactive visual dashboard as a supporting solution to enhance service transparency and enable users to monitor incident handling status more effectively. The study adopts a Design Thinking approach consisting of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing, with a strong focus on user experience. The dashboard prototype was developed using Figma and evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 36 respondents. The usability testing produced an average SUS score of 85.69, which falls within the Excellent category, indicating that the dashboard demonstrates a high level of usability and is well accepted by users in terms of easy to use, usefulness, interface consistency, and clarity of information. These findings suggest that transparent and easily interpretable information visualization can improve user interaction with incident reporting systems. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dashboard visual interaktif sebagai solusi pendukung untuk meningkatkan transparansi layanan dan mempermudah pengguna memantau status penanganan insiden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking melalui tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing yang berfokus pada pengalaman pengguna. Prototype dashboard dikembangkan menggunakan Figma dan diuji menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 36 responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor rata-rata 85,69 dengan kategori Excellent, menunjukkan bahwa dashboard memiliki tingkat kegunaan yang tinggi serta dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna dari sisi kemudahan penggunaan, konsistensi antarmuka, dan kejelasan informasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa visualisasi informasi yang transparan dan mudah dipahami dapat meningkatkan kualitas interaksi pengguna dengan sistem pelaporan insiden. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan solusi visualisasi layanan TI yang berorientasi pada pengalaman pengguna untuk mendukung transparansi dan pengelolaan layanan TI yang lebih akuntabel.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze information technology risk management on the implementation of the gold savings menu on Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) application in PT Pegadaian Waingapu Branch using the ISO31000:2018 framework. The risk management process is carried out starting from the communication and consultation stage, the context setting stage, the risk assessment stage, consist of risk identification, analysis and evaluation, as well as the risk treatment stage. The result of this research found that there are 23 possible risks in gold saving menu PDS application. Of the 23 possible risks, there is one risk that has a high risk level, namely data leakage, six risks at the medium level and 16 risks at the low level. This research also provides recommendations to PT Pegadaian Waingapu Branch management for risks treatment that arise from the implementation process of the gold savings menu PDS application. The results of risk management analysis for gold savings menu in PDS application from this research are documented in form of a risk register to help the management in managing risks.

Abstract

Financial technology transformation has positioned QRIS as a core component of the Indonesia’s digital payment infrastructure. This study aims to examine the determinants of QRIS usage among Generation Z in Indonesia by extending the UTAUT2 framework. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of Personal Innovativeness to capture internal psychological dimensions in the adoption of a mature national payment system among digital-native users. Quantitative data were collected from 261 Generation Z respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method to evaluate both measurement and structural models. The findings show that Social Influence, Habit, and Personal Innovativeness significantly predict Behavioral Intention. In contrast, utilitarian constructs (Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value) are not significant. Additionally, Facilitating Conditions exhibit a significantly negative effect, suggesting that reliance on technical infrastructure is not perceived as a motivating factor. These findings indicate that social and habitual factors play a more prominent role than utilitarian considerations in shaping QRIS usage intention. Functional aspects are increasingly perceived as baseline expectations, while adoption is more strongly influenced by established usage patterns and individual innovativeness. This study suggests that policymakers and service providers should shift their strategic focus from functional promotion toward socially embedded and community-based approaches to strengthen user engagement and sustained adoption.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan riset ini adalah menerapkan standar ISO 31000:2018 untuk proses manajemen risiko pada sistem informasi sekolah terpadu (SIKADU) di SMKN 2 Salatiga. SIKADU merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk pelayanan administrasi dan akademik sekolah. Penggunaan SIKADU tidak hanya memberikan manfaat tetapi juga memiliki potensi risiko yang merugikan, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengelolaan risiko. ISO 31000:2018 dipilih sebagai framework untuk manajemen risiko, karena memiliki panduan yang terstruktur dan sistematis. Manajemen risiko menggunakan ISO 31000:2018 dimulai dari tahapan komunikasi dan konsultasi, penetapan konteks, penilaian risiko yang terdiri dari identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko, evaluasi risiko, dan perlakuan risiko. Hasil riset menemukan 22 kemungkinan risiko yang terjadi pada saat menggunakan SIKADU. 22 kemungkinan risiko terdiri dari dua risiko di level high, sebelas risiko di level medium, dan sembilan risiko di level low. Riset ini menjadi tambahan bukti bahwa ISO 31000:2018 dapat diterapkan untuk manajemen risiko sistem informasi di lembaga pendidikan. Selain itu, riset ini juga memberikan rekomendasi perlakuan risiko pada SIKADU serta dokumentasi proses manajemen risiko agar dapat digunakan SMKN 2 Salatiga sebagai acuan untuk mengelola risiko.   ABSTRACT This research aims to apply the ISO 31000:2018 standard for the risk management process in the integrated school information system (SIKADU) at SMKN 2 Salatiga. SIKADU is a system used for school administrative and academic services. The use of SIKADU not only provides benefits but also has potential adverse risks, therefore risk management is necessary. ISO 31000:2018 was chosen as the risk management framework because it has structured and systematic guidelines. Risk management using ISO 31000:2018 starts from the communication and consultation stages, establishing context, risk assessment consisting of risk identification, analysis, evaluation and treatment. The research results found 22 possible risks that occur when using SIKADU. The 22 possible risks consist of two risks at the high level, eleven at the medium level, and nine at the low level. This research proves that ISO 31000:2018 can be applied to information system risk management in educational institutions. Apart from that, this research also provides recommendations for risk treatment at SIKADU and documentation of the risk management process so that it can be used by SMKN 2 Salatiga as a reference for managing risk.

Metode heuristic evaluation diterapkan karena dapat menghasilkan umpan balik dari desain perangkat lunak lebih akurat, cepat dan murah, sehingga masalah desain menjadi lebih cepat ditangani. User interface juga perlu dievaluasi secara berkala, karena user interface yang rumit membuat pengguna tidak puas dan tidak menggunakan aplikasi. Ada 10 penerapan prinsip heuristic yang dinilai dalam aplikasi Lazada. Total sampel adalah 100 orang pengguna Lazada. Hasil riset menemukan bahwa prinsip visibility of system status mendapatkan 1,21, prinsip match between system and the real world mendapatkan 1,11, prinsip user control and freedom mendapatkan 1,27, prinsip consistency and standards mendapatkan 1,19, prinsip error prevention mendapatkan 1,20, prinsip recognition rather than recall mendapatkan 1,37, prinsip flexibility and efficiency of use mendapatkan 1,37, prinsip aesthetic and minimalist design mendapatkan 1,33, prinsip help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors mendapatkan 1,30, prinsip help and documentation 1,12. Jadi, 10 prinsip heuristic dari user interface Lazada berada di kelas 1, yaitu cosmetic problem. Ini artinya, menurut pengguna tidak terdapat adanya masalah yang serius pada user interface Lazada saat digunakan. Namun demikian, pihak manajemen perlu terus melakukan upaya perbaikan terhadap aplikasi secara berkala. ABSTRACT  The research objective is to apply the heuristic evaluation method to evaluate the user interface of the Lazada application. The heuristic evaluation method is used because it can produce feedback from software design more accurately, quickly, and cheaply so that design problems can be handled more quickly. The user interface also needs to be evaluated regularly because a complicated user interface makes users dissatisfied and unable to use the application. There are ten applications of heuristic principles assessed in the Lazada application. The total sample is 100 Lazada users. The research results found that the principle of visibility of system status got 1.21, the principle of match between system and the real world got 1.11, the principle of user control and freedom got 1.27, the principle of consistency and standards got 1.19, the principle of error prevention got 1.20, the principle of recognition rather than recall gets 1.37, the principle of flexibility and efficiency of use gets 1.37, the principle of aesthetic and minimalist design gets 1.33, the principle of helping users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors gets 1.30, help and documentation principle 1.12. So, the ten heuristic principles of the Lazada user interface are in class 1, namely cosmetic problems. According to users, it means there are no severe problems with the Lazada user interface. However, management needs to continue to make efforts to improve the application periodically.
