Abstract

Online gambling is currently a serious scourge that is affecting various groups of people. The impact is truly worrying, so this problem cannot be taken lightly, especially if efforts are not made to overcome things that could have increasingly severe impacts. One group that is quite at risk of becoming victims of online gambling cases are students who are still considered students, which should be the obligation of all related parties to protect and save the generation from being involved in this negative trend. This is the reason why guidance and counseling teachers provide reinforcement and strategies through which students can be saved. The author's approach in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The author's research was conducted at the Minangkabau Village Islamic Boarding School, Padang City, West Sumatra Province. In this research, the subjects were guidance and counseling teachers and students who received material on various matters relating to anticipation and efforts to save students from online gambling addiction. The results of the research show that, first, the guidance and counseling teacher prepared material regarding the dangers of online gambling for students and presented it at the 2024 Matsama (Marasa Taaruf for Madrasah Students) event, second, the guidance and counseling teacher opened a counseling service for students who are addicted to online gambling or who want to go deeper. knowing the negative impacts that result, third, BK teachers build synergy with Islamic boarding school leaders by again trying to strengthen the rules that apply in Islamic boarding schools by prohibiting bringing cell phones to school and in dormitories for all students, fourth, BK teachers hold group guidance activities with the topic "online gambling and the negative impact on students' futures”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan seringnya santri di Pondok Pesantren Perkampungan Minangkabau memperlihatkan sikap dan perilaku yang tidak sesuai sebagai seorang pelajar, diantaranya kurang menghargai perbedaan yang dimiliki santri lain, intoleran dan cenderung memperlihatkan sikap-sikap ekstrem kepada sesama santri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah wali asrama Pondok Pesantren Perkampungan Minangkabau Kota Padang. Penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian lapangan melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan adanya upaya-upaya yang dilakukan wali asrama dalam mengenalkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama bagi santri, yaitu: pertama, mengajarkan santri untuk toleransi dengan siapa saja, kedua, merangkul sesama santri dengan cara-cara yang lemah lembut, ketiga, santri dibangun untuk memiliki rasa kekeluargaan dalam beribadah, keempat, memberikan layanan informasi mengenai larangan bullying, kelima, membentuk karakter diri untuk bisa menghargai kekurangan orang lain, dan keenam, mengarahkan santri untuk berpandangan terbuka.

Abstract

This research was motivated by complaints and protests from non-Muslim residents to the Raudhatul Jannah Mushalla Management, Padang City in the holy month of Ramadan. This protest was not without reason, but was focused on the Ramadan study material presented by the speaker at the prayer room. Some materials containing intolerance were one of the reasons why people around the Mushalla who were not Muslims protested and expressed their complaints. This research uses qualitative methods, strengthened by conducting observations and interviews with parties who are considered capable of answering the problems that the author is studying. The results of this research show that: first, the administrators asked the ustadz or Ramadan lecturers to deliver material that does not offend non-Muslims, second, the prayer room administrators began planning to regulate the title of Ramadan lectures for each lecturer during the holy month of Ramadan, third, the administrators and staff always appeal to the entire community to continue to respect differences in creeds, fourth, administrators regulate the volume of prayer rooms so as not to disturb the peace of non-Muslim communities.

Abstract

This paper explains the importance of instilling a responsible attitude in undergoing marital relations. Someone who has matured to enter the realm of marriage / marriage should understand the purpose and purpose of a marriage that he will take. Zakiah Daradjat in this case said that marriage is not an easy matter, but each family member has their respective rights and obligations, has roles and responsibilities. If responsibilities are not carried out properly, then it is not impossible that problems will easily come and damage the blessing of a marriage. In fact, marriage teaches the meaning of a responsibility, without responsibility the harmony in the family cannot be achieved so that it leads to a broken marriage relationship. This is the reason that can prevent a family from disputes and disputes so that families built through marriage reach the degree of sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah and blessed by Allah SWT. Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang pentingnya menanamkan sikap tanggung jawab dalam menjalani hubungan perkawinan.Seseorang yang telah matang untuk masuk pada ranah perkawinan/pernikahan hendaknya memahami tujuan dan maksud dari sebuah perkawinan yang akan ia tempuh. Zakiah Daradjat dalam hal ini menyampaikan bahwa perkawinan bukanlah sebuah perkara yang mudah, akan tetapi setiap anggota keluarga mempunyai hak dan kewajibannya masing-masing, memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab. Jika tanggung jawab tidak terlaksana dengan sebagaimana mestinya, maka bukan tidak mungkin permasalahan akan mudah datang dan merusak keberkahan sebuah perkawinan.Sejatinya, perkawinan mengajarkan arti sebuah tanggung jawab, tanpa tanggung jawab maka keharmonisan dalam keluarga tidak akan dapat diraih sehingga membawa kepada retaknya hubungan perkawinan. Alasan inilah yang dapat menghindarkan sebuah keluarga dari percekcokan dan perselisihan agar keluarga yang dibangun melalui perkawinan mencapai derajat sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah serta diridhai oleh Allah SWT.

Abstract

The author raises this issue because at the end of 2023 to the beginning of 2024 cases of suicide will once again surface, especially those that occur among people in Indonesia. Even though this case is no longer new, it is still a question mark that must be answered and resolved carefully. In this article, the author will relate and try to find views or solutions from one of the fields in counseling guidance science, namely the field of religious life development. This research uses the library research method, meaning that the author uses books, journals, research and notes which provide perfection and thoughts for this article. The important points that are the target of thought in this article include, first, discussing first what suicide is and whether suicide can be said to be a way out of every problem or even stupidity, second, the role of the Government in this suicide case, and third, views from the field of religious life development regarding suicide cases and their resolution. It is hoped that this research will become a reference and guide for future researchers to enrich their thinking in order to contribute to preventing suicide cases from occurring again.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the large number of reports from tourists regarding the rampant acts of extortion and disrespectful attitudes carried out by local residents who work as parking attendants, traders, and so on. This became increasingly serious when this discomfort surfaced on social media and went viral, resulting in tourists thinking twice about visiting Carocok Beach in Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province. If this is not addressed seriously, the impact will be felt by the regional government, local communities and traders, of course. However, efforts have been made to create comfort for tourists visiting Carokok Beach. This research uses qualitative methods accompanied by direct observations and interviews with parties who are considered capable of answering the problems in this paper. The results of this research show that: first, local people always try to be friendly towards tourists who visit Carocok Pesisir Selatan Beach, second, local people and local youth organizations investigate parties who commit extortion against tourists, third, local people maintain cleanliness tourist environment, fourth, do not increase car and motorbike parking fees arbitrarily, fifth, urge traders to be polite to tourists who shop, sixth, do not increase merchandise prices beyond the limit, seventh, ensure security for tourists by preparing security forces both from the Government and from the local community.

Abstract

a history where Indonesia was visited by one of the world figures named Pope Francis who is the highest leader of the world's Catholic church. He came with the aim of voicing a message of unity between religious communities towards a better humanity and living in harmony in differences. Althousgh in addition, he wanted to meet with the Catholic community in Indonesia and build cooperation between his country, namely the Vatican and Indonesia. The common thread in this study is to see what forms of religious moderation emerged with the arrival of Pope Francis to Indonesia, where the majority of Indonesian society is filled with Muslims. This study uses a qualitative approach with the library research method, in which case the researcher utilizes information obtained from scientific works, books, and reliable sources. The results of this study show that: first, the arrival of Pope Francis was greeted with joy by the majority of Indonesian people, second, Pope Francis' mission is to voice people to live in harmony within the framework of religious differences, third, Pope Francis kissed the hand of the Grand Imam of the Istiqlal Mosque and the Grand Imam of the Istiqlal Mosque kissed Pope Francis' head, fourth, security guards through the Police and TNI during Pope Francis' activities in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of fiqh ibadah (worship fiqh) material on the amaliyah (worship practice) of the 287 XII grade students at SMKN 1 Kinali, during the Covid 19 pandemic, because globally a third of the earth is experiencing the disaster. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study design. All data were taken using in-depth interviews to fifteen informants who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The researcher also took data through documentation and observation. All data were then analyzed by thematic and document analysis. Overall the results show that there are five kinds of mahdhah and ghairu mahdhah worship carried out by SMK students as routine activities such as praying, fasting, giving alms, caring for fellow humans, and improving religious understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan upaya rational emotive therapy untuk remajaberpikiran negatif terhadap tubuhnya yang tidak ideal. Imbas daripikiran negatif, klien merasa putus asa dan kecewa sehingga merasatidak ada kesempatan untuk menggapai keinginan menjadi anggotakepolisian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialahpenelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus yangkemudian dianalisa menggunakan deskriptif komparatif. Datadikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Setelah dataterkumpul, lalu dianalisis untuk mengetahui proses konseling denganrational emotive therapy dan dielaborasikan dengan At-Tin ayat 4. Lalutidak lupa membandingkan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannyaproses konseling. Proses konseling dengan rational emotive therapy  dilakukan dengan langkah: identifikasi masalah, diagnosis, prognosis, terapi, dan evaluasi. Hasil yang ditemukan setelah dilakukannya proses konseling dan dielaborasikan dengan At-Tin ayat 4 ialah klien menyadari bahwa apa yang ia persepsikan selama ini adalah salah. Kemudian, berniat untuk berpikir rasional dalam menghadapi sebuah permasalahan. Anggapan negatif yang muncul pada pikiran klien hanya akan menjadi sebuah beban dan penghambat dalam mencapai sebuah cita-cita. Pada akhirnya, klien termotivasi untuk berusaha mencapai cita-citanya dengan cara rajin berolahraga, tidak cepat berburuk sangka dengan bentuk tubuh, belajar untuk bersyukur dengan tubuh yang Allah SWT beri, tidak mengeluh, menjaga pola makan dan klien yakin tidak ada yang tidak mungkin bila ada usaha dari hati.

Abstract

This article discusses the education that families provide to children in overcoming various forms of delinquency carried out by juveniles in Karang Tangah village, West Sumatra. It is believed that the family is the main pillar that shapes the personality and attitude of a child. Thus, it really needs attention and primary teaching from the family so that children avoid the influence of technological advances that could have pushed every child (juveniles) involved in various forms of mischief. Along with the times and technology, without us knowing so much it is heard that children or juveniles are involved in mischief’s they are not supposed to do that will only harm themselves. Therefore, this research will describe the various forms of delinquency that juveniles do and of course, there are efforts and efforts of parents in looking after their children. It is hoped that parents can take care of and educate their children well.
