Abstract

Tiga pilar dimensi Islam di masa modern serba digital ini menjadi faktor yang sangat penting, kehidupan penuh dengan perubahan dan tantangan termasuk dalam pendidikan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membuka akses peluang yang cukup luas terhadap informasi dan pengetahuan terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Pokok dari penerapan pendidikan dimensi Islam, iman dan ihsan sesungguhnya adalah untuk memajukan bangsa dan dapat mengamalkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode peneiltian library search dengan mengambil sumber-sumber data kepustakaan, buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, dan karya tulis ilmiah lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara editing dan organizing. Adapun teknik analisisnya bersamaan dengan pengumpulan data. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dari metode library search ini dengan metode deduktif dan deskriptif. Dalam pendidikan agama Islam, Islam berarti patuh dan tunduk, iman berarti percaya dan ihsan berarti kebaikan yang penuh manfaat, dengan demikian penulis mengangkat judul “Penerapan Tiga Pilar Dimensi Islam dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam” dengan tujuan untuk membentuk insan kamil yang bertaqwa.

Abstract

Break Even Point (BEP) is a condition where a company experiences a position of neither profit nor loss or experiences a break-even point. This study aims to provide assistance in calculating the Break Even Point at the Harapan Kita, which operates in boat rental and public toilet services. The problem faced by Harapan Kita BUMDes is that it has not yet carried out a comprehensive or detailed BEP calculation, while the BEP calculation is very important for a company to use to determine the break-even point of this business. With this assistance, it is hoped that it can help the company in overcoming this problem. In this assistance, the author uses a mathematical method in analyzing the BEP which is used as a basis for consideration in making profit planning for the next period. The conclusion of the results of this mentoring activity is that it is important to have a report from this mentoring activity because the mentoring partners do not fully understand the calculation of the BEP, therefore BUMDes Harapan Kita needs to carry out a comprehensive BEP calculation to find out the break-even point during the business process. Many things and experiences that the author received, one of which is the importance of establishing good communication relationships, discipline, responsibility and cooperation between teams and can adapt to the method, it is hoped that they can practice it so that in the future the business being run can develop better and be more advanced than before.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan kepala madrasah terhadap mutu Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional kausal. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Pandeglang, dengan sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampling proporsional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, mencakup variabel pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan kepala madrasah dan mutu madrasah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial melalui uji regresi setelah memenuhi uji prasyarat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan kepala madrasah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu Madrasah Aliyah. Semakin tinggi tingkat pengembangan kompetensi kepala madrasah, semakin baik mutu madrasah yang dikelola. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan pendidikan dan mutu madrasah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya program pengembangan profesional kepala madrasah yang terencana, berkelanjutan, dan berbasis kebutuhan untuk mendukung peningkatan mutu Madrasah Aliyah secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) belum sepenuhnya memahami laporan keuangan yang memuat informasi tentang akibat dari transaksi-transaksi keuangan yang dilakukan suatu perusahaan atau badan usaha yang mencatat seluruh perubahan kegiatan usaha, seperti: perubahan aset yang dimiliki, pengeluaran, pemasukan, serta tanggal-tanggal terjadinya perubahan transaksi keuangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini membantu pengelola BUMDes dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan selama kegiatan pendampingan sebagai acuan pengelola BUMDes dalam menyusun laporan keuangan kedepannya sesuai dengan ilmu akuntansi. Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan dilakukan secara tatap muka, interview, diskusi, menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dan simulasi memberikan pengajaran tentang cara menyusun laporan dengan cara yang mudah dipahami oleh pengelola BUMDes Rizki. Kegiatan pembinaan penyusunan laporan keuangan kepada pengelola BUMDes dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dikarenakan pengalola yang tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan akuntansi, perlu latihan secara terus menerus berdasarkan siklus akuntansi, agar pemahaman tentang akuntansinya semakin matang dan pengerjaannya sistematis. Pengelola perlu melakukan pencatatan jurnal secara sistematis dan menyusun laporan keuangan setiap periode, guna mengetahui perkembangan keuangan badan usaha. Dari hasil pendampingan ini pengelola mengerti mengenai pencatatan pengeluaran kas dan penerimaan pendapatan serta membuat laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi. Selain itu BUMDes Rizki menerima pembelajaran terkait laporan perubahan modal dan laporan arus kas. Setelah badan usaha memahami pembuatan laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi diharapkan jika ingin memperoleh bantuan kredit untuk UMKM, BUMDes ini sudah bisa membuat laporan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

Adolescents and young adults (AYA) with cancer frequently experience emotion dysregulation, yet existing reviews have focused mainly on symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or quality of life. This systematic literature review examined how mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) support emotion regulation in AYA with cancer. Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, we searched PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, PsycINFO, and Google Scholar for studies published between 2015 and 30 June 2025 in English or Indonesian. Eligible studies involved AYA aged 10–39 years with a current or past cancer diagnosis, delivered an MBI, and reported emotion regulation or closely related outcomes. Two independent reviewers screened records, appraised methodological quality using design-appropriate tools (e.g., CASP/MMAT, RoB-2, JBI), and resolved discrepancies by consensus. Because of substantial heterogeneity in designs, interventions, and measures, data were synthesized using thematic meta-synthesis (qualitative) and narrative synthesis with vote-counting by direction of effect (quantitative). From 2,562 records, 10 studies met the inclusion criteria. Across designs, MBIs consistently enhanced emotional awareness, acceptance of difficult feelings, and self-regulatory coping; several trials also reported reductions in distress and improvements in self-compassion, although quantitative findings on emotion regulation difficulties were mixed. Limitations include small sample sizes, heterogeneous interventions and measures, and lack of protocol registration. Overall, MBIs show promising potential to strengthen emotion regulation in AYA with cancer, but larger, rigorously controlled trials with standardized emotion regulation outcomes and longer follow-up are needed.

Abstract

Profit growth is an important indicator that shows the success of management in running business operations. However, profit fluctuations that occur in primary consumer goods sector companies raise questions about the factors that influence them. This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on profit growth in primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2024. The population in this study were all primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period, totaling 132 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 63 companies as samples. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. The results of the study Partially the variables Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on profit growth, while Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on profit growth. Simultaneously variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) serve as an essential instrument in promoting rural economic independence through the management of local potential. Gedongmulyo Village, located in Lasem District, Rembang Regency, possesses significant coastal resources; however, these have not yet been fully optimized by the BUMDes. This community service activity aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of BUMDes toward a sustainable institution through human resource development, creative business innovation, expansion of collaborative networks, and enhancement of community participation. The implementation method employed a participatory approach through training, mentoring, and business network facilitation. The results indicate an improvement in the managerial competence of BUMDes administrators, diversification of processed marine products, expansion of partnerships with local entrepreneurs, and increased community trust in BUMDes management. This activity demonstrates that strengthening the four key pillars of human resources, business diversification, collaboration, and community participation constitutes a fundamental foundation for developing a sustainable and independent BUMDes

Abstract

In the digital era, elementary school students possess high technical fluency (digital native) but are not balanced with ethical maturity and digital responsibility, triggering negative behaviors such as cyberbullying and the spread of false information. Previous research on TPACK has focused more on teacher competency and cognitive outcomes, without addressing the systematic management aspect for strengthening students' responsible character. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) management in improving digital literacy and strengthening student responsibility in elementary schools with different environmental contexts. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study at SDN Cikaret Cianjur (rural) and SDN Cibeureum Sukabumi (urban). Data were collected through in-depth interviews (informants: principal, teachers, students), participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña as well as triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study show that systematic TPACK management through the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling has proven effective in improving students' digital literacy and strengthening digital responsibility. Cibeureum Elementary School (urban) achieved higher performance than Cikaret Elementary School. Implementation challenges include limited technology infrastructure in rural areas, low TPK competency among some teachers, and a weak data-based evaluation system. The study recommends a sustainable TPACK training program, equitable distribution of ICT resources, and the development of a data-based evaluation system

Abstract

Peradangan dan pembengkakan merupakan masalah kesehatan yang umum terjadi dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Pemanfaatan obat tradisional berbasis tanaman lokal banyak dilakukan karena dinilai lebih aman dan mudah diperoleh. Kaempferia galanga L. (kencur) dikenal memiliki aktivitas antiinflamasi dan penyembuhan luka, sehingga berpotensi digunakan sebagai sediaan parem tradisional untuk mengatasi pembengkakan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan rimpang kencur sebagai parem tradisional, meliputi formula dasar, cara pembuatan secara teoritis, cara penggunaan, serta aspek keamanannya.Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif deskriptif melalui penyuluhan kesehatan berbasis herbal di SMA Negeri 1 Puloampel, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Kegiatan dilaksanakan tanpa praktik langsung, dengan metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan media visual. Materi mencakup manfaat antiinflamasi kencur, pengenalan parem tradisional, formula parem kencur, serta cara penggunaan dan keamanannya.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pemanfaatan rimpang kencur sebagai alternatif pengobatan tradisional untuk pembengkakan. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan literasi masyarakat dalam penggunaan obat tradisional secara rasional dan berbasis ilmiah.
