Abstract

Peningkatan kompetensi dosen menjadi faktor penting dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan berkualitas, khususnya pada program matrikulasi di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) Universitas Tribuana Kalabahi. Evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk menilai kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial dosen matrikulasi, serta mengidentifikasi peningkatan kinerja dari tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa secara daring. Kuesioner terdiri dari empat variabel utama yang mengukur kompetensi dosen dalam aspek yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja dosen pada tahun 2023 berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rerata persentase skor keseluruhan sebesar 85,70%, meningkat dari kategori cukup dengan skor 67% pada tahun 2022. Secara rinci, kompetensi pedagogik mencapai skor 80,78%, kompetensi profesional 82,23%, kompetensi kepribadian 85,78%, dan kompetensi sosial 85,38%. Kesimpulannya, terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam kinerja dosen yang mencerminkan perbaikan kualitas pengajaran di kelas matrikulasi PGSD. Hasil ini mendukung pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi dosen secara berkelanjutan guna menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di lingkungan universitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Faktor Penghambat Pelaksanakan Program Literasi Membaca Di Sekolah Dasar Inpres Bungawaru ini bertujuan untuk; a). Mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan program literasi membaca Disekolah; b). Mengetahui Dan Mendeskripsikan Faktor Penghambat Pelaksanakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Inpres Bungawaru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendedekatan deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data yakni data reduction (reduksi data ), display data (penyajian data), clonclusion drawing/verivication. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut; Program literasi membaca di Sekolah Dasar Inpres Bungawaru dilakukan dengan penyediaan perpustakaan, penyediaan buku-buku bacaan, pembuatan sudut baca, taman baca, membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran, dan reading camp, perkunjungan perpustakaan keliling dan penjadwalan perkunjungan setiap kelas keperpustakaan kemudian dalam Penelitian ini juga ditemukan beberapa faktor penghambat yang menjadi penghambat program literasi membaca yaitu: 1). Peserta didik tidak serius dalam kegiatan literasi membaca; 2). Tingkat kemampuan membaca peserta didik yang masih rendah; 3). rendahnya minat baca peserta didik; 4). Perkunjungan kelas ke perpustakaan dan juga waktu yang ditetapkan tidak cukup dalam melaksanakan program lietrasi membaca di perpustakaan yang hanya satu minggu satu kali; 5). kondisi perpustakaan tidak luas untuk menampung peserta didik dalam satu kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Kampus Mengajar terhadap kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Tribuana Kalabahi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan metode kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 68 mahasiswa peserta Program Kampus Mengajar angkatan 1 hingga 7. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear untuk mengukur hubungan antara variabel Program Kampus Mengajar dan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden menilai program tersebut berpengaruh pada kategori sedang, dengan nilai rata-rata kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa sebesar 37,94 dan standar deviasi sebesar 5,838. Uji normalitas dan linearitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan hubungan antar variabel bersifat linear. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa Program Kampus Mengajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,480. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan program berkontribusi positif pada peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa, meskipun terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan lebih lanjut dalam efektivitas program ini.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik di UPTD SD Negeri 1 Bira menjadi hambatan dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik melalui program pendampingan pengajaran dan pelatihan literasi dan numerasi pada kelas 1-VI. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kegiatan belajar aktif, pelatihan public speaking, pengenalan teknologi dasar, serta pengembangan lingkungan belajar seperti pohon literasi dan pojok baca, madding kelas, dan penataan ulang perpustakaan selain itu pembelajaran tambahan di rumah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan membaca dan berhitung, peningkatan kepercayaan diri, serta partisipasi aktif dalam proses belajar. Dampak positif juga dirasakan oleh guru mitra, yang memperoleh penguatan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengembangan sekolah berbasis konservasi kelautan. Pendekatan kolaboratif dan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, mampu mendorong transformasi pendidikan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The evaluation aims to improve the quality of learning in the matriculation program. By knowing the shortcomings, teachers can improve their learning approaches and methods, so that the final results of the teaching and learning process are more optimal, so that students will get more meaningful learning and in accordance with their academic needs. This study uses a quantitative approach to evaluate the effectiveness of the matriculation program at Tribuana Kalabahi University by collecting numerical data through questionnaires filled out by new students from the Theology and Agribusiness Education Study Program for the 2024/2025 academic year with purposive sampling applied to students who were willing to fill out the questionnaire from a total of 67 students, so that the sample can reflect the proportion of the population. The questionnaire used contains closed questions with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics to provide an overview of the implementation and quality of the matriculation program. The results of the evaluation of the matriculation program at Tribuana Kalabahi University show a generally high level of student satisfaction, with variations in each study program. The Theology Education Study Program received a very good rating with the majority of students feeling very satisfied, while the Agribusiness Study Program was in the fairly good category, although most students felt very satisfied. The percentage of dissatisfaction in Agribusiness indicates the need for evaluation and improvement in several aspects to increase overall satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of learning models and independent learning on learning outcomes in class XI SMA Kristen 1 Kalabahi. The method used in this study uses experimental research method with a 2x2 factorial design. with two forms of treatment which then become independent variables in this study, namely the learning model which is divided into 2 types, namely the model Problem Based Learning of and Coperative Learning, and Independent Learning. Data collection techniques use test instruments and non-test instruments with useful data analysis Descriptive statistics are presented in the form of frequency distribution tables and histograms. Furthermore, to test the first hypothesis, statistical analysis was used, namely the analysis of variance known as ANAVA, while to test the second hypothesis, the analysis of the mean difference test was used. For the third and fourth hypotheses, a one-party average different test analysis was used. The research results show that 1)Model problem based learning more effectively implemented than model coperative learning in improving student outcomes; 2) Students with high learning independence can improve student learning outcomes; 3) There is an interaction effect between learning models and independent learning on student learning outcomes; 4) Students with high learning independence, model problem based learning more effectively used than model coperative learning in improving student learning outcomes; 5) Application model problem based learning, students who have high learning independence are more effective than students who have low learning independence in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This evaluation research aims to evaluate the competence of matriculation teachers at Tribuana Kalabahi University which is based on student assessments to assess the competence of matriculation teachers in carrying out the learning process in the classroom which includes pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. This evaluation activity is a routine activity carried out by LPM with the aim of ensuring that learning activities carried out by matriculation teachers have been carried out in accordance with the plans, objectives and standards or targets that have been set. This study uses a type of evaluation research with a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population in this study is 502 new students who took part in matriculation activities spread across 11 study programs at Tribuana Kalabahi University with data collection techniques using an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with percentage calculation techniques. The evaluation results show that in general the competency of matriculation lecturers can be concluded that the overall perception of respondents towards the 28 matriculation lecturers received a positive response with an average percentage score of 82.29% or in the High category. Pedagogical competence 81.14%, professional competence 82.55%, personality competence 83.80% and social competence 83.65%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that cause someone to choose a study program option At Tribuana Kalabahi University, several variables are analyzed, namely Job Opportunities, Study Costs, Parental Influence, Personal Interests, Study Program Image. Thisi research is quantitative research using descriptive methods explorative. The population in this study were Class XII SMA/SMK students in Regency Alor, the sample in this study was taken as many as 188 high school and vocational school students XII which is in Alor district with sampling techniques done properly random. Data Which collected in study use technique spread questionnaire study to class XII students SMA/SMK in Alor District. Technique The data analysis used in this research is statistical analysis descriptive percentage. The research results show firstly, the main factor that has a significant impact on the decision of high school/vocational school students to choose Tribuana Kalabahi University as a place to continue their higher education is ithe availability of access or ease of location, with an influence level reaching 55%; secondly, the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) dominates by receiving the highest support from respondents, reaching a percentage of 34%; third, the employment opportunity factor has a significant influence, with 81% of  respondents, the study cost factor also has a large impact, reaching a score of 77%. Parental influence is also quite significant, with 69%. Personal iinterest actors had a slightly smaller but still quite relevant role, with a score of 58%. The image ofithe study program, although still irelevant, apparently has a lower influence compared to other factors, namely only 44%.
