Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi di Desa Ciporeat, Kabupaten Bandung, menjadi kunci penting dalam mencapai kemajuan. Kami membentuk sebuah koperasi untuk memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi di desa ini. Melalui pelatihan, kami meningkatkan kemampuan pengorganisasian dan pemahaman tentang koperasi, serta mengelola dengan lebih baik. Kerjasama antara tim pengabdian masyarakat, pengurus kelompok tani, dan pemerintah setempat berperan penting. bekerja aktif mereka membantu mencapai tujuan pembangunan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Melalui upaya ini, kami yakin pengabdian masyarakat kami memberikan dampak positif dalam memajukan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan di Desa Ciporeat, Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 5 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Jelambar dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product). Desain dasar penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama empat bulan. Kepala sekolah, guru, dan empat mahasiswa menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Berdasarkan evaluasi context, program ini terlaksana dengan baik karena dilengkapi dengan persiapan dalam menyamakan persepsi, petunjuk teknis, dan rencana kerja sebelum dan selama pelaksanaan program. Berdasarkan evaluasi input, program terlaksana dengan baik karena unsur-unsur yang terlibat diberikan tabel checklist kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan dan siswa diminta memberikan laporan mingguan untuk memantau kesesuaian kegiatan dengan rencana program. Berdasarkan evaluasi process, program ini dengan baik menerapkan proses kegiatan pada bidang literasi, numerasi, adaptasi teknologi, dan pendampingan administrasi, yang dapat dipantau melalui kegiatan diskusi bersama antara Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan, dan Mahasiswa. Berdasarkan evaluasi product, ditemukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca dan berhitung siswa. Dukungan administratif dianggap bermanfaat oleh para Guru, meskipun adaptasi teknologi masih diyakini memiliki dampak kecil. Berdasarkan evaluasi dampak, tanggapan positif diberikan oleh Kepala Sekolah, Guru Pamong, dan mahasiswa. Berdasarkan evaluasi efektifitas, program ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan nilai literasi dan numerasi para peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Jelambar.

Abstract

The Bumi Sinar Mukti Farmers Group in Ciporeat Village has quite large tourism potential, such as livestock tourism, agricultural tourism, nature tourism. This tourism potential can improve the village economy and open up new job opportunities for the local community. In developing tourism potential, farmer groups can carry out strategies such as building homestays, improving the quality of livestock and agricultural products, and marketing products to tourists. Apart from that, farmer groups can also collaborate with the government, non-governmental organizations, or investors to develop tourism potential in Ciporeat Village. This report also includes tips for managing natural tourism potential in regions and tourist destinations based on sustainable tourism in Indonesia.

Abstract

The present education policy of the Indonesian government has implemented post-Covid-19 face-to-face (offline) learning at nearly all levels of education, excluding primary school. This encouraged teachers to adjust teaching and learning to boost engagement in class. Educators must be able to facilitate engaging, dynamic, and fruitful learning by integrating meaningful learning technology models in to classroom. The purpose of this paper is to portray elementary school teachers' implementation of programs that promote competence of relevant offline learning. Guidance offered by the Community Service Lecturer Team (PKM) during three sessions: introduction, application, and practice. As a result of this commitment, subject teachers at SDIT have access to a variety of interactive, relevant, and enjoyable learning experiences through the use of authentic sources obtained from websites and applications that can be utilized in the classroom, therefore, allow learners to acquire the learning competencies.

Abstract

Dalam era digital dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, kemampuan pemasaran yang efektif menjadi sangat penting bagi para pengrajin kerajinan tas untuk meningkatkan angka penjualan. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang kini digunakan secara luas adalah copywriting. Namun, masalah yang dihadapi bagi para pengrajin tas di Desa Kadugenep Serang Banten adalah mereka tidak familiar dengan teknik copywriting sehingga mereka kalah bersaing dalam memasarkan produk mereka secara online. Dengan memberikan pelatihan penulisan copywriting berbasis A.I, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengajarkan kepada para pengrajin keterampilan menulis copywriting yang persuasif dan menarik untuk mengiklankan dan memasarkan produk tas mereka secara online. Metode pelatihan terstruktur digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena peneliti bertindak sebagai fasilitator yang memprioritaskan kebutuhan peserta untuk dapat memahami dan menguasai copywriting. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan para pengrajin dapat menghasilkan copywriting yang lebih efektif dan mampu mengkomunikasikan nilai unik dari kerajinan tas mereka kepada calon pembeli. Dengan peningkatan kualitas penulisan naskah iklan, diharapkan penjualan tas dari Desa Kadugenep dapat meningkat secara signifikan, memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan pertumbuhan bagi masyarakat setempat. In the digital era and increasingly fierce business competition, effective marketing skills are very important for bag craftsmen to increase sales figures. One marketing strategy that is now widely used is copywriting. However, the problem faced by bag craftsmen in Kadugenep Village, Serang, Banten, is that they are not yet familiar with copywriting techniques, so they are unable to compete in marketing their products online. By providing A.I-based copywriting training, this training aims to teach craftsmen the skills to write persuasive and attractive copywriting to advertise and market their bag products online. The workshop method was used in this research because the researcher acted as a facilitator who prioritized the participants' needs to understand and master copywriting. Through this training, it is hoped that craftsmen will be able to produce more effective copywriting and be able to communicate the unique value of their craft bags to potential buyers. By improving the quality of advertising script writing, it is hoped that bag sales from Kadugenep Village can increase significantly, providing economic benefits and growth for the local community.

Abstract

This study investigated the digital marketing strategies employed by Clony Official, a new venture specializing in ETU tote bags, through Instagram advertising. Using a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews with the business owner explore the effectiveness of various Instagram ad formats, content creation strategies, audience targeting methods, and measurement of ad performance. Findings reveal insights into types of ads utilized, challenges faced, such as budget constraints and ad fatigue, and opportunities identified, including enhanced targeting and influencer collaborations. Conclusions offer recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts on Instagram, emphasizing budget allocation, content diversification, influencer partnerships, and interactive features. This research contributes valuable insights into enhancing online presence and sales through effective social media advertising.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kegiatan “Road to Bali Pocari Sweat 2024”. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 200 peserta dan dilaksanakan di Pantai Kuta, Bali. Metode penelitian yang kami gunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan hermeneutis dan data diperoleh dari artikel berita Tribun Bali. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan berbagai aspek kegiatan, antara lain jumlah peserta, lokasi, dan respon umum. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hermeneutika, penelitian ini menggali pengalaman dan pandangan para peserta serta menilai sejauh mana keberhasilan kegiatan ini dalam mendorong pola hidup sehat. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pedoman yang berguna untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan kegiatan serupa di masa depan. Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu kompetensi utama yang perlu dikembangkan dalam pendidikan abad ke-21, khususnya di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis adalah pembelajaran berbasis debat atau Debate-Based Learning (DBL). Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk melibatkan siswa dalam debat terstruktur, yang bertujuan melatih keterampilan analisis, evaluasi, serta penyampaian argumen yang terstruktur dengan baik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi beberapa tahap, dimulai dari pemilihan topik debat yang relevan, pemberian pelatihan teknik debat kepada siswa, simulasi debat, hingga evaluasi setelah debat. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan DBL tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi, rasa percaya diri, dan kemampuan bekerja sama dalam tim. Melalui proses refleksi dan umpan balik, siswa menyatakan bahwa metode ini mendorong mereka untuk berpikir lebih mendalam, memahami berbagai sudut pandang, serta menyusun argumen yang logis dan meyakinkan. Dengan demikian, DBL dapat dijadikan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMA.

Abstract

Listening comprehension is essential in higher education, particularly as students progress from basic intensive listening activities to more complex academic listening tasks. This review examines the strategies learners employ during this transition and identifies effective approaches for improving listening comprehension in University contexts. Drawing on recent research and empirical evidence, the review highlights key techniques such as metacognitive strategies, note-taking, schema activation, and contextual listening, which are crucial for academic success. The findings suggest that while intensive listening fosters foundational skills, academic listening demands advanced strategies, including critical evaluation, synthesizing information, and adapting to different accents and contexts. The review emphasizes the importance of instructional support, such as teaching explicit strategies and incorporating authentic materials, to help students navigate this shift. Educators are encouraged to create scaffolded learning experiences and foster student autonomy. This study contributes to the expanding body of knowledge on EFL and ESL education, providing useful guidance for curriculum developers and educators aiming to improve students' listening skills in higher education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of using YouTube video material to teach speaking. YouTube video material denotes material created by researchers in the form of videos sourced from the YouTube application. The designed material is vocabulary and conversation. The purpose of this research is to examine students' speaking skills in terms of vocabulary and pronunciation, as well as conversation, using YouTube video material. This is an observational research method. The participants in the study were 40 eighth-grade students from SMPN 69 West Jakarta. The researcher's research material consists of two different YouTube channels on the same topic. Students took part in an eight-week trial from March 1, 2022 to April 27, 2022. Students' perspectives were used to collect data for the research instrument. The test was also completed by recalling vocabulary and practicing conversations with other students. The differences in the speaking comprehension scores of students' work show that YouTube has an impact on student performance. This positive outcome implies that students at SMPN 69 West Jakarta can benefit from using YouTube videos to communicate. It is also regarded as a motivator for students to improve their speaking comprehension skills and gain a deeper understanding of English.
