Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Panjasa Intradin wilayah Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Panjasa Intradin wilayah Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini karyawan PT Panjasa Intradin sebanyak 78 orang. Metode pengumpulan data sekunder dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, uji koefisien korelasi (R), uji determinasi (R Square), dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 9,669 + 0,677X1, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,720 dan koefisien determinasi 51,9%. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 3,551> t_tabel 1,992 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,050. Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 12,731 + 0,605X2, nilai korelasi 0,753, dan koefisien determinasi 56,7%. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 4,723 > t_tabel 1,992 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Secara simultan, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terbukti dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 8,669 + 0,344 X1 + 0,391 X2, dengan nilai korelasi 0,793, dan koefisien determinasi 62,9%. Uji F menunjukkan nilai F_hitung 63,637 > F_tabel 3,119 dan p-value 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

Abstract

The urgency of this research lies in the growing recognition that both the physical work environment and organizational culture significantly impact employee performance, especially in increasingly competitive business landscapes. This study aims to examine the influence of the physical work environment and work culture on employee performance at PT. Cakrabuana Consultants, South Jakarta. Using a quantitative observational method, data were collected from 80 employees and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The findings reveal that both the physical work environment and work culture independently and collectively have a significant positive effect on employee performance. A conducive physical work environment enhances comfort, focus, and motivation, while a strong, supportive work culture fosters engagement, discipline, and collaboration. The analysis suggests that improving both factors can lead to a meaningful increase in employee productivity and effectiveness. These results underline the importance for organizations to invest in physical workspace improvements and cultivate a positive, performance-oriented culture. Such efforts can lead not only to better individual outcomes but also to enhanced organizational success. The implications highlight that management should prioritize workplace conditions and cultural development as strategic assets in human resource management.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting local economies, yet many still face challenges in marketing their products effectively, particularly in adapting to the digital era. In response to these challenges, a Community Service Program (PKM) entitled "Enhancing Human Resource Capacity in Digital Marketing Development for MSMEs in Air Batu Village, Palembang City" was conducted to increase local entrepreneurs’ digital marketing competencies. This PKM aimed to equip MSME actors with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize digital platforms in promoting their products and expanding market reach. The activity was carried out in April 2025 in Air Batu Village, Palembang City, involving 15 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang as facilitators and 33 local participants. The implementation methods included a combination of material presentations, hands-on practice, group discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions. These methods were designed to be participatory and responsive to the specific needs of the participants. The results of the activity indicated a significant improvement in participants' understanding of digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, online marketplaces, and content creation. Participants expressed increased confidence in applying digital strategies to enhance their business visibility and customer engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Rich Perfumery ITC Kuningan. Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penulisan ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis  yang diproses menggunakan sistem aplikasi SPSS ver.23. Populasi yang didapat dari data penelitian konsumen yang berbelanja di Rich Perfumery ITC Kuningantidakdiketahuijumlahnya hingga menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah80responden. Metodeanalisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisienkorelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier sederhana,regresi linier berganda,uji asumsi klasik dan hipotesis. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk dan kualitaspelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Rich Perfumery ITC Kuningan. Hal inidibuktikan dengan uji regresi berganda Y = 1,301 + 0,525X1 + 0,437X2, Korelasi product momentdengan hasil 0,886 dan nilai KD sebesar78,5% sisanya 21,5%  dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidakditeliti. Dan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang dihasilkan sebesar > dari 3,12 .  Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk; Kualitas Pelayanan; Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Indratama Logistics. Budaya organisasi (X1) dan komunikasi kerja (X2) bertindak sebagai variabel independen, sementara kinerja karyawan (Y) menjadi variabel dependen. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, melibatkan seluruh populasi sebanyak 60 karyawan melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, dibuktikan dengan t-hitung 7,040 > t-tabel 2,006 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,461 menandakan bahwa 46,1% variasi kinerja dijelaskan oleh budaya organisasi. Demikian pula, komunikasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan t-hitung 7,228 > t-tabel 2,006 dan signifikansi 0,000, serta kontribusi sebesar 47,4% terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, ditunjukkan oleh F-hitung 30,662 > F-tabel 3,18 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien determinasi simultan sebesar 0,501 menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi budaya organisasi dan komunikasi kerja menjelaskan 50,1% variabel kinerja, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya budaya organisasi yang kuat dan komunikasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This qualitative study delves into the role of Zakat, Sadaqah, and Infaq (ZSI) within the Indonesian community economy for poverty alleviation. Through interviews with diverse stakeholders, including representatives from Islamic charitable organizations, government officials, community leaders, and beneficiaries, as well as document analysis, the research explores perceptions, practices, impacts, challenges, and opportunities associated with ZSI initiatives. The findings reveal that ZSI plays a crucial role in providing social safety nets, fostering sustainable livelihoods, and promoting social cohesion within Indonesian communities. Despite governance issues and logistical challenges, collaborative partnerships, technology integration, and capacity building offer promising avenues for enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of ZSI initiatives. Overall, this research underscores the significance of ZSI as a tool for promoting social justice, economic empowerment, and community resilience in Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya  kepemimpinan  dan lingkungan  kerja  fisik  terhadap kepuasan  kerja  karyawan pada PT. Brema Brata.Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik penulis menjadikan karyawan PT. Brema Brata sebagai  populasi totalnya  berjumlah  66 karyawan.. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Teknik uji sampling menggunakan metode sensus dan teknik pengambilan data diantaranya uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linear berganda serta uji hipotesis.Secara umum hasil pengujian variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Brema Brata. Hal ini berarti hipotesis dapat diterima, karena gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Diantara dua variabel,pengaruh paling signifikan adalah variabel gaya kepemimpinan. Kata Kunci : Gaya  Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan  Kerja  Fisik, Kepuasan  Kerja.

Abstract

This research delves into the intricate landscape of women's entrepreneurship within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, examining the challenges, opportunities, and the broader societal implications. Employing a mixed-methods approach, we surveyed 500 women entrepreneurs and conducted in-depth interviews and case studies to provide a comprehensive understanding. The quantitative analysis illuminates the demographic profile, business characteristics, and challenges faced, while qualitative insights offer depth and context. Thematic analysis captures the narratives of resilience, determination, and community impact. The findings contribute to the discourse on women's entrepreneurship, guiding policymakers, businesses, and support organizations toward fostering a more inclusive entrepreneurial environment in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study looks into how digital technology has affected the expansion of MSMEs (micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises) in Bandung City. It focuses on online management systems, digital marketing tactics, and e-commerce. A thorough study of 150 MSMEs across a range of industries yielded rich information about their demographic makeup and level of digital technology usage. Regression analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used to evaluate the associations between factors related to digital technology and metrics related to business growth. Because of the measurement model's strong validity and reliability, further studies could be conducted with confidence. Actionable insights for businesses and policymakers were provided by the results, which showed strong positive connections between E-commerce adoption, Digital Marketing, and business success. The significance of E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Product Innovation in propelling MSME growth was shown by the regression analysis. The results give useful implications for MSMEs in Bandung City and add to the current conversation on digital transformation.

Abstract

The Influence of Digitalization and Transformational Leadership on the Performance of Operational Employees at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Digitalization and Transformational Leadership on the performance of operational employees at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. The respondents in this study amounted to 50. The data analysis in this research is quantitative, using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression methods. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it is shown that Digitalization affects the performance of operational employees at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. Transformational Leadership influences the performance of operational employees at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. Simultaneously, the variables of Digitalization and Transformational Leadership significantly influence the variable of operational employee performance at PT Bank Capital Indonesia. The R Square value is 0.609 or 60.9%, meaning that the variable of employee performance is influenced by digitalization and transformational leadership, while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other factors not used in this study.
