Abstract

Product, price, promotion, place, people, and physical evidence are vital parts of product marketing strategy planning provide a basis for companies to take adequate steps to maintain customer satisfaction. The research aims to specifically look at the role of service quality and product quality to increase customer satisfaction at PT Iwatani Industrial Gas Indonesia Marketing Area Tangerang. The final sample was set at 111 company customers. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression analysis technique that begins with the instrument quality test and the classical assumption test. The conclusion of the research aims to specifically look at the role of service quality and product quality to increase customer satisfaction significantly impacts the test results simultaneously with a contribution of 75.7 percent. Still, in partial testing, only product quality factors have a role in increasing customer satisfaction at PT Iwatani Industrial Gas Indonesia Marketing Area Tangerang

Abstract

Employee productivity is a critical factor in achieving organizational goals, and it is strongly influenced by leadership style and motivation. In the dynamic work environment of PT Berkat Cahaya Novena, West Java, management effectiveness and employee motivation play a crucial role in determining performance outcomes. Observations and preliminary reports indicate that variations in leadership approaches and levels of employee motivation may lead to significant differences in productivity, making it necessary to examine these variables systematically. This study aims to investigate the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consisted of all 74 employees of PT Berkat Cahaya Novena, and a census sampling technique was applied. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with closed-ended questions based on a 5-point Likert scale, distributed directly and via WhatsApp. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26 through multiple linear regression, including descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and regression analysis. The findings reveal that both leadership style and motivation have a significant positive impact on employee productivity. Strong leadership, characterized by guidance, support, and encouragement, enhances employee performance, while effective motivation further drives productivity by addressing employee needs and providing recognition. These results highlight the importance of implementing effective leadership practices and motivational strategies to optimize organizational performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PKBM Insan Karya – Tangerang Selatan.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif yaitu metode yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan, mengklasifikasi, serta menginterprestasikan data yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dihadapi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan, metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, dan studi dokumentas, analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis korelasi untuk mengukur hubungan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PKBM Insan Karya – Tangerang Selatan.Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,566, artinya keeratan hubungan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PKBM Insan Karya – Tangerang Selatan adalah 56,6%. Kemudian dari pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai 0,3237% artinya variabel bebas yakni kontribusi komunikasi 32,37% terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PKBM Insan Karya – Tangerang Selatan. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan
